I come here specifically to see my favorite "broista" Keslyn she ALWAYS makes my morning better and always makes my drinks perfectly! The crew here is perfect and the service is ALWAYS on point! Dutch Bros Coffee - Mystery cold cup sleeves!!! Always a good time! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Spokane Valley, Washington

I think this may have converted me to becoming a Dutch Bros fan. As a first timer here, one of the staff taking our order was very patient enough to let me know what flavors are available (I was looking for something with chocolate and mint). Quality of drinks + sizes can't be beat! Not as sugary as other retail chain coffee shops so I wasn't just drinking caffeinated sugar water. Service was quick and staff sure knows how to provide great customer service. read more

I gave THIS LOCATION a 1 only because a zero was not an option! I love Dutch Bros, but the Pines St, Spokane location is the only store I would never recommend! Their weekend crew is rude, their service is horrible! The owner Kerry Parker, is part of the problem! Rather than listening to a customer that frequents Dutch Bros daily she cuts you off when you're talking, she accuses you lying and defends poor service!, she has no desire to hear what your issue with her establishment may be. Attitude reflects leadership and hers needs a lot of help for the weekend crew! There are so many other Dutch Bros stands in the area I highly recommend passing this one up! read more

If you are looking for a latte or other hand made flavored drink that actually tastes like it has coffee in it go somewhere else. If flavored hot milk, or granita type drinks is what you're after this is your spot. Our quad shot drink had no coffee flavor at all. Very disappointed. read more

You want to have great service and good coffee? Go to Dutch brothers on Pines in Sprague in The Spokane Valley. Nicole, one of the barista's is amazing!! I have family visiting from the UK and she has been so welcoming so friendly, and has gone way above and beyond. We have been coming every day just because of her. She needs a big time raise. Thanks Nicole, you make our mornings the brightest!!! Cheers Linda and Manda from the UK. read more

I love going to this location because it's closer, but I may switch to the Aargone one. I went in for my free birthday drink and got a Carmelizer breve instead I got coffee with milk in it over ice... I get that it's free but should still be made correctly!! read more

I go here every morning before work, the everyone there is amazing. They are always busy but manage to get the line taken care of quickly. On saturdays I take my American Staffordshire to work with me and I stop and grab my coffee on the way, he absolutely loves them because no matter who's at the window he knows he's getting a pupachinno without me having to ask he loves sitting there talking to them while they make it they even talk back to him lol. This is a very clean and outgoing coffee shop! read more

very poor customer service by gal working the window on 4/3 at 3:50 pm. after tipping 15% and receiving the wrong size of drink, the barista was not friendly when we asked her to make the right size. she said she asked us and we said small... we did for one drink, but the other we requested medium. at the end of the day, whatever. but poor customer service... just fix the drink. she rolled her eyes and was very rude. fairly simple request. the other barista was super easy and said no problem! thats how it should be. brunette barista. will not come back to this location. read more

Everyone who is anyone knows that Dutch is the best coffee, service & part of all of our days! This location in particular has it goin on. I swear every "Broista" has a genuine smile & they're very quick but still manage to feel like they've improved my mood. Even if the coffee was garbage I'd still come here to visit my "friends"!! read more

Great coffee like always, nice staff. But the wait in line is ridiculous. I once waited 30mins. They hardly have any runners ever. Great coffee and staff but if you want to wait in like for 20-30mins then this is the place for you. read more

I have never before been to a Dutch Bros being as that I live on the east coast. My sister decided to take me since I've heard such great things about it and when I say that the experience here was so pleasant I am severely understating it. ALL of the staff was so friendly and so helpful... they were patient and kind and most of all caring of our needs and making sure to exceed those expectations. I hope that everyone comes to visit them because they have the nicest staff I think I've ever encountered anywhere!! read more

Great establishment. I love how much the owner (Kevin) gives back to the community. Always very friendly and accommodating. Wish there were more food options and I'm not a huge fan of the chocolate milk mochas... but everything else is perfection. read more

I feel like I need the coffee just to watch the kids who work here move around. Everyone is super friendly and while the coffee itself isn't high end it is tasty. I usually order a 911 and their punch card toward a free drink is a nice bonus. 5.75 for a 32oz iced 911 and I'm good for a few hours at least. There have been times when the lines are longer and they always send someone out to the cars waiting to get drink orders started. read more

I wanted to give 5 stars not because I love their coffee but because of the excellent customer service. Last Friday I was driving when my 5 year old got sick out of nowhere. I pulled over as soon as I could which was the ditch bros parking lot. The girl working that day offered paper towels to help clean my little one up and iced water. She was very kind and compassionate. Wish I would have thought to get her name but again I want to say thank you so much. read more

Finally got around to trying the Dutch Bros location here in Spokane Valley, and my first impression was that the workers were super friendly and nice! All of them ended up having super long conversations with me as I was waiting for my drinks, which I appreciated a lot because it's usually awkward waiting around at a drive-thru. The reason why I'm giving this place 3 stars instead of 4 is because I prefer my drinks to be more of a coffee taste. Although I do like sweetened coffee drinks, I felt like this location just added a ton of creamer/sweetener to the point where I thought I was just drinking a sugary drink. The drinks do get the job done though - I was up for a while after finishing The Annihilator. I'm a little sad that this location isn't 24 hours, but I definitely will be coming back whenever I need strong pick me up for studying. read more

I just went to Dutch Bros for the first time as I just moved to Spokane from Montana. All three of us girls were having it for the first time! We got the most fabulous drive thru barista named Tara ever! She made fabulous suggestions for each of us and her energy was contagious! Good job Dutch Bros for having her as a part of your team! I've been only a Starbucks coffee fan for 30 years and no one steers me differently ! Boy was my iced white coffee with some macadamia syrup the best I've had yet! Tara's great attitude made a lasting impression on my future choices of coffee places! read more

Nicest people and custom made beverages! Love the people and that they work so hard to make customers happy!

