This is the cleanest and most tidy store -of any kind- I've ever been in. Prior to entering this drug store the Rexall on Douglas St. in Victoria BC, Canada held that crown. The store workers were polite and seemed friendly. On this visit I received my covid booster shot. The store offers non-appointment vaccinations between 2:00 and 4:00 pm. The pharmacist that administered my jab was all business. I didn't feel the needle. read more

They need to stock their shelves. It was ridiculous. Thankfully I found the one thing I needed the most, sunscreen but I had to go somewhere else for a loaf of bread and some other small things I needed. read more

Rite Aid - Not the place for a quick stop for anything. Their shelves are empty in so many places. - Drugstores Near Me - Fresno, California

The cashier was slow, looks like staff has no sense of customer service or urgency. Wouldn't recommend this location.

Awesome pharmacy . went in to get our flu shots on thursday - pharmacist ,Jas, was amazing very knowledgeable and prompt. everyone in her staff was very polite and nice. bringing my kids next year to her read more

Love this pharmacy Newly transferred patient from cvs and couldn't have been more satisfied with customer service and attention to detail . Very knowledgeable pharmacist and friendly technicians read more

I frequent this rite aid often and the staff is usually a bit standoffish. They don't really greet you or smile too much. So when I do go, I try my best to grab whatever I need and get out. The store is small and it's sometimes a bit messy. read more

A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!! Wish I could give this joke of a store a ZERO. Worst pharmacy "team" ever. This store is a complete joke. Without a doubt the most unprofessional pharmacy staff I have EVER encountered. The pharmacy "manager" Laina is rude, unprofessional, incompetent, arrogant, does not have ANY customer service skills or anything close to a grasp of the English language. Don't believe me? call her, or better yet, go in there and try to have a conversation with her. More so than any other aspect, they cannot OR will not properly fill an authorized Doctor ordered prescription. I will never walk in to a "wrong-aid" store again. Cannot wait until every Rite Aid in USA is closed. The company is in bankruptcy court and has already closed many many stores. Now I know why this awful nightmare of a company is bankrupt. I never write reviews, good or bad, but I wish I had checked reviews of this joke of a store before I had the misfortune of visiting this dump. Again, don't believe me? read the other reviews. They are all accurate, this store is a shithole, not because of the physical bricks & mortar but because the staff suck. If you try to talk to the store "manager" James about addressing a complaint, his response (am I surprised...?) was a completely uncaring unprofessional manner, claiming there is "nothing I can do to remedy the situation, here or in the pharmacy" ??? Hand on my heart, that is a direct quote. Really?? Hey James...YOU'RE THE MANAGER dumbass!! It's YOUR JOB to "remedy the situation." This store should be shut down and every rude unprofessional and incompetent member of the staff ran out of town. A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. read more

I don't use the pharmacy but the staff is usually very good but there's one cashier who is full of herself. I've been there so many times and she is always giving attitude and doesn't care! Why can't you be a normal person and do your job with a smile?! Isn't that what good customer service is about?! read more

The worse pharmacy staff to deal with. When u call them to ask if prescription is ready or try talking to them they are very rude. The answer they usually give is I have 50 prescriptions in front of yours we will get to it. We are short staffed. Even it's antibiotics or something you need urgently. Not considerate to the customers at all. read more

I generally get most of our families pharmaceuticals at the Rite Aid on Copper Ave. This is about to change because of the rudeness of the pharmacist on the phone. She is definitely not a people person! A pill pusher is what she probably she might be qualified for! Nothing more read more

This Rite-Aid has a little Thrifty ice cream hand scooped section inside of the store!! While you may think... It's kind of weird to buy ice cream scooped in the store... Your belly won't be disappointed. Thrifty's cookies & cream is my go tooo!! A single scope for $1.99 and double for $2.69 - which doesn't break the bank at all :)) We usually get the double scoop and choose two flavors since it's a better deal! :)) It's nice to have this store so close by esp during the hot Fresno summers!!! Also... A hidden gem in this rite-aid are the earrings. Their pure expression hypo-allergenic earrings are actually super amazing for my sensitive ears. I have bought this pair of gold leaf earrings from Rite-Aid so many times (disclaimer- had to buy more cause I keep losing them. Haha fail). But at only $5 a pop it's a steal. And I get compliments on them all the time!! :)) Lastly, for those Pokemon Go addicts. This place is filled with Pokemon!! I caught 5 Pokemon in one shopping trip!!! :)) read more

This pharmacy sucks, I see why the staff is so rude because the pharmacist here is very short and rude. It was almost as if I was bothering her, to ask her recommendation. So, I now go to the Willow/Nees store and the tech is such a gentleman always polite even when I don't call ahead to order my meds. Additionally, the female pharmacist is always so sweet and takes her time to go over medication. read more

Everyone is exceptionally friendly. Never have I ever had a bad experience. There is a rewards/points system that, based on your status, takes money off of your total when paying. Service is wonderful and the store is easy to navigate. I would recommend this store to anyone read more

