They never answer their phones and when you walk in there is always a long line to wait in. When you finally make it to the counter you tell them what you're there to pick up she looked it the computer and said oh we don't have this medication we have to order it and it won't be here until 3 days. I asked why they didn't notify me about this I was told we don't have time to. I asked why don't you answer your phone and she said the same thing no time to. I asked for other pharmacy's in the area and she said that they were the only one. Because of the fact I was never notified we had to leave early from our vacation to go home to pick it up at my own pharmacy. She was very rude and didn't even care about my questions. I will never ever use this place again. If you are traveling make sure you have your meds because you will not have any choice in this situation.

I called several times to make sure that it was ready to be picked up and not once did anyone answer the phone. I started reading reviews and the #1 problem with them was not answering the phone. The reviews were from years up to the date I called. We went down to pick up my prescription and waited in line for a few minutes and when we got to the clerk I gave her my name and she looked at the computer for a while. She then asked are you from out of town and I said yes and explained that my doctor called in the prescription yesterday. She told me that they didn't have my medication and it would take up to two days to order it. I asked about other pharmacy's in the area and they said that the closest pharmacy was in Bishop. Now I have been 2 days without my prescription medicine. Needless to say we had to pack up and leave 2 days early to go back home to be able to get my prescription filled. Thank goodness for Kaiser because it was ready and waiting for me. I will never use that pharmacy again. They do have a souvenir section but frankly is not as great when compared to some of the other stores. Just to give you an idea, this shop had like six hats to choose from, when another store in the valley easily had over fifty hat options to pick from. However, regardless of their variety I do think this store is very convenient and the staff that works here is great. Since the store is pretty small and can feel a little crowded, the staff works really hard to move the line as quickly as possible and get everyone out to their next adventure.
