They have refused to place my forced hot air furnish which was contaminated with mold and all reports were sent to them. I just got to call today. My panels have not even drawn my roof in 9 months and that charging made. I owe them close 2thousand dollars. They are refusing to remove it and said they need the panels reinstalled in my home. How can you charge so many for electrics? When the panels are sitting, gathering leaves and c*** behind my garage. If you have any questions, you can contact me at cegfishin@gmail.com

Fantastic experience with SUNation Energy. Was referred by a friend and had great dialogue with our…read morespecialist Rob Moser. He walked us through the process, the benefits of solar and what set up makes most sense for us. He also was able to get us great pricing which was almost 10% lower than other estimates. Paperwork and payment was a breeze! Once the permit was approved (took about 5 weeks after signing the agreement), they came and installed the panels in a few days which was impressive (probably lucked out with availability). The install crew (was literally an army! about 8-9 guys) came promptly at 7:45AM (15 minutes early which was great) and was finished by 1PM. The head of the crew walked me through the process and closed out great showing me the app and next steps. Clean up was also fantastic as nothing was left behind. Currently we are waiting for the inspection so we can start banking the unused solar for future use. But still we are generating over 45 kWh daily (on a sunny day) and our average usage is about 30 (we have 2 EV's) so we are about 150% efficiency which is great. Though we can not bank yet, we are still utilizing solar power so our electric bill for the past week will be minimal. All in all, SUNation Energy is extremely professional, very knowledgeable and customer service seems to be a top priority to them. My neighbor and inlaws are now interested in solar and will be referring them to SUNation and Rob Moser - they also have very nice cash incentives for referrals!!!

I find myself dealing with Kamtech Solar again leaving me with a bad experience. I have been trying…read moreto get a hold of them to find out why in my 5+ years of solar panels I have only received 4 energy credits. Trying to reach their customer service is impossible! I have solar panels and an HVAC system yet I am paying $900+ in energy bills from Con Edison! I called Con Edison and they informed me that I have not been receiving g my energy credits. I have been trying to reach out to Kamtech and they haven't even bothered to reach out to me. Totally disgraceful! They should compensate me for the 3 months my panels were not producing any energy! Egor has reached out and we managed to come to an acceptable solution. He was very patient and took the time to explain certain issues that I was not aware of. Not only that, but they also compensated me towards the cost of my energy utility bill. Thank you very much for taking the time answer my questions and help steer me towards a satisfactory resolution.

The 1-2 days call back did not happen. Emailing to service@kamtechsolar.com is not an option either, no response after 6 months and a repeated attempt one month ago. Called back, 0 customers in queue, the lady remembered our conversation, she spoke to a project mgr and called me back minutes later with a scheduled installer date next week. This gives me some more confidence than what other reviews have provided. As original installer of a Sunpower system, Kamtech should cover labor costs in addition to the lifetime warranty of panels & inverters per agreement. We will see how this works out.

SavKat isn't a solar installer I would recommend. Thankfully my wife picked them up first. I had been told the sales rep would be onsite the day of install. I thought it was bizarre. How can you be on site for these installations and selling the product you must be spread pretty thin, to which I was told that's how we do business. No show up by the sales rep. I'll leave his name out for now. I received a text saying he had a conflict appointment (which is understandable) but the kicker for me was he had the audacity to ask me on a Friday night to send pictures of the install. The icing on the cake was the folks digging the trench from my garage to the main house showing up zero notice. After I made it ABUNDANTLY CLEAR to notify me first. I have several hurried utilities, sprinkler lines, electric and my well pump that I wanted to make the foreman aware of. A simple schedule call ahead was a small ask. Received a phone call from my wife "who is working in our yard and why are they digging?" Again super avoidable if someone had just called or kept true to their commitment. Now I've asked for all of the installed equipment to be removed from my house. Not a company you want to do business with if it doesn't make you a priority. I mean, I guess I should've expected this. They are just the installer zero skin in the game. Buyer beware.
