Go there often. Friendly staff, and good selection of food items, camping and boating items as well as personal items. I would like to see souvenir items. Maybe stickers and koozies with their name on it. read more

It was very elegant. the scenery was beautiful and it was very peaceful but very crowded but very quiet and very interesting food.

My name is Rod Stillwell.. I'm the person who named The I Forgot Store back in 1985 when it first opened. For a number of years there was a plaque in the store that contained the history of how the store got its name..but subsequent owners of the Campground decided to make up their own story re how the store got its name.. I have no clue re what story gets told now as to how the store got its name..but believe me. ( My wife (at the time actually suggested it, but didn't want to admit it ) ( And now you know the rest of the story re the store name. It was thought at the time that because of the store being so far out of the way, the only thing that would sell was beer and what folks forgot to bring for a weekend of camping.. read more
