I'm not sure what happened during the other reviewer's experience, but I've returned several items to Cronk's that I purchased at other Ace locations. Before we moved to our place in Newaygo full-time, we had it as a vacation home, so I would buy something at Gemmen's Ace in Hudsonville that I hoped would work. If it didn't, I'd return it to Cronk's. There doesn't seem to be much of a small-town upcharge, and I like to support a local business rather than drive to a box store on Alpine. It's a good value for the time I save.

Got a government loan to assist with the cost and was going through the paperwork process with Kuhns. It was only after a few weeks of going back and forth and getting a permit that we found out Kuhns hadn't even started the paperwork and were now refusing to dig the well for us so we are back to square one. Absolutely poor customer service. I'm shocked a company won't take our money to dig the well and they are ok with leaving us without water.

I've had some questions since, and everyone I talked with at the office were friendly and quick to find the answers I needed, even walking me through a problem I had with finding the battery backup while on the phone.
