I went in for my pregnancy massage and I was absolutely out at ease. Absolutely loved my 60 minute massage.

First of all, I want to say that my experience with the staff has been amazing. They were incredibly nice and sweet, and even when I totally blanked and forgot my first appointment, they were incredibly sweet and accommodating! My masseuse, Cindi, was also just incredibly sweet. Also, checking in on yelp did save me 15%, so I appreciated that discount. However, I have to be very honest about the PRENATAL MASSAGE I received. My husband wanted to treat me to one since I've been battling insomnia in my 2nd trimester due to lower back pains. I think all the tossing and turning at night has made my shoulders and neck tense up, too. She initially had me lay on my stomach on this comfortable adaptor cushion where the stomach and breast area were cut out and supported, and that felt amazing to be able to lay on my stomach again! I requested a firm massage and made comments that previous masseuse had been afraid to use firm pressure on me, because I'm smaller. I've received massages frequently before my pregnancy (I am an occupational therapist so my work can get pretty physically straining), so I was thinking this would be a similar experience. Instead, the massage felt more like an attempt to release and realign my muscles rather than a spa like experience to soothe, rub, and massage the discomfort out. I could feel her working along the spine, the scapula, the neck, but it was always more of a tugging and a realigning rather than a kneading and a soothing release. At times, the pressure was so light that rather than manipulating the muscles, I only felt sensation on the top layer of my skin. I especially was hoping for a lower back massage that could really sooth and knead and ease the aches, but the massage definitely fell short. She also used a cupping technique on my lower back and upper shoulders, and though that was somewhat interesting, I feel like I could have gone to my Accupuncturist to get more targeted cupping done. What I was hoping for was an incredibly soothing, relaxing, and effective massage to ease my aches and pains from this pregnancy, but my experience definitely did not end with any relief. read more

The therapists here are fantastic and very well trained. I've gone to Denise 4 times now- 2 times toward the end of my pregnancy and 2 times after baby and she is phenomenal! She offers the right amount of relaxation massage and also trigger point body work to really get the knots out. I recommend a 90 minute massage- especially postpartum :) read more

If I could give 10 stars, I would. That's how amazing Cindi is. (I have only ever gone to her, but I hear everyone here is amazing). Cindi takes her time to really understand what your pain issue is and works to figure out the source. She even goes as far as to give you stretches and ideas as to how to help you not injure yourself in the future. Her knowledge and skillset are top notch. Additionally, her passion for her work is what stands her out above the rest and immediately puts you at ease. I had a wonderful 60 minute prenatal massage by Denise. I've been experiencing a lot of tightness in my neck and shoulders, to the point where I would have trouble sleeping some nights, and she was able to provide great relief! My full body massage consisted of 30 minutes on each side and Denise carefully set me up with several supportive pillows so that I was comfortable and properly positioned for her to work. During the massage I asked her a few questions including ones about how to improve my positioning for better sleep. I'm so happy I made an appointment with Patty for my prenatal massage. I am almost 38 weeks along and have been experiencing all the discomforts that come along with pregnancy, as well as sciatic pain on my right side that comes and goes. Patty was so sweet and made me feel comfortable. I recommend her to anyone looking to get a prenatal massage. Patty really worked out my knots and spent some time working out the sciatic pain I've been experiencing for a couple months now. For the first time in what seems like forever, I am feeling no pain in my shoulders (pain i experience on a daily basis, not just during pregnancy) and haven't felt even the slightest pain from my sciatic nerve. Usually when I go from sitting or laying down to standing up position, my sciatica that's on my right side that runs from my butt down to my leg is so painful, it takes me awhile to adjust until i could walk. Today, I woke up feeling great and pain free! I was able to just get up from bed and walk to the bathroom comfortably. She even relieved some tension I was holding in my forearms and legs that I didn't even notice before, until we were done with the massage. Thank you, Patty. I am so glad I booked it with her. She is so good at what she does and so caring at the same time. She relieved all that back pain! And even gave me some tips on what I could do at home. I received a 60 min New Mother Massage from Denise 8 weeks after delivery. She was very patient and listened to areas where I felt soreness or pain so she can address those areas specifically. Katie has been such a blessing to me in many ways. I have to say that STEPHANIE from Dynamic Touch has saved me so many times! The first time I went in was because of Neck pain, and because I'm pregnant I couldn't just go anywhere. After a 60 min prenatal massage with her, I felt so much better and continue to see her every few weeks. I actually just saw her again yesterday because I've been feeling really off and my belly has been feeling super heavy but her prenatal massage really relaxed me and I feel So much better!!! Patty is so talented and really knows how to massage a pregnant woman. Most massage therapist that I have been to these last few months have been afraid to apply firm pressure. This place is top notch run by the best professionals around. I have been for muscle relief/sports massage. They are able to pinpoint exactly where the problems are and know exactly the techniques to relieve pain, tension, knots etc. In fact, they find spots you didn't even know had issues but they are causing pain in other places. It's not always pleasant (the best work can be down right painful) but it works and I walk out of there feeling way better every time.
