This carrier is unreliable and the drivers are very incompetent. They made 2 failed delivery…read moreattempts but someone was home BOTH TIMES. All the driver had to do was buzz for our apartment number, but instead they took a picture of our building door and left. I called them and explained to them that no other carrier has issues pressing a button on the intercom. They asked for a phone number to call for delivery and I provided it. They told me the driver will come by again the next day at around the same time (9am). So I made sure someone was home but no delivery driver came around. By 11, I called them and ask for the delivery to be rescheduled since no one was going to be home after 11 and I was worried about a 3rd failed attempt and my package being sent back. On the fourth day, my family member took the day off work just to wait for this package. The driver didn't call, but surprise! They learned how to press a button. 2 stars because I finally got my package but terrible experience otherwise.

Jeez man. Where do I even start with this? I dont review things. I don't get angry enough to even…read moretrash a company, I've only ever left one other review and it was because I was this upset. This company has to be a drug front or money washing scheme. Every single thing that every single other review you read is absolutely true. Zero support. Zero real tracking information. Zero idea if your stuff is signature or not. The phone number just hangs up on and tells you it's the place you ordered from's fault. Nobody gets to choose if we use you. What kind of pricing are you offering these companies to get the business from every other reputable shipping company that ever existed!? Do you even pay the employees?! Complete and utter BS. Can anybody say "class action?" I'm down. Negative stars.

Sending a package should be a straightforward process, but unfortunately, my experience at this…read morelocation was disappointing. I arrived at 2:41 PM and found only one employee assisting a long line of customers. There appeared to be no clear system for managing the volume, and packages were piled throughout the lobby, which made the space feel disorganized and poorly managed. While the employee seemed to be doing the best they could under the circumstances, the location clearly needs stronger staffing, better organization, and more attention from management. Given the overall condition of the store and the level of service, it is difficult to feel that customer experience is being treated as a priority.
