Takeout Menu

Dynasty Court is just OK. It's definitely not great but it hits the spot for a classic Chinese takeout. Flavors are pretty mild on everything. Most of the dishes were relatively bland but were better with more soy sauce or chili oil. Egg Foo Young was by far the best dish, and the green beans were a close second. Kung Pao was just OK, Chow Fun and the fried rice were dry and way too plain. I might be coming back because the prices are good and it served its purpose, but Dynasty Court wouldn't be my first choice. If you've had really good, flavorful Chinese food, you're probably going to be disappointed...

FOOD: 8.5/10 Service: Very attentive, and nice waiters taking care of you Ambiance: it's always empty during the week so seating is never an issue it's prefect little place to have a first date or just a chill take out spot with a couple friends

I did not like the service. There was only two other tables with patrons when we arrived who were already done eating. We were not greeted, it felt like my daughter and I were a bother. The woman told us to sit in a corner table, did not leave us menus. Five minutes later I got up to get a paper menu myself. Five minutes after that we got up to wash our hands. Our waitress finally comes to our table after serving someone else who walked in and was seated after us. At this point I was irritated and had to voice across the room, "Hello, can you take our order?!" Food arrived in a decent time. I had to ask for chopsticks. I had to ask for the check. I finally went to the counter to the same woman whom I assume is the owner to ring me up. I did not like that she wore the same latex gloves to serve everyone food and beverages wile touching every thing else with her dirty gloves. Service is not friendly. I have been to this restaurant over the years but hadn't been in at least two years, after this experience, I will never return. Definitely do not come here if you are hangry. I would have left and not spent my money here but my daughter was really hungry and Chef Lee's wasn't offering dine in on Sundays.

Oh my oh my to my lovely surprise! Dynasty court for the win! Their food is good! Actually I shouldn't say good it was amazing! See I love love love me some Chinese food and we had been wanting to try DC plus my co-worker was telling me about how this was her and her mom's all-time favorite place and even though she lives in Solidad now she would go out of her way to transport the food from Salinas home so they could all have their favorites. We had a family dinner as I've stated before my review we like to try a lot of new things when we first patronize a restaurant, and in the family dinner king Mongolian beef general chicken the one Thanh soup and the special fried rice. On the sides we got the barbecue pork buns and the crab Rangoon's and let me just say everything was delicious! Let me start with the crab Rangoon (inset mouth watering emoji here!) so good crunchy and delicious they got it outta the park for me. And the hubby loved it! The buns were new for us. We liked them they were good moist and fresh. The general chicken- ok hold the phone! WOWwwwwwww perfect! So crunchy and definitely the best we've ever had, it's one of my favorite dishes we have never had it serves so crunchy before. Usually the sauce overpowers the crunchiness, nope not happening here! Like I said it was super crunchy full of flavor and it was more chicken than breading and that's the best part! The rice was good full of meat and the Mongolian beef was flavorful and tender. I wish I had pictures of my sesame balls because they're my favorite little dessert and we're equally awesome as the main course. May I add the awesome lady helping us was beyond friendly and helpful We are so extremely pleased and so happy they are so close to home this is definitely our new go to for Chinese food from now on!

Amazing service! We ordered Mongolian beef, rice, fried rice, and shrimp. Amazing food with wonton…read moresoup.

Passed this place more times than I can count and, given the abundance of "Chinese" restaurants in…read morethe area, always assumed it was just another case of same menu, different sign. Then curiosity finally won. I arrived mid-afternoon to a surprisingly packed house--always a promising sign. As luck would have it, one table remained, and an older woman kindly waved me over to claim it. About five minutes later she returned with a place setting, menu, and the essential opening question: "What would you like to drink?" (Water, in my case.) Three minutes after that, a younger server zipped past, apologized for the brief wait, and efficiently took my order. I went with the Sweet & Sour Pork lunch special ($13.95), which came with an egg roll and fried rice. The portion was generous enough to qualify as both lunch and a future encore at home. The egg roll and fried rice were solid. The sweet and sour pork was decent--loaded with pineapple chunks, though curiously missing the usual bell peppers. The sauce leaned a bit enthusiastically toward the "sweet" side as well. Still, it was a filling meal and I ended up boxing half for later. Friendly service, hearty portions, and reasonable prices--three good reasons I'll likely return and give the rest of the menu a spin. Value: 4 out of 5 Atmosphere: noisy, 3 out of 5 Service: 4 out of 5 Bathroom: one unisex, so it's popular Verdict: 4 out of 5
