I had the crawlspace inspected in September and they found active termite infestation. There were several mud tubes and damage to the subfloor. I called Mark. It took a week for him to respond. He said that an inspection should have been performed to make sure the treatment worked. He never performed that inspection. He suggested a second treatment. Since the first one was ineffective, why would I have him do a second one? I told him I wanted a refund. I even suggested that he could deduct the cost of the product. That was over three weeks ago and I am still waiting. I would give this company zero stars if I could! Beware. My next stop will be small claims court and the Better Business Bureau.

He put an inside treatment but also said because it was going to rain heavily the next day, better to wait a couple days when it dried out and then apply the outside treatment.
