We were on the same page immediately! Keith taught me invaluable systems that I've been putting into place around my home between our sessions. I knew I wanted to get rid of a lot of stuff, but I really appreciate that Keith never actually pressured me to "just get rid of" anything. He'd see me looking at something really hard and ask me a few questions to help me clarify my feelings and align my decisions with my goals. I had a lot of Big Feelings around certain spaces so having Keith's practical problem-solving and non-judgmental presence was invaluable in transforming my home into a place I enjoy using. I can now maintain a baseline of organization with ease, without needing long weekend cleaning sessions. I know where everything is and don't need to waste time searching for my things. I never thought I could be this type of person. What's special about Keith is that he doesn't just organize, he teaches you the skills required for maintaining an organized home over the long term, tailored to you. He's trained with Marie Kondo and specializes in organizing for ADHD. He asks excellent questions in the decluttering process and has brilliant strategies for organization--I don't have ADHD but find that his methods work very well for my busy pace of life. I've developed a better understanding of why disorganization happens and how to address them and create systems as needed. All that to say, working with Keith is one of the best investments I've ever made. He's also a lovely person to spend an afternoon with, and always communicative, warm, and incredibly punctual. They found us a great walker who takes our pooch to Funston once a week. Our dog is happy and we're happy! We're now in the process of planning our wedding (woohoo!) and while we don't need or want a full blown wedding planner, we're going to get in touch with Whatever Concierge for some vendor suggestions. After a brief, yet detailed conversation with Christy, the wheels were set in motion. Mind you, this was 2 days before the event, so I was a little skeptical on actual delivery. However, Christy had assured me it would all be taken care of. Sure enough! That morning, Christy braved rush hour traffic, called in my exact requested breakfast take-out, picked it up, delivered it, and then called to let me know mission accomplished. I was in awe...still am. Christy, and Whatever Concierge, are the prime example of phenomenal customer service. I was extremely happy with their assistance in this event and will definitely be using them in the future.

I'm independent and self-sufficient and this was the first time I enliste someone's help on matters like this. She made it easy for me. When I contacted her, she was quick to respond and very professional. When I spoke with her on the phone, it seemed that she knew what she was doing and had solid experience. She came across as professional and friendly, competent, clear, and ready to get down to business. I've worked in a few different industries in my adult life and have interviewed prospective employees. My intuition on these things has tended to be solid. Ashley fit the bill. She came across as professional and trustworthy. She described her process for handling sensitive information, which I appreciated. She was also very understanding about a recent death in the family that contributed to my overwhelm. We did all the work remotely. She got me up to speed on a shared password system, a project management system, and kept active lists of what we were each doing. This kept my head clear and me on task.     I don't write a lot of reviews but SF Exec genuinely deserves one…read more Expect 3 to 5 days to the onboarding process as they want to make sure to cater to all your needs properly, but they truly embrace the thought of VIP treatment: once you are in you are king! Three years in, just renewed my contract, which says it all. The responsiveness alone makes them worth it, but it's more than that. You can tell these are people who actually care about getting things right They've handled everything from clearing out a storage unit, overseeing a full remodel, flagging and coordinating home repairs, setting up home systems, and even adding to my income by converting and managing a neglected ADU to an organized Airbnb. I'll send a voice memo at 9pm and something's handled by morning. Nothing falls through the cracks!
