I think this may have converted me to becoming a Dutch Bros fan. As a first timer here, one of the staff taking our order was very patient enough to let me know what flavors are available (I was looking for something with chocolate and mint). Quality of drinks + sizes can't be beat! Not as sugary as other retail chain coffee shops so I wasn't just drinking caffeinated sugar water. I gave THIS LOCATION a 1 only because a zero was not an option! I love Dutch Bros, but the Pines St, Spokane location is the only store I would never recommend! Their weekend crew is rude, their service is horrible! The owner Kerry Parker, is part of the problem! Rather than listening to a customer that frequents Dutch Bros daily she cuts you off when you're talking, she accuses you lying and defends poor service!, she has no desire to hear what your issue with her establishment may be. I go here every morning before work, the everyone there is amazing. They are always busy but manage to get the line taken care of quickly. On saturdays I take my American Staffordshire to work with me and I stop and grab my coffee on the way, he absolutely loves them because no matter who's at the window he knows he's getting a pupachinno without me having to ask he loves sitting there talking to them while they make it they even talk back to him lol. I have never before been to a Dutch Bros being as that I live on the east coast. My sister decided to take me since I've heard such great things about it and when I say that the experience here was so pleasant I am severely understating it. ALL of the staff was so friendly and so helpful... they were patient and kind and most of all caring of our needs and making sure to exceed those expectations. I feel like I need the coffee just to watch the kids who work here move around. Everyone is super friendly and while the coffee itself isn't high end it is tasty. I usually order a 911 and their punch card toward a free drink is a nice bonus. 5.75 for a 32oz iced 911 and I'm good for a few hours at least. I pulled over as soon as I could which was the ditch bros parking lot. The girl working that day offered paper towels to help clean my little one up and iced water. Finally got around to trying the Dutch Bros location here in Spokane Valley, and my first impression was that the workers were super friendly and nice! All of them ended up having super long conversations with me as I was waiting for my drinks, which I appreciated a lot because it's usually awkward waiting around at a drive-thru. The reason why I'm giving this place 3 stars instead of 4 is because I prefer my drinks to be more of a coffee taste. Although I do like sweetened coffee drinks, I felt like this location just added a ton of creamer/sweetener to the point where I thought I was just drinking a sugary drink. The drinks do get the job done though - I was up for a while after finishing The Annihilator. I'm a little sad that this location isn't 24 hours, but I definitely will be coming back whenever I need strong pick me up for studying. read more

I just went to Dutch Bros for the first time as I just moved to Spokane from Montana. All three of us girls were having it for the first time! We got the most fabulous drive thru barista named Tara ever! She made fabulous suggestions for each of us and her energy was contagious! Good job Dutch Bros for having her as a part of your team! The service I get is normally great and the drinks always fulfilling but today I was greeted by an empty window and the drink was poorly made, at a slow rate and with the wrong ingredients. Not only did they fill my water jug for me, one of their wonderful people gave me a hot coffee to warm me up., and asked if I was ok. I am 71 and have Myasthenia Gravis. Consistently great coffee! The barristas are all very friendly. They chat with you while they make your order, and actually seem interested how your day is going and what you are doing. No one there even bats an eyelash when I ask for my latte sugar free, dairy-free, and caffeine-free (heart issues, but I still love the taste of coffee). I have never had a bad experience at Dutch Bros before today. Everything was going good until we got up to the window to get our drinks. At this time the guy working there shorted me 3 stamps on my stamp card (I purchased 5 drinks and only got 2 stamps) and we didn't realize until we left but he completely messed up our order. He gave us the wrong sizes on our drinks, mislabeled the drinks and the whole order just wasn't correct at all. I'm disappointed but I want to say that this experience is not a good representation of Dutch Bros in general or this location specifically. read more

I would have to say it's on par with McDonalds as far as coffee goes. It was served really HOT. My cup had to be tripled cupped to keep from burning my hands. As well as the three other car that are behide me. And with two cars infront of me. We were back a little bit and another car cut infront of the other cars behind us. I honked my horn at then telling them there is a line they looked at me like whats going on. So the bristia on that window took there order and said oh you cut infront. So far ive been here 15 mins. And they cut in front of other people who been waiting. So when i got to the window. They had my order all screwed up, i already paid they forgot brantleys drink.. I told the girl you need to send people that cut in the line to the back. She said that happens nothing you can do about it. Now that you messed my order up because of this person cutting. we went to this dutch bro's this morning and we were not very happy with the way we left. we pulled in and ordered our drinks we got 2 medium blended drinks and 1 golden eagle. they asked us how we're we're paying and we said gift card, they scanned it and you could tell that the girl was very new, she scanned it and said there was no balance on the card, it was my gift card so everyone looked at me. i said i have not used it. i got it in March for my birthday. my friend who bought it for me was in the car as well, she said we just bought it for her it has not yet been used. then another girl came along and tried to work the system it kept saying 0 balance, which was very odd. my mom then said i was a single shot golden eagle looked at the girl she knows that works there and said single shot please. they said ok we'll have it right out! when we got it the coffee was not single shot so they remade it, the 2 blended drinks were good. they woman who tried to work the system said we having troubles it's on us today! with the WORST attitude. my mom then mumbled under her breath and said that is not how a ditch bros barista should act. the woman then walked away and didn't say a word. we left and we're very upset, we were gonna hand the card to the lady to pay for it but after that we deserved the free drinks. nobody and i mean no don't should be disrespectful or disrespected like that! i'm am leaving this review because i think people should be aware of the way people act in this world, everybody needs to be KIND whether your angry sad or even hate the person.
