A lovely place. Beautiful grounds and plenty of shade with a view to the hills. We did the $20 walk-in tasting. Friendly staff. All 4 of the wines we tasted were really good. They are dog-friendly! (Dogs to kept on leash.) Definitely worth a visit! It's located on Dry Creek Road (easy to find) and there are many wineries to visit along the way. Note: the walk-in tasting costs $20 which admittedly is on the low end of tasting fees, but you get no discount on any purchased wine, unlike many other wineries.

Beautiful scenery, great wines. Made a reservation for their seated tasting selection and had such a wonderful time chatting with the servers there. My taste was very similar to our server Jeniffer's and surprisingly enjoyed their Pinot noir! Lots of wineries nearby too so this is an awesome place to start or finish your day. Overall lovely atmosphere, good wines, better prices than Napa overall. Definitely adding this place as a must visit whenever I'm in the area.

My family LOVES Dutcher Crossing! My mom has been a member her for a few years now and we've had some great experiences. The location itself is absolutely beautiful! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The wines are also delicious and fairly priced. We appreciate that they typically have a couple fun experiences each year for wine club members. A few months ago we went for my bachelorette and the staff made sure we had an awesome time! My friends really loved the experience. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

Does Yelp allow more stars?????!!! I would give this place all the stars that I can because they are that awesome. The staff is great, really friendly, very flexible, knowledgeable and make you feel part of the Dutcher crossing family. No wonder we ended up taking the membership here. This was our first time and the minute I walked in to their grounds they reminded me of Bill Weasley's wedding set up from Harry Potter movies and being a Potter fan, I just couldn't resist taking so many pictures. It is beautiful!!!! No really, picturesque property and views. They allow picnic if you make reservations and then you allowed to be there for 1.5 hours although since we went on a less busy weekday, we stayed long and really enjoyed every minute. Cleanest restrooms, green lands, nice breeze and they allow kids. Since mine is 5 months old, they also allowed him to do his tummy time on their beautiful green grass. Their wines, especially the Pinot and the Port, too good!!! We loved all the pours. Thank you!! It's far from where I live but now we have the membership that will force my husband to drive all the way to this beautiful place again.

Stopped by Dutcher Crossing Winery yesterday at around 11:30 AM in Geyersville, CA. It looked lovely. We were drop ins and while I understand that reservations are preferred, I would think you would still be nice, they were not...we were greeted by being asked aggressively "Do you NEED something?". Needless to say we did not stay.

My husband and I really enjoyed our visit. The wines are fantastic and the setting is so beautiful. A special thanks to Mike who was warm & welcoming and made our tasting experience special. Can't wait to return!

Great people. Fantastic wine. Scenery over the top. We met a couple at Bella vineyards and they told us to come here. Said this was their favorite of all vineyards. It is beautiful. The wine tasting for the day was full of white wines. I'm more of a red drinker so they adjusted to my tastes. We enjoyed a tasting of 5-6 wines. We purchased the proprietors reserve cab which was my favorite. We corked a bottle and walked around. Tried some of the grapes and they were wonderfully sweet. What an amazing experience. We would definitely come back. The people were awesome and we enjoyed their company and banter.

We absolutely love Dutcher Crossing. If you come to Sonoma, this should be a must. Their wines are consistently good across all varietals. We are club members and the wines never disappoint. The employees are very nice people. The quality of wines is superb. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. You can grab a glass and take in the view. It's one of my absolute favorite wineries to visit.

I don't know what to say... we went to The Ranch for some horseback. They served us a glass of wine. Husband and I loved the wine. We asked the owner what kind of wine it was. He told us to drive down the road. We parked. We asked. We walked away with a case of 12. We love Dutcher.

What a lovely place and very tasty wines. I went here with a group our ladies for our monthly wine tasting day out. We were treated to several wines: 2016 Sav Blanc - very tasty with a slight bit of spice 2015 Chard - on the light side, very refreshing 2014 Moboroshi Reserve Pinot Noir - liked this alot 2015 Reserve Zin 2014 Proprietor's Cab Our server was "Laney" and she was great! She did an excellent job of managing a group of 10 chatty gals. She really knew her "stuff" and was fun, funny and a real treat! The grounds are quite lovely - a great place for a picnic. They also offer 2 for 1 tastings if you are a Visa Signature card holder. We bought several bottles of wine and had a great day - check it out!

