I was checked in with to make sure we were good. At the end, we were escorted out thru the crowd. They are cash only bar and the atm went down briefly but was fixed. I cannot wait to go back

We went for midget wrestling for past few years and this was the first at encore for us. No lights were shined on the stage. Can't even see the stage if you are short (5"1'). It was a pretty bad performance of all the times we went and just very unorganized. Was supposed to start at 7 didn't until after 8. The bathrooms were very gross. It's cash only but there's only one ATM and no where on advertising says cash only. Because they did all ages. Very song was cut off at the best part and just some of the worst performances/ show put together. Plenty of parking and good staff was only highlight. We left during intermission it was that bad.

It was pretty hot, there might not be air conditioning. I was glad I dressed for warmth and although I brought a cardigan sweater in case it was cold, I definitely did not have to use it. There were large fans on either side of the audience. It's a small venue but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Easy to negotiate and find the restrooms as well as the bar. I didn't order any drinks so I can't speak to that. I'd return again just depending on what the event is that's being held there.

There was no attempt to resolve the situation or offer any real help. Just dismissive and unprofessional. Sure, I could have taken my purse back to my car, but it was parked over a mile away. That's not a reasonable solution once you're already at the venue and in line. Policies like this need to be clearly communicated in advance. Leaving people stranded at the door is unacceptable. Overall, a frustrating and poorly managed experience.

The temp inside and outside was no different (over 100 degrees) and with it being a hardcore show, the temp near the stage raised even higher quick. Not only is this unpleasant, it can be downright dangerous. I will say - the bar service was fast, the restrooms were clean, and the overall flow of the entry process was smooth. But something needs to be done about the summer temps in there!
