When I arrived in San Diego, there were several cleaning concerns (ceiling splatters and grease in cupboards and above the stove) that were able to be removed with my cleaning products, so it seems a minor oversight. My main issue is that in each bedroom there appeared to be a rust colored staining on the carpet in each entryway and streaks in other areas of the room. Online appears to suggest wicking or some other byproduct of a machine-cleaned carpet. I contacted the company with pictures and was in contact over text message hoping that they would stand by their work and make it right, however I was responded with reasons that it wasn't their fault and then was ghosted with no reply when I asked why this wasn't brought up in the initial phone call when work was initially completed. If the carpets could not be cleaned, instead of taking money, it would've been better to refuse to do the service and recommend a different one (e.g. replace). The missed spots on the cleaning I could've ignored. But, not standing by your work on the carpets, not working to make it right, and being unresponsive are what I wasn't able to let go.
