Two technicians arrived and immediately began the removal process without explaining the scope of work or providing any estimate or pricing upfront. The service itself took approximately 30 minutes, after which we were presented with an unexpectedly high bill. Given the lack of prior communication, we felt pressured into paying for a service we had not agreed to at that price. While we are grateful that the raccoons were removed, the job felt incomplete. No cleaning or sanitization was performed, leaving us to address contamination concerns on both our main floor and back deck ourselves--adding further time and expense. Additionally, we were told this was the only service of its kind in our area, which we know not to be the case. Overall, the lack of transparency, communication, and follow-through made this a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company based on our experience.
