I received reminders and confirmation messages which made it all very easy, and he arrived early to the appointment. The surprising part was that after inspecting my gutters and taking some pictures, he came out to show me that the problem was not a clog or dirty gutters but something structural, and that his cleaning wouldn't address my initial concern. He gave me the choice of whether I still wanted a cleaning, and after declining said he wouldn't charge me for his time. I will definitely be keeping him in mind for any future work I need, and would highly recommend him for being so up front.

Scheduling was easy and the basic exterior cleaning work was okay, but unfortunately the…read morefollow-through was disappointing. The crew removed the upstairs window screens as part of the cleaning. According to the company, they were still responsible for cleaning the screens, but they had arranged for my interior cleaners, who were working at the house at the same time, to put the screens back afterward. The problem is that the upstairs screens were never cleaned in the first place, and my interior cleaners said they were never told or asked to reinstall them. After everyone left, I discovered the upstairs screens were still dirty and had been left off the windows. When I contacted the company to resolve the issue, I was told they could not come back because the property was too far away and they did not have any other jobs in the area. I was also unable to personally inspect the windows and screens after they were eventually reinstalled. The current occupants are now telling me that some of the screens appear to be bent. Since I wasn't able to inspect them immediately after the cleaning, I can't say exactly when or how that happened, but it adds to the frustration of how the screens were handled and the lack of follow-through. Regardless of who was supposedly responsible for putting the screens back, cleaning them was part of the exterior company's work and that was not completed. There also appears to have been poor communication regarding who was responsible for reinstalling them. Overall, scheduling was easy and the basic cleaning was fine, but leaving the screens dirty and removed, followed by an unwillingness to return and correct the issue, was disappointing. Based on my experience, I would recommend using a different company.

Everything looks much cleaner, brighter, and better maintained. The service was professional, the results were exactly what we were hoping for, and the improvement was very noticeable. I would definitely recommend Clean Clear Services SD for roof washing and solar panel cleaning.

He answered every question I had and even provided before and after photos that speak for themselves. After the cleaning I measured a 15% increase in my solar production, proof that keeping panels clean really does make a difference. This most recent visit was another excellent experience. Eric arrived exactly on time, came prepared, and worked with impressive care from start to finish. He cleaned my windows and screens thoroughly and then pressure washed my balcony and garage. His work was meticulous--he took the time to do the details the right way and protected my floors and surrounding work areas throughout the job. Everything looked noticeably cleaner and refreshed when he finished. What I also appreciate about Ascension is their integrity and customer-first approach. It rained within a day of the window cleaning, and Ascension proactively rescheduled to re-clean the windows that were affected. That level of responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare. I've used other window services in the past, and none of them compare to Ascension's quality and consistency. If you're looking for truly top-rate window cleaning and pressure washing, I highly recommend Ascension Home Services--and especially Eric for his professionalism and attention to detail.
