The cleaning needed for their house was beyond a deep cleaning. I'd call it a restorative cleaning. Jenny was extremely responsive via Yelp, had open availability and was willing to accommodate. I was able to schedule within 3 days of reaching out. The cleaning ladies were on time and arrived earlier. Jenny ensured to communicate and confirm their early arrival prior to doing so which was greatly appreciated. They were professional, kind, empathetic and did not judge the condition of the house, which was a huge concern for my family member. My family member was so thankful for the empathy, positive attitude and conversations that they had with the cleaning ladies. They truly helped uplift their spirit and told them that they deserved to live in a clean environment that brought them peace. Jenny & her team go beyond just providing a cleaning service. It seems like Jenny has been in this industry since 2008, yet she still hasn't developed basic customer service skills or the ability to stay organized. There was no real apology or accountability, and the dismissive responses I received were incredibly rude. Communication matters when PAYING customers plan their entire day around a service. When I arrived in San Diego, there were several cleaning concerns (ceiling splatters and grease in cupboards and above the stove) that were able to be removed with my cleaning products, so it seems a minor oversight. My main issue is that in each bedroom there appeared to be a rust colored staining on the carpet in each entryway and streaks in other areas of the room. Online appears to suggest wicking or some other byproduct of a machine-cleaned carpet. I contacted the company with pictures and was in contact over text message hoping that they would stand by their work and make it right, however I was responded with reasons that it wasn't their fault and then was ghosted with no reply when I asked why this wasn't brought up in the initial phone call when work was initially completed. If the carpets could not be cleaned, instead of taking money, it would've been better to refuse to do the service and recommend a different one (e.g. replace). The missed spots on the cleaning I could've ignored. But, not standing by your work on the carpets, not working to make it right, and being unresponsive are what I wasn't able to let go.

Our windows hadn't been cleaned in years, and we recently completed a construction project so screens and tracks were filthy. Our house now looks brand new after windows were so thoroughly cleaned. Our house is not easy - besides more than 3 dozen windows, we have solar and about 100 linear feet of deck glass perched on the side of a hill. Mark and one employee spent over 5 hours scrubbing our glass to a spotless shine. We had previously hired another window cleaner a few years ago, and had a terrible experience where he left streaks on all the windows, didn't properly clean tracks and refused to clean our deck glass. Mark was gracious about every difficult aspect of our home and didn't complain about a single thing we asked, even asking he clean extras we added last minute.
