It's the same two people, an older white male with grey/white hair and a younger/middle aged woman with tan skin and brown hair. The first time I came in they were having a conversation and didn't even notice me standing in line until I continued to walk up. If you could redeem certain coupons or DSW cash online, I would never come back to this store. Everyone else seems fine, all the people working on the floor are helpful and kind, it's truly just the cashiers.

The list she looked at to find the exclusions was huge. You basically get to use the coupon on an off brand shoe. Easy for women as they have many brands to chose from. For men, there were literally no shoes that weren't on the exclusion list. You have to give it to DSW, that's a great ploy to get someone to the cashier. I'll always buy my shoes direct from the maker or via Amazon going for. I'd rather pay more than contribute to shady marketing. Bye DSW.

Usually when I come in, the few salespeople working are spread out on the floor, but each one eventually comes by to greet me and ask if I need anything, or if I have any questions. I've found them all to be friendly and doting. Their boot selection varies from shipment to shipment but I've bought two pairs of boots from this location specifically because of the service, selection, and the great prices. I realize that other western stores may have higher end boots like Lucchese, but if you're a collector like I am, then you get a lot more value here than anywhere else. I'm a fan of supporting the mom and pops (shout out to Scott Colburn and Howell Western Wear), that said, I like Cody James boots. My girlfriend bought me my first pair for Christmas. That was going on two years ago and I still get compliments on them. I'm a fan of Boot Barn. If you're getting into boots, they're an entry level spot to indulge your curiosities.

Nate was looking to try on some soccer shoes for sizing, and we were meeting my family for dinner at Mitchell's nearby, so we stopped in here for a bit. The store was bright, clean, and well-stocked. We were able to find an employee right away to help us pull sizes. The shoe selection was vast and had some sales going on. They had a huge wall of Stanleys which was so vibrant and colorful! I also noticed some really fun Lions gear. The parking lot is large, but it was quite busy, so you may have to park a little further out and walk a bit.

She provided a print out of the receipt for me. She did not provide a detailed receipt but it showed the date, transaction number, item and amount of sale At the store I encountered the Manager, Eric who as very rude and condescending. He told me I could not return the item even though the customer service representative told me I could. Eric did not take time to look up any information and advised me, the return policy limited returns to 30 days. being confused after this exchange, I then contacted the online complaint department and spoke with a representative (Sabrina) who was also very helpful and researched my issues. after researching the issues she contacted her supervisor and advised me I could return the item to the store after looking up my receipt which included the extended warranty. Sabrina then call the store to speak with Eric about the return. She then advised me I would be able to return the item after speaking with Eric. the next day, I went to the store and spoke with Eric who again was rude and wanted to justify his earlier decision to reject the return as I did not tell him I had an extended warranty. If he had taken time to look up the sale he would have seen that I did purchase the extended warranty. Eric was not customer friendly and I advised him I would not engage in an argument with him. he begrudgingly processed the refund. I would advise that: 1. you not purchase the Maxfli 2024 Hybrid Travel Cover. 2. Retain all receipts 3. document your conversations with all team members I will not be shopping at the Lansing store where Eric is the manager.
