Not from around here and I'm so glad to find this place, it's super cute! They give you chocolate coated espresso bean on every cup of beverage you order and I've never seen that anywhere in or outside of the US, how creative is that?! Seems like the place is drive through only but I may be wrong, the service is fast and amazing! read more

Absolutely love their coffee, way better flavors than 7 Brew. Rodeo is my favorite! Always fast service and nice outdoor seating area. However, PLEASE get bigger drink carriers for large drinks! These easy tipped out and spilled multiple times on the way home. read more

The Pony Expresso - Large coffee in a drink carrier - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Canton, Texas

Fantastic coffee shop in the bones of an old drive thru bank! The line is quite long but moves quickly, inside is small, but hospitable despite being tight on space. They have a quaint seating area on the other side of the drive through (it was winter, but the space looked inviting). read more

The Pony Expresso - Americano - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Canton, Texas

I loved this tiny little coffee shop in quaint Canton, TX. Most of the drinks are cowboy themed. I tried a "Rodeo" coffee and a mango smoothie. Both were delicious! I loved the outdoor patio with swinging egg chairs and other cozy seats. There's a tiny store area where you can buy beans, coffee scented candles, t-shirts and other merch. Restroom was clean. Service was friendly. Best of all, I was able to take a quick tour of a nearby arts fair that had set up on the downtown square. Highly recommend this place! read more

Amazing coffee and drinks, friendly service. Best experience at a hometown coffee shop. Better than Starbucks in our opinion.

One of the best coffee shops I have been to! So many options! Love to go in each season to see what they have new. Love the chocolate covered espresso bean with each cup! read more

One of the best coffee shops in VZ County!! The ladies are always super sweet and their coffee gets me through the day!

Looking for coffee or espresso drinks in canton? This is the go-to for all the locals. Not to mention all the other drinks and snacks. THere's usually a line around the block, but it moves quickly, and allows you time to check facebook while you wait for your coffee. :) The owners and staff are awesome. My go-to is a large Americano. They don't burn the espresso, and every drink comes with a chocolate-covered coffee bean. That's how you know it's love. I'm a sucker for lagniappe. read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVE coffee!!! and extremely picky! Pony Expresso uses a coffee which you can purchase from them made local called Van Zandt Coffee it is Amazing! The sugar free and milk free options are grande and they will not hesitate to help explain a drink that they can make to suit your needs. I love the Dirty Dutton (I get sugar free with Oat milk) it's crazy good! I LOVE all of the girls And guys here. They are such cool people! I go every single morning and sometimes afternoon before work. My co-workers and family think I have an addiction, but I'm like nah it's a coffee thing! once you find great coffee you can't give it up It's honestly not only great coffee, and great customer service, it's also that little chocolate coffee bean on top of that cup...it all leaves you with just a super warm feeling! I don't get the negative reviews except to say there are other competitors and/or people are just unhappy? It's their experience, but as for my my experience for the past few years it's always been wonderful! And yeah ofc they are Busy that speaks for itself! I am telling you This is THE Best coffee place in Canton. If you're a Red Bull lover get the Red Bull spritzer with strawberry and cream! Just go. You will love it! read more

The coffee is exceptional. I always go inside because the line can sometimes be long at the drive thru.

The BEST matcha. The employees were so kind and patient with me when I had no idea what I wanted. Cute and calming environment, a quiet place to study or read with good coffee. They had lots of specialty drinks that looked good too! I will be back! read more

This place is pretty dang cool, and much needed in the area. Tucked beside the Downtown square, this place has a drive thru, and a nice patio as well. The street that they reside on isn't particularly busy, and that is a plus, too. It's got a hometown feel to it, but the coffee is anything but small. It had a taste that was as clean and crisp as Starbucks, but with as much character as places like Society Coffee in Euless, or some of the great spots in Bishop Arts. I would suggest stopping in for a treat, whether you are a local, spending the weekend for First Monday, or passing through town headed somewhere else. A kind of charm that you cannot get anywhere else. read more

Quick and friendly service with a smile and a candied coffee bean.

The service was quick and friendly! The shop is super cute and inviting and my coffee was delicious!