I don't usually write reviews but I'm sick of this place. This pharmacy is TERRIBLE! I've been going here for 4 years now because I live so close to it and every time I go here there is some sort of issue with them. I get the same stuff every single time for 4 years now and they always get it wrong or say there is no refill or give me the wrong stuff....etc. like today, I get home and notice they gave me the wrong stuff. I call them and they say the ones I want are back ordered (so why would you give me something different). I say order them? They say they can't until it's shows up on their computer. I say how long is that going to be? She said I don't know could be weeks, I will order it when I can. I'm like uhhhh ok I guess, then before I hang up I say so this product is back ordered across the country? There is no other pharmacy that has it. She said well you can call the rite aid down the street. I'm like why didn't you say that in the first place instead of telling me it was going to be weeks before you could order it!? So I called the other rite aid and picked my order up 20min later. WTF. Common sense is lacking here. Aside from the customer service, just get my order right. read more

I frequent this pharmacy and most of the staff are helpful except this one lady Monique . She seemed impatient and doesn't want to hear you and she will just cut you off in the conversation . When I called her out on the phone , she just brushed it off and giggled . I hope the manager notices this review because this is bad for the business . Hope she can get some training on dealing with customers . She didn't even apologize so I'm sure she didn't think she had any wrongdoing . read more

Pharmacy tech is terrible, the lady with long brown hair and glasses who talks very little. She doesn't greet you, doesn't even give a receipt. When I was about to hand the signed clipboard in the drive thru, she didn't wait for me to dispense the clipboard in the carrier, closed it, and I was afraid she was going to cut my finger. She didn't even say sorry or goodbye.. read more

This pharmacy legit sucks! Doesn't matter whether you go inside or the drive thru! But if you go threw the Drive they they will probably not walk over the window for a good 5 to 10 minutes they'll just let you sit there. Especially the short Asian lady she won't even acknowledge you And she is rude!!! There's only one person working at a time and that one person is slowly moving. They truly need customer service help. They really need some new pharmacies in this area!!!!! And the worst thing is is there's literally nobody that you can tell so......this pharmacy just sucks!!! read more

The Pharmacy staff at this store is in serious need of customer service training. I can appreciate they are busy and perhaps understaffed for the work load. However their inability to be professional or friendly is a personal choice and a sign of poor training. Routinely they ignore people that arrive staring at their computers and simply ignoring until they feel ready to acknowledge the customer presence. Simple friendly greetings a welcoming approach would help go a long way towards how customer are treated. In over three years of coming to this store we have never felt welcomed or appreciated as a customer. Rude curtness and the feeling that they wish you had not shown up is the norm. read more

The pharmacy is the best they actually remeber my name, they make me feel welcome it is important when you are getting your meds because you feel sick. Very nice gesture read more

The Rx staff have to be the rudest, least customer friendly in the entire world! Never have my husband nor myself been so poorly treated! Not just once... over and over till we switched to a Walgreens! Shame is we live about two blocks from this RiteAid. We will never use the pharmacy here again! We drive past this place to go to their competitor! Shame on RiteAid for allowing such deplorable, over the top rude employees!!! read more

Had a very unpleasant encounter with an employee. I am a regular customer at this particular rite aid, I go at least once a week and normally my experiences are rather normal and decently pleasant so this came as a surprise to me. I was in line waiting to pay for the items I had picked up, and seeing that the line was clearly fairly long, the aforementioned employee opened up another register. So I, seeing that the other line was shorter, and also seeing that most of the customers in front of me in my current line had not decided to move to the other one, took it upon myself to move to the other line. I had moved to the other line and was waiting to pay for my items and as soon as I got to the front, the employee said to the customer who was in front of me in the original line "ma'am were you next?". The customer said it's okay and gestured that she was fine to remain in her original line, yet the employee insisted that she move to this other line, so, as a result, the customer moved. The employee then said to my brother and I "so this isn't a separate line kids, I'm pulling from the other one" in a very patronizing and rude way (Mind you, I am in fact an adult and although I was with my younger brother who is a kid, I don't appreciate being talked down to in this way). The employee then proceeded to look to the customer who had moved into her line after she had insisted she do so and then immediately looked at my brother and me and rolled her eyes. Extremely unnecessary. I honestly think that if it wasn't an entirely separate line, the employee should've expressed this immediately after I moved to the line rather than waiting until I got to the front and just being blatantly rude about it. There are nicer ways to communicate these types of things to a customer who genuinely misunderstood and I feel like my experience at this rite aid this time was just uncharacteristically unpleasant. read more

Today I went into the pharmacy and it was extremely busy and I appreciated how nice and friendly the staff was. They are always kind and helpful. I wish I could say the same about the front of the store this lady I think her name was Melissa was very rude and didn't acknowledge that me,as we were in the same aisle.. she seems rude and even over heard her talking down to an employee and is it just me or does she only hire white ppl the only place you see different ethnicities is in the pharmacy. I visit the store often because of the pharmacy but this Melissa girl is always seems to be in a bad mood. She needs some kind of customer service training or learn a thing or two from the people in the pharmacy. If it wasn't for the pharmacy i wouldn't even go to that store. read more

I have never been so pleased with a pharmacy as I have been with Rite-Aid on Copper Ave. Every member of their staff have been helpful, competent and friendly. I had been going to a Walgreens and had problems of some sort in the 3 out of 4 visits I had there. I had never used Rite Aids but finally out of despair I gave them a try and I am so glad I did it. The pricing was the same....so do I want good service or crummy service? Hmmm let me think about that for a minute. read more
