What an experience! Today was my first visit to a DutchBros establishment and the experience was AMAZING. This coffee shop is a new location in Terrell, TX. I am not sure if they give free year incentives for being the first number served. I started seeing people gather before the opening day. I would have loved to be one of the recipients. Nonetheless, the line was looped onto the highway on opening day which appears to have been one day before my experience; therefore, I decided to be the early bird on a Saturday morning and to no surprise I got the "worm" (figuratively speaking). I was the first customer of the day. I pulled up to two energetic employees who were ready to serve me. I was asked, "Is this your first time with us?" I responded, "Yes." I was then offered a pocket size menu (see pic) and questions were asked to help guide my decision. I decided on a hot, medium size, caramelizer. I was then directed to the window to pick up my order. The friendliness continued. Super kind crew. I recommend if you are considering giving them a try, which I recommend to any coffee drinker, to download the Dutch Bros app in advance. This will allow you to begin collecting points on your order from day one. There is an area (if you could find a parking space) where you can go up to a standing window to place an order. There is not much ambiance because this place appears to be a come and go type of establishment for enthusiastic coffee lovers. I did not observe a menu with food. All of the drinks here are customized to your liken. Therefore, get up early if you don't want to wait, or enjoy the wait while you ponder your coffee selection but give them a try. read more

I really like the coffee, but I was surprised with the price of a large container to serve 12 people. Just not as cheap as Starbucks.

I ordered an oat milk latte, and it was decent, but I wouldn't say it was great coffee. There was no line when I was there so the drinks came out fast. It's a cute drive through place with some shaded seating outside in an area with some other drive through and food places. read more

My recent visit was unfortunately a bad one. The customer in front of me had the employees iPad in their car placing their own order, I think they worked there, anyway they were taking a long time. So much so, that another employee had to come out to take my order and tell me to move ahead in line. Well, the manager comes out and says that we need to be mindful of other people in line. I let her know that the customer behind me was still putting in their order once I was told to move forward by another employee. The other employee that was standing outside the customers car was more than 3 feet away than us and we moved forward cautiously. I think they were upset we moved ahead of them even though they were nowhere near done entering their order before us. Ridiculous. read more

It's cafeteria coffee at best. While I am no fan of the green mermaid brand whatsoever, their coffee is rancid and bitter. Dutch bros is watered down coffee for a good price, if you like that then this is okay for you. read more

Man, I think I may be one of the biggest Dutch Bro fans ever and was THRILLED when one opened up 10 minutes away, as I usually drive 25 minutes to the one in Garland (happily). The drinks at this location are consistently incorrect, the attitudes are consistently bad, and the wait times are consistently so, so, long. All three things Dutch Bros, as a company, seems to value. They also will often mix up the drinks at the window, as they are handing them out, and then say "I think this one is yours". It makes it scary, with a dairy allergy. The other locations in the area are so good! I hope this one can step it up. read more

Honestly...meh. The staff was very friendly but unless you want an extremely sugary specialty type drink, don't bother. They do not do regular coffee/iced coffee well. If you like the blended type drinks, then this is the jam to your peanutbutter. read more

There is no doubt that the drinks are really good, I really think they are a good competition against the competitor across the street (and frankly I prefer Dutch) my rating is due too the speed of service and accuracy. From when I get in line to when I leave is roughly 30 minutes and then when I leave my order is wrong. I don't ask them to remake it bc I don't want to hold up the line behind me. Iv gone multiple times, and all but 1 magical moment my order was fast and correct. I'm going to keep on going until I feel the drinks are not worth the wait read more