When I tell you that my friend and I were hooked from beginning to end during our tasting, I am not kidding you. Reece was absolutely phenomenal and so was our entire tasting experience at Zialena. After passing by Zialena several times on my trips to DeLorimier, my friend and I finally decided to check them out for a tasting. You know I have to start off with their estate and grounds. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! I will always be a fan of classic winery setups, BUT... I LOVED the modernized look of Zialena! The exterior of their building alone is so eye catching and unique. And then you walk inside and think, damn this place is so chic and hip! I love the artwork, I love the stylish tables and chairs with the bright orange seat cushions, I love the youthful and fun atmosphere and vibe. It's just wonderful. Those views! I underestimated how great they'd be because you can't see much from the outside. But once you're sitting on their patio, the views seem to be endless. Countless views of the hills and their beautiful vineyards. It helped that it was a stunning day outside too. Reece set us up on their side patio which was glorious. Now about this wine; fan-freakin-tastic! I loved every single wine that I tried. All were scrumptious. I'll get more into the wines in a bit, but first I'm gonna tell you a little bit about what I learned from Reece. Although the actual tasting room is newish, the winery is a fourth generation run operation by the Mazzoni family. The family hails from Italy and they've been harvesting grapes and producing wine for years. The winery is actually named after their Great Aunt Lena (Zia Lena in Italian). Mark and Lisa (sister and brother) are the owners and they also run the winery. Zialena grows grapes for over 90 different varietals and all of them are estate grown! That's right; those vineyards that surround their property are actually their own. They use whole cluster fermentation to produce their wines which basically means that they ferment the grapes with the stems (the stems aren't removed). This allows for more of an elaborate flavor profile in their wines. They also ferment in concrete with the top open. Never really heard of open top fermentation prior to coming here, but it allows for more oxygen to come in contact which helps with faster yeast production amongst other things. Alright, let me take my geeky wine brain hat off for a second. Reece had us completely engaged during this tasting. I literally started taking notes because it was so much interesting information. But those wines, dear GEEZUS! So, so good. Their unique fermentation techniques really paid off because their wines are so rich and complex. We tasted one welcoming white wine (Sauvignon Blanc) and 4 reds which were all incredible. The Cappella Red Blend was to DIE for and undoubtedly my favorite wine of the bunch. The spices were so pronounced but yet the wine went down oh so smooth. Took a bottle of that and I don't think it even lasted a few days. Reece was so knowledgeable and confident. This man probably could have sold us the earth and we would have bought it. Seriously. So engaging and we loved it. But wow, I'm impressed. Zialena is a one of a kind.

I don't normally drink wine but came for the olive oil and the experience and it did not disappoint! I also eventually changed my mind that red wine can be good:) We were seated indoors and Edd gave us the rundown of what we'd be tasting for the afternoon complete with stories and lots of fun facts. (I now look at any bottles that say "cold pressed" with some light skepticism since it's clearly only written there for marketing purposes!) We ordered a selection of the panini sandwiches, the burrata and butternut squash salad, and the charcuterie board. The fire cheese was delicious and the spread was perfect. Throughout lunch, Edd brought us different wines to taste and by the end we were most definitely sold on the Stone Soup (the red version). The olive oil tasting was so much fun. First of all the bread was so delicious. And then we tasted about 15 (?) different olive oils or vinegars. The raspberry, lemon, and garlic ones were clear favorites. My personal favorites were the garlic and sage. Even though it was a bit of a rainy & cloudy day, the views from the patio were beautiful. We finished our wine out by the fire pit outside, and now I really need to come back during the summertime when the skies are more clear for the full experience. I left with lots of olive oil and great Christmas gifts for the family. The four piece olive oil sets are perfect for that and I brought one home for my family and we did our own inspired mini taste testing (I still miss Trattore's bread tho). 10/10 recommend and yes I definitely want to come back for the summer views and this pizza oven I keep reading in all the other reviews:))

We ended up here because we decided to pick a random vineyard to try while we were in Healdsburg. I signed up for a tasting and noted that it was my birthday that we were celebrating. When we arrived, they had a special treat for us, a glass of their sparkling Brut which was delicious! Because it was my birthday they set us up in the tasting room in the photo I have attached which is also a special treat! The view from this room was spectacular overlooking their expanse of vineyards and Mount Saint Helena!! Tonya was amazing! She guided us through all of our tastings, which actually was quite a few at this particular vineyard. And we even got super lucky that the founders son, who now runs, the vineyard was there he even stopped by to chat with us for a bit! Another thing that I really liked about this tasting as they give you snacks to pair with the wines throughout your tasting but you can also buy larger snacks if you wish. My husband and I agreed that the Cabernet Franc and the Primitivo were our favorites! Another fun thing about this vineyard is they make and sell their own olive oil. We, of course, joined the membership ordered a case of wine and took home some olive oil! It was a fantastic day!
