We moved in and found that the unit was not thoroughly cleaned from when the previous renters lived there so we did some research and decided to hire Fresh-n-Home. I had high hopes for this company because the other reviews were outstanding, but unfortunately I was disappointed. The unit was empty when we hired them to come in and clean so I didn't think they'd have any issues finding the areas that needed to be deep-cleaned. There was candle wax splattered on the walls and floors; caked on grease on the cabinets; food splattered on the wall above the stove; a brown ring in the toilet; mold on the dishwasher; among other things. To their credit, they were able to remove the mold from the dishwasher and the brown ring in the toilet, but everything else appeared to be untouched. In fact, they even broke one of the handles on our toilet and left the pieces on the bathroom counter. I found it rude that they didn't mention the damage once they had left, so I emailed Kelly and she was courteous and offered to send the girls back to clean and fix what was missed. Keep in mind, the first time they came they spent about 4.5 hours "cleaning" the house. A couple days later they came back and fixed the toilet handle and wiped the food splatter off the wall. There was still wax on the wall and she asked me if I would like her to remove it, I said yes. She told me the first time they were there they weren't able to get the grease off the cabinets because we didn't have any hot water since the water heater wasn't turned on. By the end of it, we still had grease on our cabinets and our floors were dirty (even though I saw her mop). They just didn't seem as thorough as advertised. And we were charged $292.50...

These poor cleaning women. The cleaners are very nice and fantastic but the management of these…read moreservices has been a nightmare. I paid $780 for a deep clean for 6hrs via Zelle. After the deep clean, they said they would give me regular fixed pricing for maintenance, which was $220 every 2 weeks for 3 hrs each clean. They kept mixing up my text with other clients so it was very confusing on time, price, and duration. After they came 1 time for the regular maintenance, the management told me I had to give them cash in person from now on. The second time they came I went to the atm and by the time I came back they were already gone (only worked 2 hrs). They shamed me for not having the cash and told me it was embarrassing to ask for payment. Now after servicing my home 5 times, they tell me that my home needs picking up and changing of sheets (which the cleaners offered to do the first cleaning) is extra work and my home is so big that they should be charging me $50 more each time, but they will give me on $20 increase and if I want to pay by Zelle, it's additional $10. I tend to keep missing the cleaning ladies because they only come for 2 hrs instead of the 3hrs I thought I was paying for. They also continue to mix up my text messages with other clients. Clearly they don't know what FIXED PRICING is! Never going back!
