We do a lot of escape rooms so we normally sign up for the hardest ones. However, we only had 4 people while we were in town so we signed up for the only 4 person room. It was their beginner room. We still had to work together to solve but it was easy as it said. PERFECT for a first time group. Gets you used to the possibilities on what could be going on in a room. The room host was nice. Then, they take you into the escape room where there's some cubbies to store your personal belongings. There is only one escape room here and it's called Sal's Cybernetics and is for 2-6 people. The theme was really immersive and there were some really cool puzzles to solve! The staff increases the difficultly based on the teams progress so we got the hard version and solved everything in 42 minutes.

The whole place had a coherent vibe from the second you walk in the door, and they do a good job of tuning you to their frequency. The theme is a sort of technological dystopia, cyber-punk with a touch of steampunk nostalgia. The room itself had a dynamic level of difficulty. I enjoyed the story, which followed us throughout and made sense with the aesthetic. The hints are just right to keep play active but engaging. The puzzle involves some moving around, but nothing physical enough to alienate people. (I had a knee injury acting up and I could do everything just fine.) I do recommend not wearing any thick or heavy clothes and bringing as little items as possible, because you will be moving A LOT and sweating will be your enemy. The first room I did was "Santa's Workshop"-this is the most challenging room that they have. This room was the perfect balance of difficult and fun. The team at Inferno is really creative in their story building and puzzle development. This is a great option if you are looking for a fun holiday activity to do with friends or family. I recommend not doing this room with more than 4 people. The second room I did was "The Candy Shoppe". Our group ended up arriving to the room a bit late and the Inferno staff was so understanding and accommodating. They adjusted the room's puzzles to match the time we did have and were great at anticipating we we needed extra guidance. I can't wait to come back again-after your session is over, they even offer a discount for you to rebook again. I highly recommend checking this place out if you love to do escape rooms.

We felt that the room was very difficult but Josh & Avery were great hosts! Josh gave us clear instructions at the beginning and Avery was great at giving us hints (often). I didn't want us to fail so I had no shame in asking for a lot of hints and glad to know I could because there's no way we could have escaped without them. I also really like that the hints are given on a tv up on the wall. Loved the lazer lights at the end. Very Mission Impossible. Limbo anyone? We had so much fun. Can't wait to be back!

We selected the Lost City which is a 6/10 for difficulty and that seemed appropriate for our first time We had an absolute blast and the staff was very helpful. What made the experience 5/5 was when we finished, we had a very long conversation with the employee who turned out to be one of the owners, Walter. He is very passionate and explained how they came up with these ideas. You could see how genuine he was and his passion for his business.
