Locals drive up to an hour to get to this facility to be told "we're taking our break now". CVS used be a decent brand, and now regret moving my prescription service to them. Pharmacy Techs and Pharmacists always strive to make sure their patients needs ALWAYS come first. Specially Emad the pharmacist, he trains all his Pharmacy Staff to be knowledgeable and caring about everything thats needed to help have their patients prescriptions filled on time. If anything goes wrong (which is VERY rare!!!!) he will do anything in his power to make it right. I wish more pharmacies would strive to be like them. This same lady put her hoodie on and left and ended up right in front of us in Amanda's line checking out. These two conversed then we walked up. We said hello, no response. She kept her head down the entire time and refused to make eye contact or acknowledge us. That's fine. We paid for our items, but looked back and an older non brown lady walked up and she was greeted and treated with decency. The reviews were from years up to the date I called. We went down to pick up my prescription and waited in line for a few minutes and when we got to the clerk I gave her my name and she looked at the computer for a while. She then asked are you from out of town and I said yes and explained that my doctor called in the prescription yesterday. She told me that they didn't have my medication and it would take up to two days to order it. I asked about other pharmacy's in the area and they said that the closest pharmacy was in Bishop. Now I have been 2 days without my prescription medicine. Needless to say we had to pack up and leave 2 days early to go back home to be able to get my prescription filled. Thank goodness for Kaiser because it was ready and waiting for me. I will never use that pharmacy again. They were really slow and they never answered the phones so you could never find out if your prescriptions were ready.
