Feels so good to be back in the studio again! Lagree is one of the hardest strength training work outs you can do while at the same time it's very forgiving on the joints. You'll raise your heart rate, sweat, and shake while moving as slowly as possible under constant tension. You'll see visible changes in your body from doing this work out. Don't be intimidated by the amazing brand new megaformers in the studio. Amber the owner and lead instructor was great at helping new clients become familiar with the equipment and how to use it. As a registered nurse, she understands the significance of proper workout techniques. Having not worked out in years, I was unsure if this would be the right place for me. But soon enough, I started feeling the difference in my strength, balance, and flexibility. We have been going to MDRNfitness for over a year now and we love it. I cannot praise Amber and all of the instructors enough. They acknowledge and celebrate every milestone we achieve and there's so much encouragement from everyone, from the teachers to the other people who work out there. It feels like a family and everyone is welcomed and encouraged. The workouts are only 45 minutes long, and they seem to fly by. The instructors are knowledgeable and fun, and I always feel like I'm working out with family and friends. Everyone is so friendly and makes it fun to work out. starting as early as 5:15 am and going as late as 5:30 pm, which makes it easy to fit into my schedule. I don't usually write reviews, but I've been recommending MDRNfitness to friends, and since I often check reviews, I decided that I would write one. Not bad at all my friends! I was a bit nervous coming in for the first time but the staff was really nice and not pushy at all. The space is brand new and nicely thought out. The actual workput was mostly rowing machines (which are really fun), treadmills, and some weights and lunges. The vibes are like a spin class so expect pumping music and some enthusiastic yell-coaching.

What a great group of Coaches and Warriors with NO QUIT!! It was a great workout and Coach Johnny helped me with pointers that allowed me to complete 20 rounds of 20point2 I was very determined to finish with a half-decent time as I had a 12-year-old Warrior Maiden on the rack beside me banging out Toes to Bars. In the end, although spent and half alive, I had a great time with a group of great people at Crossfit Spokane valley!! Drop-in if you're a Crossfitter and you're in the area.

It's unbelievable that is what's required nowadays and how easily it is for people to get taken advantage of. 2 years ago I became pregnant and needed to cancel our membership. Have not stepped foot in hotworx since, 2 years later they are claiming we never canceled and started charging on March to my moms debit account for what is shown as the first time according to her bank so she was finally able to notice. We are not sure what other payments were involved previous to this. She was continuously charged Months of due payments for me and my husbands supposedly canceled account, also in her confusion as an also many years cancelled connected account to ours. she called and was told we did not "confirm" our cancelation. We were under one account, and they said we were individuals. Regardless we all went in and cancelled, I don't know how their end looks. if you have a similar situation, get every proof you can of cancellation for every member under the paid account. Take photos and names. We enjoyed going to this establishment, and it's sad to even have to put up this review because the way they handled the situation I have never experienced anywhere in my life. They claim that there was no written agreement of the cancelation. Even though during that time my husband and I went in to the location together knowing the need to confirm cancelation, we signed, and yet that wasn't enough. Because somehow even after signing, being told of confirmed cancelation 2 years ago, there would still be a chance that they would charge us for years of service. Here is a photo of no communication until 2 years later about some payment not coming through. I have screenshotted this round of cancellation and taken note of the name of the General Manager Sara Mentel. Hope this is enough confirmation for them, as due to their policy it is our fault for their mistake.

I found the workouts to be wonderful (pretty much the same as Solidcore which was great for me). I found the instructor/ owner and front desk to be less than personable. They were nice enough but gave nothing more than just doing their job. It is definitely a come in, do the workout, and leave kind of place, there's no real camaraderie. I came for quite a few classes because it was a new establishment and thought the staff would warm up or it would take some time to get to know me. That did not happen, which is regrettable bc I would love to keep doing Pilates. I bumped up my review 1 star bc the workout is good and it's a small biz.
