Best Roofing experience I have ever had... By far! Top Dog knocked it out of the park on every level. From working with my insurance company to all the way through the install. They were available, knowledgeable and professional at every turn. We were very pleased with the installation of the roof and with the products they used. They started exactly when they said they would, and finished on time. Where they really shined however, was after the sale and install of the roof. About 1.5 years after we had the roof installed, we sold our home. During the inspection, the inspector raised questions about our roof. I called Hunter at Top Dog, and he was out early the next day. He did a thorough inspection of the roof, wrote a report and sent hi-def pictures of what he found. There were two total shingles that needed to be replaced, and he did a courtesy replacement of a vent that had been stepped on. They then completed the warranty work within 48 hours with absolutely no muss or fuss! It was an amazing thing to behold, a company that backs up their words with action like that are few! I seriously cannot recommend them enough! They also transferred the warranty to the new home buyer, giving that person peace of mind for years to come. We have resided in our home for 6 and a half years and our home was built in 2000. After several wind storms over the years and a couple of patches later, we knew it was time for a permanent solution, as in a New Roof. When I met Brian he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very respectable. His explanation on how to get the ball rolling was simple enough, so I spoke to my husband and he and Brian met and within a week our insurance company and Brian had a green light and our roof was Magnificently replaced in ONE day!! Brian explained the times it would begin and he explained he could not give me a specific time it would end, Brian did say before the day was over. Brian's team started at 7 a.m. and was done at 4:55 p.m. that afternoon. What really impressed us was that when Brian came to inspect the job his team had brilliantly implemented, and we explained our cable was not working he grabbed a ladder and jumped on the roof and spent a good hour trying to set the dish in the settings he had recorded before the job began, with no luck, he paid us for the cable company to come and reset the dish! They completely re-roofed my home in April 2017 and did an excellent job. They removed the old roof down to the wood decking. I highly recommend them. They kept all of their promises. They have a crew of 7 people. Five guys on the roof and two ladies continuously picking up the roof debris from the removal process. The new roof was completed in one day. They started at 7:00AM and finished at 6:30PM. They are extremely clean and after they left you would never know they were there. They use only the finest Owens Corning materials for the roof. For example, the underlayment is Owens Corning ProArmor, which repels water and moisture. You can purchase an extended (life time) warranty directly from Owens Corning, which I decided to do. Top Dog Roofing did an excellent job. The professional care of my property and workmanship was impressive to say the least. They do what they tell you they are going to do!! I recently had to get bids on a new roof for my house because I had several leaks in the roof and it had been many years since the last roof was put on. I got bids from about six different contractors. Top Dog Roofing was not the highest bid nor the lowest. The reason they got my business was because the salesman Nathan wasn't pushy, he listened to my needs and was respectful of my budget. It only took one day for the crew to replace my roof including the cleanup. I was impressed with the roof but mostly I was impressed with the way they left my property. In the afternoon there were shingles and debris all around the house because this was a tear off job. I thought there was no way that they'd be able to get this done in one day. Around 7 o'clock in the evening they had people out picking up even the tiniest bit of debris from the job and left my yard around the house in better shape than it was before the roof was put on. I hired Top Dog Roofing for some repairs to my roof recently. I must say Brian Chipman from Top Dog Roofing provided us exceptional service. He is the best roofer we ever had! He is extremely courteous, polite and very professional. He explained to us in advance the work in detail and finished the work in a few days. His rates were very fair. Brian was very prompt in answering all our calls and messages. I am very happy with the work he did. While doing the work, he also found an issue with one of our dryer vents. He not only spent more than hour on this unplanned work cleaning out the vent from the roof, but he also went up to the attic and removed and cleaned the dryer vent pipe. I highly recommend Top Dog Roofing! We had them out last month to do some minor roof repairs & maintenance caused by our trees, they also replace damaged siding. They worked with us on schedule & price. They were very professional, arrived when they said they would, the work was completed and looks great! Even though we had trees trimmed last month a large tree fell on our house earlier this week. Hunter was very nice, came right out and gave us a very reasonable estimate. He was patient again while we found a qualified arborist to remove the tree. Happy Tree Service was able to safely remove the tree today. Top Dog deserves more than 5 stars! After a pretty crazy wind storm we lost quite a few shingles off the backside of our roof. I had 2 other companies come out before I found Top Dog. I called Hunter and he came out the following day, assessed the damage, walked me through what I needed to do with the insurance and told me to let him know when the adjuster was coming and he'd be here as well. He was back the following week with the adjuster and got us our entire roof approved! He had amazing communication and put up with my millions of questions. The crew was awesome as well. They have people that clean as they go and left my yard in perfect condition. I have since recommended Top Dog to several of my neighbors. Top dog did a fantastic job. I was out of town when our roof started leaking and my wife was left dealing with the mess. Top dog came out during a break in a storm to tarp the roof, which held up until we could get our roof fixed. They did great working with our schedule and the insurance company to get our roof replaced. They even tarped the roof without charging us while working with the insurance. The roof repair was fast and they did a great job. The only negative was that they fell behind on another job, which is common and split our repair in to two half days. This was not an issue for me and they did great communicating this with me before it happened. Top dog made this experience easy for us during a stressful time. I had some issue with my roof because of tree branch was hitting on the roof and it made hole in the roof. I talked to one of my coworker about this roof problem and he gave me TOP Dog Roofing Co. phone number. He had very good experienced with this company and he said that they will do good job so just call them. I called this company and they were nice enough to send someone to my home even in the rain. First thing roofer did to put the patch on the hole so it will not damage roof anymore with the rain. After a few days he was back to complete the job. He did good job and I am happy with his work. I called Top Dog Roofing after I discovered a water stain on my ceiling, the person that answered my call said she would have someone call me to arrange an inspection. The next day Brian called and said he could be at the house in 30 minutes. After his inspection he found the problem and said he could do a temporary repair but would have to come out again the following week to make it permanent. Brian's communication was excellent in letting me know when he would be back to finish the job. He came back when promised and finished the job. The cost of the repair was very reasonable also. Couldn't be more impressed with Hunter from Top Dog Roofing. He knows so much more than roofing (AC, Electrical, etc.) which makes him really good at his job. Very helpful, informative, honest and generous in trouble shooting a small leak issue. The previous company we had out to investigate didn't think they needed to even get out on the roof to look (only checked from the attic), and gave us an estimate for a vent cap replacement that Hunter found to be perfectly good! It's been raining constantly lately so I needed someone to seal them up, fast. Brian is a straight shooter and put my mind at easier when a prior "roofer" told me I had hail damage. Turns out just a few missing shingles due to an older roof.
