I asked for low maintenance, lived in, dimensional lightening and that is exactly what I got! Quinn listens to your hair goals and does a great job meeting your expectations. Would love to do a poll: if you receive an email on 1/14/26 about an encouragement to sign up for a Blo Membership with a specified $80 a month & it comes from the Blo Rocklin location, and because of this email, you cancelled your existing Blo membership and re-enroll, is it the owner's responsibility to rectify the situation? No disclaimer. No asterisks. When you are given the owner's number, she stops responding as soon as you put any kind of pressure on her to hear you out and open up the room for a conversation (especially after originally leaving a 5 star review and being a Blo member). She refuses to give out an email, and just mentions that she set up a drip campaign 4 years ago and she has no idea where this came from (this came from her location's inbox). I believe that mistakes happen, but attitude and lack of effort to rectify is not a good look for the owner. Bringing this to the attention of others: there are other Blo salons that have $80 a month, even if membership is now $95, if you booked or cancelled under a pretense that came from the official location's messaging, you have a case to stand on. Bring this to the attention of corporate just like I will be doing.

I have always had a hard time finding a hairstylist that will understand how to work with my wavy, frizzy, and coarse hair, but Mady just gets it. The last few times, she gave me exactly what I was looking for, but also made sure to debulk my hair so that it wouldn't feel too heavy because I have A LOT of hair. No one has ever offered to do that for me and it felt so amazing! She was able to thin out some of the hair and have it feeling so lightweight without taking anything away from the volume or cut. This time, I got some changes to my hair color as well, including some highlights. She worked so quickly and was always attentive. The studio is also super nice and comfortable, so I honestly didn't feel the wait at all! I love how my hair turned out in the end. She also gave me instructions and advice on keeping up with maintenance to prolong its longevity. Thank you so much again Mady and I can't wait to come back next time!
