I had a tiling project where I didn't trust myself to be able to properly cut and space the tile around our irregular shower wall. He did such an impressive job and I'm a perfectionist. It truly looks fantastic. You would never know that there isn't a straight angled wall in that bathroom. In addition to our tile project, he also cut and hung our new interior doors, framed in a wall in the back of our laundry room covering a poorly built machinery access. Everything he did was well built, and his trade skills were impeccable. I am notoriously picky about perfection when it comes to finishes, and Jason was a level beyond even my standards. When it comes to customer service, he was very respectful with noise, and the work area was spotlessly clean after he left. Jason also impressed me with his ethics and professionalism. If I was not able to be present for some reason, I would trust him to continue working in my home unsupervised any day. I also knew that any quote I received would not mysteriously change after work began. As a resident and as the Condo Association President for my neighborhood, Jason with Lakeshore Handyman Services has been one of the best contractors I have ever had worked with and comes highly recommended.

We made a appointment for Sunday morning and no one showed up. I called and was told there was a emergency job he needed to get done and he would arrive around 3:30. Again at 3:30 no call no show. I texted the next day and ask about rescheduling and received no response. Would not recommend this business due to no call no show and lack of communication with customers.

He came out an "fixed" it, but now it barely drags open and shut. The other project we had him do was replace the basement door that leads outside. We are in the woods and mice and chipmunks are always looking for a way into the house. I noticed I could see the daylight along the side of the door from inside the basement. Todd came out and put wood or something around the door. A few days later, I walked under our deck where this new door was installed to find all of the old stuff he removed was left behind. We are in our 70's. Did he expect us to haul it away? I'm glad that was all we used him for. He is a nice guy, but he overstates his skills.

The contract was for this to get done on or by Sunday November 3rd. I understand you weren't able to source the windows you were wanting; and I do appreciate your effort, however, at this point, I am requesting my funds back since you've been unable to complete the task I had hired you for. I sent you a venmo reques to return the funds yesterday which you denied. I have not been able to reach you via phone for the past 3-4 days. I am happy to share pictures here. I am also happy to share a picture of the signed contract from your email address. I have tried calling you from different numbers and I can see that those are not blocked. When I call from my number it goes directly to voicemail after one ring. In your response to my google review, you mentioned you'd like me to call you so we can align. You have my number, I would love to receive your call. You are not answering mine nor are you responding to my texts or voicemail. I have a record of everything and I'm happy to share here if you'd like. Please do contact me at your earliest convenience. Thank you for settling this. UPDATE:: As an update to your message mr. Hammersley, I am still waiting for your call. Further, please see attached the date the work was supposed to be completed, right to stop work, and how time is of the essence. Further, it remains odd you have me blocked and the only way I can communicate with you is via online message forums. I continue to wait for your call. So the record is clear, the call will be recorded. Please have the contract in front of you when you call me. Thank you for your cooperation. UPDATE AS OF FRIDAY NOVEMBER 8TH 932 AM: I have still not received a call from you Mr. Hammersley despite your private message to me stating to delete this review and that you will call me. You have me blocked. I have submitted all evidence of our contract and an official stop work order. Please return the funds and never do this again to anyone else. I have called you about 20 times as of now.
