I will try to make a very long story short. Our puppy had a couple of behavioral problems, one serious. Our Vet referred us to one of the top Animal Behaviorists, certainly in the country, if not the world. After assessing our dog she put together a program for us, part of which was training. For that she referred us to Dynamite Dog Training. This, in and of itself, is as high a recommendation as they could get as far as I'm concerned. We signed up for a 12 class, 4 at home visit package. We liked what we saw and chose them despite living a great distance away. We immediately started Basic Obedience. The class was great and our puppy was really smart and doing well. Then, suddenly I ended up in the hospital for a week after emergency surgery, followed by a second surgery a month later. We could not deal with a rambunctious, out of control, not housebroken puppy while I was in such poor health. Jaime and her staff were totally there for us. They provided boarding with training and it was a Godsend. It was worth the extra cost versus having our puppy in a cage at our Vet's office. Our puppy received daily training, socialization and housebreaking skills. We still have a couple of classes to go and Jaime has been great at working with us over what turned out to be an unusually long process. She even added two free classes so we could try a couple of different options. Finally, the classes are fun, the staff is great and well trained and day care is a terrific value with training and very valuable socialization. When searching for a dog trainer there are a lot of options out there. If you're like me you wouldn't just trust your pet to just anyone. We wanted a facility/trainer who trained using positive reinforcement. Dynamite Dog Training in Deerfield, Fl. met every one of our needs!! Jessie, my Goldendoodle, started with Dynamite when she was 1 1/2 yrs old, after our current training facility closed. Dawn, the trainer, welcomed us with open arms. We started with reinforcing Jessie's basic obedience then moved on to advanced obedience. Then there was Tricks with Dawn, then Rally with Dawn and now nosework with Landon. The trainers are amazingly patient, even with my crazy doodle!! After training is completed, the staff and owner, Jamie, continues to help answer any questions you may have. Oh, don't let me forget to tell you how productive their day training is!!! Jessie has had the opportunity to partake in the halfday and she came home happy and exhausted!! I wanted to share my excellent experience with Allison and Dynamite Dog Training. I am a current dog owner and I recently purchased a new puppy, Sophie. I wanted to be a better mommy this time around so I enlisted their help. First of all, Allison has been so very patient with me. She answers my questions, helps me when I get frustrated teaching a command and continues to build my confidence - so that Sophie & I achieve success. I have been taking classes at Dynamite Training Facility along with private lessons which I believe have been the key to our success. As my training package is coming to an end, I can not recommend Dynamite dog training enough. My dog Cane has been at their facility since October. I am so thankful for the love and time they poured into my puppy each and every day. I may have had too high of expectations for Cane but I was determined to have an amazing dog with amazing behavior that I can take with our family wherever we went to be an emotional support dog. Every staff member held my hand through the rough (and very rough) stages and I will be forever thankful ! The kindness they showed each and every day at drop off, greeting with a smile always made the 4am puppy wakeup a "little" easier. I can confidently say we saw amazing results because I put in work at home after school. Being consistent is key. My dog, Heidi, and I really enjoy taking classes at Dynamite Dog Training. We have done several courses there. We find the trainers to be friendly, knowledgeable, and very positive. In Canine Good Citizen Class, I have seen nervous dog owners, with big unpredictable dogs, become much more confident and, therefore much more able to handle their dogs. Heidi is tiny and was very timid. She was afraid of other dogs and I was nervous about having larger dogs approach her. We are now, both, completely comfortable around any size dog. We are also taking Agility classes which are a lot of fun. This particular class has gotten to be too crowded, (8 dogs, mostly large), but seeing that this is a problem, they have decided to split the class. We look forward to the smaller class. They could also use some newer equipment for their Agility classes. With smaller Agility classes and better equipment, I would have given 5 stars. read more

I have been using Dynamite Dog Training for almost a year. Dawn has been my personal private trainer and has been awesome with my german shepherd, Levi. I take him to day training about 2 days a week for a 1/2 day and Auburn, Eddie, Mary and Landon have been very helpful in teaching him to socialize with other dogs along with many other training techniques. They are all great at sending me videos of Levi's training the day he is in training. Since Levi is almost 100 lbs. I took Allison's Taming Tarzan class and it is helping "me" gain confidence around other dog when I have Levi with me. Auburn thank you for helping stay calm in this class! Alison at Dynamite Dog Training is unparalleled in her ability to mesh with all different types of dogs. She really does love her job and is so helpful. When it comes to training a dog, the real challenge lies in training the owners. My husband and I have two dogs enrolled at Dynamite Dog Training. This training center was highly recommended by our veterinarian. Our three year old dog is enrolled in Rally obedience, and our five month old puppy has completed the Puppy Primer class and is currently enrolled in Basic Obedience. There are classes for every stage of your dog's life. Your dog will never run out of new things to learn and old dogs can learn new tricks. Lucky for me I crossed paths with Isabel at Dynamite Dog. I knew my pup, Lucy, needed serious help but after trying other dog trainers and training programs, and pouring my heart and soul into working with our new rescue I was ready to give up and adjust my life to accommodate her. After a series of both private and group classes with Isabel I learned to understand Lucy's triggers and how to manage her reactivity - quite simply Isabel trained me. Not so great experience with owner Jamie Diaz, Do not buy into the private sessions or the overpriced packages , you will be locked in with the "no-Refund" policy. In my experience she was not a good trainer for dogs with biting or behavioral issues. I would recommend her for dog- walking sessions, teaching hop tricks , sit and roll over and finding treats. Her facility is not state of the art , however it can work for non fussy clients. Jamie Diaz love for her animals is definitely an example of the mere exposure effect as she actually resembles her animal counterparts. read more

We are so glad we found Dynamite Dog Training! Auburn is the best trainer!!! We started our puppy Monroe there at only 8 weeks old, as soon as he came home. He began day training for socialization right away. At the same time, we had Auburn come to our house to work with us and our children so that we knew how to reinforce everything he learned at "school" at home. Auburn was my trainer for my 7 month old Yorkie. I swear she is a dog whisperer. She spoke so quietly it was amazing how my dog responded to her. We did 4 private lesson and in 4 weeks my crazy puppy did a 360 he listens to me when I tell him to come he went from peeing 10 times a day in my house to almost no accidents. He's still a crazy puppy but now at least I have some control. She also worked a little with my two older dogs. Auburn was amazing and I would recommend her to anyone who needs help with a puppy. read more

After meeting Allison at an event at my dog's vets office, I was super excited to have my dog start taking lessons. We started with a fun nose work class that really gave my almost 2 year old golden retriever an hour of pure mental stimulation and joy. We called Dynamite Dog Training to have our Morkie puppy trained at our home. Isabel was our trainer and our puppy, Minnie, learned all the basic commands so easily and in such a positive manner. My two Frenchies have been a real challenge with their behavior. We had tried a private trainer in the past and found it to be less than helpful, then while at a group session at Dynamite Dog training we saw how talented Auburn was with the dogs. We were able to try a private lesson with her and found she is both compassionate and firm with our dogs. She is a great find! We have been training Renegade for 3 weeks now. Renegade is meeting new Paw Pals and enjoys the visits. He's playing nicely with other puppies and is learning potty training techniques as well as other tricks that make raising a puppy easier. Do not leave your dog here. It will get maybe an hour of attention, the rest of the time it will be in a cage. The trainers are very inexperienced. Don't be surprised when your dogs behaviors see no change. But see how they will have no problem accepting your money. Owner will say I've never been there to cover her own behind. I've had both my dogs there. Please people, do better for your dogs. read more
