I then tried to setup my receiver and couldn't get any sound. I didn't really want to get into figuring out how the place was wired and waived the white flag. I easily setup an appointment with Joe and he had his technicians come out on time. They arrived with masks and gloves (COVID19) and were careful the whole time. They easily knew where to look and how to get my receiver hooked up properly. Found out I had a Sonance setup that was good (for it's time) but the driver plate was unnecessary with my amp. They took out the Sonance driver and got me setup with my existing Yamaha amplifier. They helped figure out how to get my zones setup on the amplifier and gave some pointers to look out for. I'm all setup now and ended up hooking up my Chromecast to my receiver to stream audio from my phone while I'm outside on the deck also! I'm a happy customer and was glad to have Royal Home Entertainment troubleshoot my issues.

I was bummed our mantle wouldn't fit the desired MantleMount so he advised the way to get it done - build out a faux wall to shorten up the mantle depth. We got on the phone several times to discuss measurements, where to connect power, and how to make it look good. We got a contractor to build the wall and Jeff was on standby the whole week to answer questions and make sure we did it right! On the day of the installation, he and his son were professional and worked quickly. Even the wires behind the tv were neatly wrapped and coiled. They made several adjustments before, during, and after the mount was up to make sure we were completely satisfied. They also gave a lot of love to our animals and worked around them. He ran the wires and kept every wire hidden. The 2nd TV was in the master bedroom and as you'll see in the picture, he did a good job of hiding the electrical cords so it could be near the power outlets. Shame on me for not painting the white covering to match the color of the wall but you get the point. He was friendly and his pricing was fair. I plan on using him again very soon!

Hired Twizted Home Entertainment through Thumbtack. I thought the team was generally good to work…read morewith while the install was happening, albeit a few issues here and there. However, later found out that there was substantial damage done to one of the speakers I had installed (MSRP $999/each). I reached out to the owner and was told there was no way their team could've caused that damage and to return my products to the vendor. Pictures show this is clearly not an issue from use, as the driver is pretty much shoved in on one side. Notwithstanding, some of the work was not performed as initially discussed (i.e. ethernet cables to cameras were run outside instead of through soffits/attics), and the team was quick to make holes in the ceilings and walls (which ended up being in the wrong places). Given how things have shaken out, I cannot recommend this company for any work. Let the work speak for itself in the photos and see the other reviews online regarding damage. The free work Ron mentioned is shown below with the one ethernet cable hanging from the side of the house. I paid in full afterwards, so if I had high expectations or demands that were "met," I think the highest expectation I had was for them not to damage the very thing they're installing. I actually have texts from Mo partway into the installation where he essentially told me to install things myself because he thought they were too valuable for him to install (which was part of the services I hired them for). Also beware of some of the other positive reviews, as one just popped up that of course mentions "no holes" for similar set up and the initials match one of the employees on Yelp (Mo N.), but on Google and Thumbtack it shows two different names altogether for the same review. Seems like they're padding the reviews and photos so you won't see the work they did at my home.... They're also now threatening me via text to stop updating my reviews for calling them out. There's been a handful of 5 star reviews in the last 24 hours after posting my review used some old photos from their Thumbtack and website (which they removed and replaced).
