Okay, listen... I think it's safe to say I'm this company's favorite customer by now. I've probably called them more times than I've called my own husband... Always in a full-blown panic.. They always show up. Every. Single. Time. No judgment, no delay, just calm, kind and they book it and come right out... no questions asked!! Zack and Dimitry? Absolutely deserve praise. Because yes, not only did I follow Zack up into the attic making him take pictures and videos for me but I also went into every inch of the crawlspace with him like a true champ, and I fully expect a plaque in the office for that! (I'd settle for a sweatshirt ) & don't think I didn't follow Dimitry into the crawl space & attic as well yapping away like I've known them for years !!! Hahaha these men deserves hazard pay just for letting me tag along asking a million questions like I was training to be a technician lol... My favorite part is the office girls... Sweetest humans alive. I've probably stress called them ten times in one week and they still answer like I'm not completely unhinged (bless their souls). At this point, we're basically besties. What's the 4th of July plans girls???? Bottom line.. This team has been a blessing. They've handled my chaos with grace and humor, and I honestly don't know how I'd survive this house without them. I needed a pest control to address the annoying little black ants that we usually get every year but this year they seemed as if they were in extra force. I went online, saw the wonderful reviews for this company and called. I called yesterday, left a message and within 2 hours Mike called me back. Today Steve came over promptly and was professional, friendly, helpful and informative. I am VERY pleased. The pricing was upfront and very reasonable. In today's world we just don't see family owned businesses like this anymore. We don't see the wok ethic like this anymore. We don't see guys like Mike and hard working family men like Steve anymore. It was refreshing. This is the way a business is suppose to be run, with professional, educated associates. Steve was terrific and such an amazing personality. He came in, he explained everything, answered questions, educated us, did his job, we chatted, talked about our kids, he showed me pictures of his beautiful family, wrapped up the job and he left. He even told me of a few vents that were missing in the crawl space that he wanted to let me know of. Just pick up the phone and call. You will not be disappointed. I have had a LOT of work done to my fixer upper house along with rebuilding after Hurricane Sandy and I could tell you stories about "workman" that would curl your hair. Awesome experience, extremely thorough, no problems since initial visit! My semi-brief story, ANTS! Ants ants ants! I've had them for a few years. This girl would rather have a rabid wolverine in the house than any type of bug. I had a company I swore by forever but it just wasn't working. They'd come, leave bait and in two weeks we were infested again. The worst part was, the company wouldn't come back until three weeks had passed insisting the bait would work. We lived with ants through this entire winter. I called Michael after a friend's recommendation and reading reviews. His tech (John I think?) was here for over an hour. He treated my entire house, outside and the crawlspace (my other company wasn't as thorough). He even advised me to contact a plumber to check for a broken pipe as the crawlspace was extremely damp. This appointment was a week before Easter. I saw about 10 ants for a week or two and dare I say, NOTHING since! THANK YOU MICHAEL AND YOUR TEAM! We hired Above All because of some issues we were having with mice. We had previously hired Western and also had an estimate from Viking. What I noticed more than anything about Above All was that their service was far superior and more thorough than those big name companies, at a better price. While the bigger companies took inventory, made a list of concerns and tried to sell us on a bigger package of services, Above All went to work. Bob, our technician, looked first at the obvious places, but then moved even big appliances and in the dark recesses of our basement to check for any pest activity whereas the other companies seemed satisfied to just look in the simpler more obvious places. Two technicians visited our house and both were honest and thorough; they seemed genuinely concerned about solving our problem. The name of their company is true. Michael and his staff really are "above all" when it comes to termite and other pest control. We recently purchased a house and, as part of the inspection process, we discovered that there may have been some previous tenants known as termites! Therefore, we asked "Above All Termite and Pest Control" to come and take a look. Michael arrived promptly and determined that there, indeed, were some termite trails found in a couple of rooms. I engaged them to perform a termite treatment, as well as a general pest control treatment throughout the property. They were thorough, examining the attic, other rooms and outside on the house perimeter. They were professional, neat and thorough. And I was charged a very reasonable price for the treatment and contract. Two thumbs up for Above All Termite and Pest Control. Jeff is the reason I am renewing my Account with Above All! I was skeptical and desperate when a huge colony of ants were taking over my kitchen and I felt my phone calls weren't being returned fast enough. Jeff showed up and completely changed any doubts I had any longer! He was so personable, informative, kind and reassuring. He was giving me detailed information about the type of ants we have, how they behave and the best ways to get rid of them (which he was doing all the while). I felt as if he was doing detective work figuring out why we had the problems we did with the ants. We just had a gentleman named Jeff come and exterminate flies we have/had coming from our bathroom. He was able to locate where they have been coming from and gave us great advice. He was also completely honest and shared that his spraying may not fix the problem as they are coming from pipes and therefore if they come back, he said we'd need a plumber. I 100% respect the honesty that his service may not work instead of just lying and saying he has magic spray. We did opt to spray the whole house and hopefully it works, but if it doesn't, I won't be angry as Jeff did warn us we may need a plumber. They were also extremely timely as we called late yesterday afternoon and they came today! We will def use them again if we ever need an exterminator. Five stars for sure! read more

We highly recommend Above All Termite & Pest Control. Late last Saturday afternoon (Labor Day weekend), we discovered a huge hornets' nest in our backyard. The nest was hanging from a tree branch in close proximity to the shallow end of our pool. My husband called Above All and explained that our grandchildren would be using the pool the following day. Two technicians arrived at our house an hour later...on a Saturday night...on a holiday weekend! Jimmy D. We recently chose Above All Termite and Pest for bedbugs. I researched as some companies use a freezing agent and Above All uses heat. They require no prep time as others require emptying closets, dressers etc. Three techs showed up and thoroughly went through each room: Mattresses, clothes, couches etc. Thorough vacuum and using the heat treatment thoroughly treated my home. Mike, the owner, calls, texts, to follow up and see how we are doing. A few weeks later they come back and do a thorough search. Luckily there were a few only the first time and no signs at all after. They will come back again to make sure and he told me to contact him immediately if we suspect anything. Best company for pest control! I had spider crickets like crazy, ants and mice in my house over the summer. We always got rid of the mice but this year they kept coming back. Hank was so patient and explained all the ways how these mice, spider crickets and ants get into the house. We fix up all the possible openings and problem was fixed along with their products they use to kill them off. In the beginning of their service we called them twice within a month and they came back out right away to get the mice and put more traps out. We haven't had issues since summer with any of the above. They came back out in October to spray again and they will come back in January. Very nice and friendly company! Highly recommend! read more

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is! I'm not happy about having a problem with rodents, or insects, or wasps, but when it happens you should call Above All Pest control! The owner is wonderful and caring about his customers and always willing to help and work with you. The staff is amazing! Laurie is the sweetest person who contacts you when you need anything. Here is what I appreciated about Above All: Sean came out to give me an estimate the morning after I called. Gave me a definite time rather than a time frame, a competitive price and a written estimate. Explained the problem and solution in simple terms. Michael answered my follow-up questions immediately and completely and sent the insurance info I asked for in nano-seconds. A big worry for me was moving the stuff in my garage as I am recovering from a year-long back problem. I had a big problem with yellow jackets. When we had the warm weather resurface, my car was literally covered and I couldn't get into my car. I couldn't even get into my car for fear i would get stung! I called and spoke with Tracey totally in a panic! She was so nice, and sent out a tech within hours. He explained exactly what he was going to do, and removed the nest fairly quickly. I was beyond thrilled! I haven't seen a yellow jacket since the service and i live in/bordering the woods.
