My husband and I stopped by the Dyson store to look at hair straighteners for me. I wanted to see them in person before making a purchase. I have a few other Dyson hair products and I really love them. They really make good products. We were greeted and helped by Litzy. She was wonderful in helping me make a choice between two of the products I liked. She is also a hair stylist. So her feedback was very informative and helpful. She demonstrated how each type of straightener on my own hair. I thought that was very cool. I got to try each item on my hair, and that helped me make my decision. I chose the Airstrait tool. This straightens your hair with air and dries and straightens your hair at the same time without damaging your hair. I picked the color I wanted, and she was able to do a price match from another store. I got a great price on the Airstrait and also got the traveling case and hair clips with it as a bonus. A big thank you to Litzy for her amazing customer service.

One man said, "I'm changing jobs so I can help you now but not next time." Separately a very helpful person on the floor said, "I'm not really supposed to help you but I will" because of her title or something. Yet she spent much time with me and was a huge help. She knew the answers. She was super awesome. She made the project list perfectly. Then someone who was assigned to help with my project list was dismissive helping me like I was wasting her time. She actually said, "Just change the list yourself" for a pricey order. I had asked her to read back a 3 product numbers. She was not happy with this. You'd think for something that high of a money amount she'd be more willing to offer help. So the showroom and products are super nice. The sales people seem qualified but the vibe is... I'm literally NEVER a priority; I'm wasting their time. They are just doing it as a favor and one-off. They like when you make your own list in the portal, double check it by yourself and set up formal scheduled meetings with the right people to get feedback. Dropping in with no appointment is hit or miss.

When the installers showed up they unwrapped the washer and noticed damage. They blamed it on the transit company. That was 3 weeks ago. No follow up; no fix. Buy from Best Buy. They are reliable and give you one year same as cash.

Unfortunately, I made a mistake in my work schedule and was not there for pick-up. Best Buy rep calls to say they will help me reschedule tomorrow, but instead I just get an email confirmation for the next shipment date. Just before the delivery date, I called to confirm the shipping time. The rep told me the stovetop was sold to somebody else. The phone gets transferred to the store where I purchased the stove, and they couldn't figure out where it was but told me it was a labeling error in the system. We wait a whole month to find out after thanksgiving that the stove was shipped to a different warehouse and that they can no longer find it. 2 Weeks into December, they were able to locate the stove and find that it was shipped for repair. It is now January, our home is almost done renovating, and we still have no MF clue where this stove is. We issued a refund today, because we can no longer wait for it to come back to the warehouse. Dont get me wrong here. There are great products here, but make MF damn sure that you are there for delivery, otherwise they will take your stove back and sale it to somebody else while telling you its lost somewhere in the warehouse or repair. TLDR: Only one chance for your shipping date, otherwise they will flip the item back for sales.

There was no pushiness whatsoever and he was just so nice! We made sure we got his name for when we come back. I waited until Presidents' Day weekend for any special deals and we got free installation! I called around for prices after having decided which one we wanted and Pacific Sales had the best price. I went back to order with Jose but he was with another customer and Arash was also very nice and patient. I have to say I am blow away by their professionalism and all around customer service. Based on this, I would have actually still come back even if they didn't offer the best price. I appreciate that they are not compensated based on commission so you can truly feel the team spirit on the floor. I got my dishwasher delivered and installed in about a week. The installer definitely did his job but he was certainly in a rush to get in and out ASAP. Not the same kind of service as the sales reps but no real complaints from me.

I haven't been back here in a very long time, and it slightly looks different inside. This is one of the nicer Stores, it's Two Stories. I went to pick-up my new Sony - WH-CH520 Noise Canceling Wireless Headphone - Black, I checked Inventory, it was the last one in Stock and in the Case here, so I had to get it. I worked with the Magnolia Home Theater team at Best Buy Santana Row for a home A/V project from…read moreDecember 2024 through February 2025. Alfredo Villagomez was assigned as my point of contact. Prior to project payment, communication was prompt and responsive. During installation, I was advised to order more materials than needed (speaker wire, RG6 cables, power conditioner) as a precaution, with the clear assurance that any excess would be returned and refunded by Best Buy. Following completion, I personally returned all excess materials to the store, exactly as aligned with the Magnolia team. Fast forward to today -- it has been over 7 months and more than 15 calls, emails, and messages, with zero response or resolution. Alfredo has effectively gone completely unresponsive. I was advised to escalate to his manager, Austin Nicholson, but it has now been 2 months since escalation with still no acknowledgment or follow-up. This reflects serious organizational and accountability issues. At a minimum, excess inventory should be flagged in their systems -- yet no action has been taken. What's most concerning is the complete lack of ownership or effort to reconcile the issue. This is the first time I've experienced a large national retailer effectively keeping a customer's money without explanation or response. Very disappointing experience from a brand I expected far better from.

When I went to return the one item out of the entire order, the owner refunded everything, including the threads, as a show of good faith. That's A1 customer service in my book. Thank you!

It arrived with the tip broken off because it was placed in a business letter envelope with zero protection. The plastic Bernina bag had been opened previously. When I called for a replacement I was told I would have to pay half the cost of the replacement plus pay for shipping again or I could bring it in for replacement. The owner was very very rude and unwilling to accept responsibility for the inadequate packing. He hung up on my call rather than respond to my issue. So, I drove over to get my replacement. Ridiculous! It's too bad. With my favorite store, Meissner closing in San Jose, I thought this shop would be my go to. No chance. I'll drive to Sacramento rather than do business with this business again. Glad I didn't buy anything expensive from them!
