This is the cleanest and most tidy store -of any kind- I've ever been in. Prior to entering this drug store the Rexall on Douglas St. in Victoria BC, Canada held that crown. The store workers were polite and seemed friendly. On this visit I received my covid booster shot. The store offers non-appointment vaccinations between 2:00 and 4:00 pm. A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!! Wish I could give this joke of a store a ZERO. Worst pharmacy "team" ever. This store is a complete joke. Without a doubt the most unprofessional pharmacy staff I have EVER encountered. The pharmacy "manager" Laina is rude, unprofessional, incompetent, arrogant, does not have ANY customer service skills or anything close to a grasp of the English language. Don't believe me? call her, or better yet, go in there and try to have a conversation with her. More so than any other aspect, they cannot OR will not properly fill an authorized Doctor ordered prescription. I will never walk in to a "wrong-aid" store again. The worse pharmacy staff to deal with. When u call them to ask if prescription is ready or try talking to them they are very rude. The answer they usually give is I have 50 prescriptions in front of yours we will get to it. We are short staffed. Even it's antibiotics or something you need urgently. This Rite-Aid has a little Thrifty ice cream hand scooped section inside of the store!! While you may think... It's kind of weird to buy ice cream scooped in the store... Your belly won't be disappointed. Thrifty's cookies & cream is my go tooo!! A single scope for $1.99 and double for $2.69 - which doesn't break the bank at all :)) We usually get the double scoop and choose two flavors since it's a better deal! :)) It's nice to have this store so close by esp during the hot Fresno summers!!! Also... A hidden gem in this rite-aid are the earrings. Their pure expression hypo-allergenic earrings are actually super amazing for my sensitive ears. I have bought this pair of gold leaf earrings from Rite-Aid so many times (disclaimer- had to buy more cause I keep losing them. Haha fail). But at only $5 a pop it's a steal. And I get compliments on them all the time!! :)) Lastly, for those Pokemon Go addicts. This place is filled with Pokemon!! I caught 5 Pokemon in one shopping trip!!! :)) read more

I don't usually write reviews but I'm sick of this place. This pharmacy is TERRIBLE! I've been going here for 4 years now because I live so close to it and every time I go here there is some sort of issue with them. I get the same stuff every single time for 4 years now and they always get it wrong or say there is no refill or give me the wrong stuff....etc. like today, I get home and notice they gave me the wrong stuff. I call them and they say the ones I want are back ordered (so why would you give me something different). I say order them? They say they can't until it's shows up on their computer. I say how long is that going to be? She said I don't know could be weeks, I will order it when I can. I'm like uhhhh ok I guess, then before I hang up I say so this product is back ordered across the country? There is no other pharmacy that has it. She said well you can call the rite aid down the street. I'm like why didn't you say that in the first place instead of telling me it was going to be weeks before you could order it!? So I called the other rite aid and picked my order up 20min later. WTF. Common sense is lacking here. Aside from the customer service, just get my order right. read more

Everyone is exceptionally friendly. Never have I ever had a bad experience. There is a rewards/points system that, based on your status, takes money off of your total when paying. Service is wonderful and the store is easy to navigate. I would recommend this store to anyone read more

When I called her out on the phone , she just brushed it off and giggled . I hope the manager notices this review because this is bad for the business . But if you go threw the Drive they they will probably not walk over the window for a good 5 to 10 minutes they'll just let you sit there. The Pharmacy staff at this store is in serious need of customer service training. I can appreciate they are busy and perhaps understaffed for the work load. However their inability to be professional or friendly is a personal choice and a sign of poor training. Routinely they ignore people that arrive staring at their computers and simply ignoring until they feel ready to acknowledge the customer presence. Simple friendly greetings a welcoming approach would help go a long way towards how customer are treated. In over three years of coming to this store we have never felt welcomed or appreciated as a customer. Rude curtness and the feeling that they wish you had not shown up is the norm. read more

Had a very unpleasant encounter with an employee. I am a regular customer at this particular rite aid, I go at least once a week and normally my experiences are rather normal and decently pleasant so this came as a surprise to me. I was in line waiting to pay for the items I had picked up, and seeing that the line was clearly fairly long, the aforementioned employee opened up another register. So I, seeing that the other line was shorter, and also seeing that most of the customers in front of me in my current line had not decided to move to the other one, took it upon myself to move to the other line. I had moved to the other line and was waiting to pay for my items and as soon as I got to the front, the employee said to the customer who was in front of me in the original line "ma'am were you next?". The customer said it's okay and gestured that she was fine to remain in her original line, yet the employee insisted that she move to this other line, so, as a result, the customer moved. The employee then said to my brother and I "so this isn't a separate line kids, I'm pulling from the other one" in a very patronizing and rude way (Mind you, I am in fact an adult and although I was with my younger brother who is a kid, I don't appreciate being talked down to in this way). The employee then proceeded to look to the customer who had moved into her line after she had insisted she do so and then immediately looked at my brother and me and rolled her eyes. Extremely unnecessary. I honestly think that if it wasn't an entirely separate line, the employee should've expressed this immediately after I moved to the line rather than waiting until I got to the front and just being blatantly rude about it. There are nicer ways to communicate these types of things to a customer who genuinely misunderstood and I feel like my experience at this rite aid this time was just uncharacteristically unpleasant. read more

Today I went into the pharmacy and it was extremely busy and I appreciated how nice and friendly the staff was. They are always kind and helpful. I wish I could say the same about the front of the store this lady I think her name was Melissa was very rude and didn't acknowledge that me,as we were in the same aisle.. she seems rude and even over heard her talking down to an employee and is it just me or does she only hire white ppl the only place you see different ethnicities is in the pharmacy. I visit the store often because of the pharmacy but this Melissa girl is always seems to be in a bad mood. I have never been so pleased with a pharmacy as I have been with Rite-Aid on Copper Ave. Every member of their staff have been helpful, competent and friendly. I had been going to a Walgreens and had problems of some sort in the 3 out of 4 visits I had there. I had never used Rite Aids but finally out of despair I gave them a try and I am so glad I did it.
