The usual setup applies: bring a quarter to the locked carts out front. Shop. The cashier uses your cart in a hurried fashion to reload the groceries NOT into bags after they've been scanned. You bag them yourself at the long counter near the exit. All of this cuts back on prices... which inflation has still affected ALDI but not nearly as bad as I thought it would. If I had a cooler with me, I would have picked up a few fridge & freezer items. Their specialty section was a bit in disarray. Pretty normal sight actually. Then I think to myself, I'm glad to not be going to those folk's houses. Lol. Thank you to the nice lady who gave me her cart in the parking lot. I tried to give it away again, but got a no thank you. Ha!

The selection is great and the employees are very helpful. Many of the products that you find here are healthier than what you would find in a normal grocery store. Then I headed over to the condiments station, and added some onion, cilantro, chopped cabbage with sliced pickled jalapenos, and some green salsa to my burrito. I was quite surprised when I bit into my burrito, but it was just the juicy succulent meat, wrapped in the tortilla. No rice, no beans, nothing else; just meat inside the tortilla. The most authentic Mexican eats that I've had in Texas. I can't wait to come back here.
