The bartenders are so so friendly, the musicians/DJs are talented, and the people who attend? Some of the kindest, most down to earth people you'll meet at a bar. You know there are immaculate vibes when multiple people leave their possessions on the bar top (cell phones, wallets) to shake their booties and you find em right where you left em. It's a great concert venue for all types of local and national acts,and I went to week night karaoke for a quick period of time. They upgraded a bit at one point too which was nice. Theres always been street parking, decent bathrooms and a big patio. Good drinks and service, solid security, just excellent vibes over all. But appreciated his suggestions and effort. Now for the bad stuff. They have a jazz club attached. I figured the whole place would have that ambience but was disappointed that wasn't the case. Generic pop on the patio and inside is very noisy. The preferred dress of patrons appears to be gym shorts and t-shirts. Drinks were a little weak so I switched over to bourbon on the rocks. As a group of Mexican customers, the experience left us questioning whether we were treated differently because of our ethnicity. This was never communicated ahead of time--nothing on the tickets, no warning, nothing. I asked about a refund, and the on-site manager--who appeared very young and inexperienced--told me he'd have to "check with higher-ups." There was no attempt to resolve the situation or offer any real help. Just dismissive and unprofessional. Sure, I could have taken my purse back to my car, but it was parked over a mile away. That's not a reasonable solution once you're already at the venue and in line. Policies like this need to be clearly communicated in advance. Leaving people stranded at the door is unacceptable. Overall, a frustrating and poorly managed experience.

Visited recently for a show and had a great evening. It's a smaller, no-frills venue. There were a…read morefew church pew benches around the perimeter of your want to grab a seat. We found convenient parking in the lot directly across the street, but you can also park on the street if you can find a spot. Appreciated that they had 2 NA beer options at the bar, and all of the staff were friendly. Restrooms were under construction while we were there so there were apparently porta-potties available if needed (we did not visit those). We'd go back next time we're in town if there was someone we wanted to see!