As a true Dutch brothers lover, and avid coffee drinker I was thoroughly disappointed. The service I get is normally great and the drinks always fulfilling but today I was greeted by an empty window and the drink was poorly made, at a slow rate and with the wrong ingredients. The flavoring overpowered the drink and she made it with soy instead of coconut like I asked. Next time I go I hope it's better. read more

Love their coffee, but this location just have me a reason to love them even more. My truck overheated, slow leak I guess. Pulled in to let it cool down. Not only did they fill my water jug for me, one of their wonderful people gave me a hot coffee to warm me up., and asked if I was ok. I am 71 and have Myasthenia Gravis. While I can do quite a bit myself, I really appreciated the help on such a cold winter day. Thank you Holly and Dutch Brothers! Many blessings to you! read more

Consistently great coffee! The barristas are all very friendly. They chat with you while they make your order, and actually seem interested how your day is going and what you are doing. No one there even bats an eyelash when I ask for my latte sugar free, dairy-free, and caffeine-free (heart issues, but I still love the taste of coffee). There may be a line, but don't be tempted to drive to the place up the street. Dutch Bros is speedy. you'll get to the front of the line in no time. read more

This location is close to our home and we stop by a few times a week. Everyone is friendly and the service is fast and a few of the baristas know us by name. Keep up the good job. read more

I have never had a bad experience at Dutch Bros before today. Everything was going good until we got up to the window to get our drinks. At this time the guy working there shorted me 3 stamps on my stamp card (I purchased 5 drinks and only got 2 stamps) and we didn't realize until we left but he completely messed up our order. He gave us the wrong sizes on our drinks, mislabeled the drinks and the whole order just wasn't correct at all. I'm disappointed but I want to say that this experience is not a good representation of Dutch Bros in general or this location specifically. read more

I use to drive to lower south hill to buy coffee there at that location, once I found out they made one on pines I counted the days until open. I would have to say it's on par with McDonalds as far as coffee goes. It was served really HOT. My cup had to be tripled cupped to keep from burning my hands. The lids have a round hole which burns your lips when trying to sip the coffee. Sorry, I wouldn't recommend and I want go back. Would note that the Baristas were very kind though. read more

So going to dutch bros on pines and sprague to get a coffee. They are busy as hell. Already waited 10 mins in line. The other girl walks to my window takes my order. As well as the three other car that are behide me. And with two cars infront of me. We were back a little bit and another car cut infront of the other cars behind us. I honked my horn at then telling them there is a line they looked at me like whats going on. So the bristia on that window took there order and said oh you cut infront. So far ive been here 15 mins. And they cut in front of other people who been waiting. So when i got to the window. They had my order all screwed up, i already paid they forgot brantleys drink.. I told the girl you need to send people that cut in the line to the back. She said that happens nothing you can do about it. Now that you messed my order up because of this person cutting. Im sorry but thats not customer service. I think you guys lost a dutch bro customer. read more

I am editing my review to say I judged too quickly! I'm impressed with this DB stand, and even though the customer service isn't as great as Dutch Bros used to have, we still rarely have a bad experience here! They're very consistent, which is nice to find! I'd recommend this stand! read more

we went to this dutch bro's this morning and we were not very happy with the way we left. we pulled in and ordered our drinks we got 2 medium blended drinks and 1 golden eagle. they asked us how we're we're paying and we said gift card, they scanned it and you could tell that the girl was very new, she scanned it and said there was no balance on the card, it was my gift card so everyone looked at me. i said i have not used it. i got it in March for my birthday. my friend who bought it for me was in the car as well, she said we just bought it for her it has not yet been used. then another girl came along and tried to work the system it kept saying 0 balance, which was very odd. my mom then said i was a single shot golden eagle looked at the girl she knows that works there and said single shot please. they said ok we'll have it right out! when we got it the coffee was not single shot so they remade it, the 2 blended drinks were good. they woman who tried to work the system said we having troubles it's on us today! with the WORST attitude. my mom then mumbled under her breath and said that is not how a ditch bros barista should act. the woman then walked away and didn't say a word. we left and we're very upset, we were gonna hand the card to the lady to pay for it but after that we deserved the free drinks. nobody and i mean no don't should be disrespectful or disrespected like that! i'm am leaving this review because i think people should be aware of the way people act in this world, everybody needs to be KIND whether your angry sad or even hate the person. BE KIND TO EVERYBODY!!! read more
