This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at Smoothie King. Every other customer got a warm welcome, but I was completely ignored, standing there as the first person in line for at least six minutes. When someone finally spoke to me, the energy was just awful. She took my order, and that was it. I waited almost 20 minutes for an acai bowl--meanwhile, they made three other orders before even touching mine. And when it finally came out, it was wrong. I asked for a refund because it was just terrible. There were four staff members, and I was ignored the entire time. I don't know why, but I honestly can't recommend this place--if you're not Caucasian, you'll be treated completely differently. Every white person who came in got smiles, happiness, and attention--while I was just stared at, like I didn't belong. Unless you look Caucasian, I'd stay far away from this location.
