Had Eddie out a few times to clean our windows and thought he was a nice young man. He had to come back out after cleaning a couple times to redo a couple windows with streaks and dirt left behind and he did it. Last time screens he messed up and tried to fix and said he would take care of it next time. I called today he was nice enough to get back to me and left a message I tried to call back and he blocked my number which he did to friends I referred him to when they weren`t happy with damage done to their windows scratching of some sort. We had a nice conversation so no bad blood. I would rather have someone say they didn`t want to come back then to be so unprofessional. I believe he didn`t want to fix the screens he messed up "extra work". A nice young man no matter what. read more

I called about getting my work windows cleaned and Eddie was extremely nice. He gave me pricing and was not pushy when I told him I have to talk to my boss before I confirm. I called him back about 30 minutes later and he was cleaning our windows a few hours after that. He was friendly and personable. He did a great job cleaning the windows and it didn't take him long at all. Our windows look better than they ever have. We are somewhat picky and used Yelp to guide us in choosing a reliable cleaner for our home in the UTC area. We chose at least 5 different companies which have many great reviews and requested quotes. Of all the companies that we had spoken with, we chose Dynasty Window Cleaning and his wife's Reign Cleaning Services. From the minutes that we spoke with Edi, over the phone, we felt that he is very honest and nice and his price is reasonable so we chose him to clean our place. We were a little concerned that he only had 1 great review. However, it turned out that he and his wife are the best cleaners that we ever had (and we had used many cleaners before)! He provided us an estimated quote both by phone and by email. He is extremely responsive in his communications. On the day of the service, he called us ahead of time and let us know that he was on the way to our place. He let us know the exact cost once he got to our home (slightly less than what he quoted over the phone!). Edi and Maria worked extremely hard to get our place sparkly clean and fresh, from cleaning the windows inside out, the track of the windows, high ceiling mirrors , getting rid of the water stain in the bathrooms, grimes from the kitchen, vacuum under the bed and the sofa, etc. Basically, they are so thorough and we are extremely happy with the results. It is beyond our expectations and best of all, his price is very reasonable. We highly recommend Edi (Dynasty Window Cleaning) and his wife Maria (Reign Cleaning Service) and will definitely use their service again. Our condominium community contracted with Dynasty (and Eddie) to wash the outside windows for a 4-building, mid-rise (4 stories) complex and he and his company did an excellent job!! Customer service was top-notch. When we were asked questions about pricing, availability, etc., he was extremely responsive to our needs and came back right away with answers. And when a couple of residents were unable to take the screens off their windows, Eddie and his crew did it for them and did not charge additional.
