For a postage stamp sized post office, the Seaside Park branch takes care of business. From the…read moretiny lobby with classic post boxes with copper hinged covers, to the even smaller counter service area inside, the folks here get everything postal done with efficiency and a smile. Here, "going postal," is still a good thing. So, I was there after an appointment on the nearly deserted Island Beach, and needing to get something mailed immediately with today's postmark. I couldn't just put the letter through the slot and hope for the best. I requested that the stamped envelop be posted with the current date in bold ink. No problem. The acting postmaster himself took the letter and with precision and fury, dropped the handheld stamp canceller down on the upper right corner of the envelop. Wham! With printing as clear as a bell and black ink, the mission was accomplished. No fuss. No muss.

They called me right after to confirm it was mold and explained that a professional assessment would likely cost as much as or more than a new unit. I've now purchased a replacement unit instead of spending what ultimately could have been double, and really appreciate the help they provided!

He identified areas of moisture that I wasn't aware of and took his time making sure everything was looked over. He also took samples I requested. He was great and so nice and explained everything in so much detail! I don't have the report yet since it was just done last night but just wanted to let his team know he was great!

You can tell Alex values his reputation and takes pride in a job well done. A year or so ago, a friend had to have mold remediation of her house due to water damage. She had changed to Puroclean after another company failed to remove the mold despite having been called back twice. Therefore, it was his company that came to mind when I needed smoke remediation. My relative had a rental condo where the tenant ended up being a heavy smoker. Picture not only heavy smoke smell throughout the unit but soot stains on walls and ceiling. She needed to have it remediated as her son was moving back to New Jersey and into the unit. Unfortunately, he has asthma and his attacks are triggered by smoke. Alex was very patient when explaining the process of remediation and answered all my question throughly. His communication skills were excellent, He promptly returned my calls/texts when I had questions. I found his pricing competitive and fair. Hopefully, I will never need to have remediation again, but if needed, Alex will be the first person I call. Thank you again Alex for the great job.