The absolute best coffee around. Their food items are amazing too! The staff is always friendly, and super helpful with suggestions. 10/10 best coffee shop in Canton. read more

Absolutely the best coffee around. Which, I mean, there's not a ton of competition, but whenever I want some coffee I head straight here. I've filled up way too many of their punch cards for it to be healthy for me. Their blended coffees are better than anything I've had anywhere else, even fancy places in Dallas, although they're a bit on the sweeter side. It's chock full of sugar and syrups and all the good stuff, more of a dessert milkshake than a coffee. Their iced and hots are perfect for when I'm not feeling anything super heavy, and I've never gotten a signature drink that I didn't love. Also, the coffee bean on top of every drink is a nice touch. Beware though, it'll melt to your lid if you leave it on a hot drink for too long. read more

It is like a drive-tru service. It is fast but if you prefer to be inside you can go inside and wait. Over all the food is good and the place has a cozy style. read more

I have been to the Pony Expresso many times and even though it's a really cute atmosphere the coffee is not good. I am a barista and their expresso is extremely bitter and it makes all of their coffee drinks taste awful. Every time I drive up they have the espresso already pulled and sitting on the counter. The people are nice and it's a cute place, but for a coffee shop they lack technique and their coffee shows it. Do not get coffee from this place it is not good. read more

It's all in the details ... the Pony Expresso is the only drive through coffee shop in Canton according to my dad so I had to stop by. They are set up in an old bank drive through - brilliant repurposing of space!! As I sat in the drive through 4 cars deep, I was immediately impressed with the details. The unique design coupled with an inviting covered porch made the wait time - which was pretty fast considering - enjoyable. I soaked in my surroundings. Just lovely. I did notice several walking in - they have a walk in order bar - small space but again - brilliant. The owner clearly thought through the details and did a great job from decore to the service. Our order was delivered quickly - I got a mocha with coconut milk and my daughter got a hot apple cider. Again - all in the details. There was a chocolate covered coffee bean on top of our cups. I'd never tasted one before and it was really good! One warning - the coffee is HOT. Like really HOT. I had to let mine cool off a bit before enjoying. I'll definitely be back. If you enjoy hole in the wall unique spots, this is a gem for you. read more

The Pony Expresso - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Canton, Texas

I recently saw this coffee shop when my dad and i were walking around downtown Canton. It is located in a really convenient spot with a drive through, or a walk in option around back and a really cute outdoor seating area. It used to be an old bank so the set up is really cool honestly. My favorite drink to get is a salted caramel blended coffee with almond milk! so much flavor and not too sweet at all!! They consistently make it so delicious every time. My partner really loves the cold brews! They always put a cute little chocolate egg candy on the tops of your drinks too. It's all in the details!! Everyone who works there is really friendly as well. Prices are fair and hours are convenient! I am so happy I came across this place. My new coffee spot for sure! read more

If ONLY they were open on Sundays....fun and delicious flavors of hot, cold, and blended coffees. I love when the flavors are fun. I had the Love Potion which had amaretto, cherry, and chocolate with almond milk over ice. Delicious. read more

Best coffee in canton.. I will drive 40 mins just to get a cup of coffee here. I would pass up char-bucks any day for this place!

Honestly tried this place many different times thinking the last time may have just been a fluke. Sadly I was wrong. The simplicity of an americano is never executed correctly. Nice people but it just looks like a high school summer job time of place. Cute set up and love the conversion of an old drive thru bank but that's not what is being reviewed in regards to coffee. read more

Loved this coffee shop! I ordered a large coconut milk latte and it was the best I've ever had and I'm really picky. Love the drive through bank conversation. Spent 2 hours chatting with friends there! read more

The perfect coffee shop Canton has always needed! You can walk in, drive-thru, or sit on the deck during a nice day. They have plenty of options, and can customize your drink any way you like. The staff is always nice, and also super quick! Parking is convenient, location is convenient, and coffee is great. 5/5 all around! read more

excellent . I go here 4 days a week...lines can be long though ...its very fresh ..never tasted burnt or anything...they do take cards!!

I have driven thru before the sun is up and mid day and have always been helped by the most cheerful staff. The coffee is as wonderful as the service. I must stop for your coffee fix. read more

A friend brought me a Cappuccino w/ a shot of Vanilla - I've never had anything like it! So happy to have this in Canton. It was delicious. read more

This ordering system AIN'T it. Went here to sit and enjoy some espresso on their outdoor patio, but when we tried to order we were told to stand in line with the cars. So once we did that a really rude lady yelled at us from the car line. The employee did nothing to help the situation. We didn't even bother buying anything after that happened!! Basically ruined our morning... would advise y'all figure out a better system for people wanting to stand and order. Maybe put a sign saying "must order from car"?? Needless to say we will not come again. read more

We stopped in here for the first time on our way to a ball game. AMAZING!! I ordered this absolutely fantastic iced coffee with brown sugar cinnamon and I couldn't get over the fact that it was so GOOOD! If you're a coffee snob like me, this is the only REAL coffee shop on Canton. A bit hard to find (tucked away in an old drive thru bank building), the the search was worth it. I had an Americano and was pleasantly surprised. read more

Very good coffee. Only stand alone coffee shop in Canton. I go at least once a week. I love it! However, some of the employees are really great. Greet you with a smile and are super friendly. Others however seem like they hate working there and don't want to help you. You never know what you are going to get as far as service. But I will continue to go because it's the only coffee place with a drive thru and it's good. read more
