I love this jacobs java. It's the best one, the coffee is like 85% of the time perfect. The only problems I have ever had is sometimes the coffee is more on the sweet side. But it really depends on what barista you have. Sometimes when I get lattes or mochas hot they are scorched and I can't drink them so I just always get iced. Also when I get a latte hot or a mocha there is no foam. They also have the best dirty chai tea lattes it's life changing. read more

When in town, my daughter likes to treat me to Jacobs. They have double drive thru. Service is awesome and the girls are always so helpful and friendly. Their drinks are really good and their prices are reasonable. The line is busy at times, but it goes by quick. Stop by for a carbonated iced coffee. read more

Best coffee stand ever, hands down. Great customer service, good prices and super nice staff. In a great location. It's easy to get in, get your coffee and get back on the road. Too bad you never get what you order, the girls here are too busy chatting to listen to your order. 5 out of 5 times I've gone they've messed up my order, once giving me black coffee with peach syrup in it instead of a tea. I NEVER complain..... I'm just not that type of person. BUT....that being said, I go to the airway heights location a lot, as do many girls I go to school with. Our school is right next to this stand. I am not the only one who has had bad service from this location. This last week I had a very unpleasant experience with one of your gals there. She is extremely pushy about tipping (actually most of the baristas are, there are only a few that aren't pushy). I understand that they run the card inside and don't have us sign a receipt so they ask if we would like to run it up for a tip. Totally get that. Some days I can afford to and other days I can't. I feel that the gal is rude and short when I don't tip. This morning in particular I paid with cash. As she went to hand me back my change and Jacobs java card she said "Just the card right?'' while holding my change in one hand close to her body then extending her arm out with my Jacobs java card. I asked, confused.... "What do you mean?" then she repeated in a firmer tone "Just the card right???" implying she wanted to keep my change as a tip. I just feel like I was being almost pushed or "bullied" for lack of a better word into tipping her. I now feel super uncomfortable returning and hope she isn't like this to every person........I reported this issue to the Jacobs java Facebook messenger and messaged them through their site with no response. Pretty sure I won't get one so I suppose they need to work on their customer service all around....... read more

I hardly write reviews but my experience here has been so consistently bad that I feel like I need to. I have been here probably 10 times since I moved to Airway Heights recently, and my order has not been correct a single time. I've had different employees at different times of day, and it has never once been correct. That in itself is forgivable, but every time I've gone back through to explain that my drink was wrong, the barista argues with me and tells me she knows she made it right. It's very frustrating because I'm not trying to get anything extra or free, I just want what I ask for, and it's such a hassle every time that the last few times I haven't even bothered. Once they handed me the drink intended for someone else on the other side of the drive thru, and they still insisted that it was correct. My order is always a small iced vanilla latte, it's very simple and I'm frustrated that I have never actually gotten what I ordered. It's unfortunate because this is the only coffee shop in Airway Heights besides Starbucks, and Jacob's coffee tastes good and is affordable, but I just can't justify it any longer with how bad of a time I've had with their baristas. Unfortunately I won't be back for a long time. I don't want to give it up forever because, like I said, their coffee is good. I really hope they get it together because I would like to go back someday. read more

My experience in the past with the Airway Heights Jacobs has been ok, but today it was a 15 minute wait and then the girl was so rude that I ended up not ordering anything and leaving. I have been to Jacobs around 10 time prior to this, but no worries. I will no longer be adding to your wait time, ever. read more
