Our food and a heart to show how much we LOVE it

LOVE LOVE LOVE Bekah is absolutely the best. Seriously she needs a raise! She took my money and in exchange gave me such YUMMY food. I'm definitely coming here again. Most amazing bagel and service. 10/10

Great acai bowls. I've had my fair share of acai bowls, and this is a delicious one. Vegan bowl was delicious. Friendly service. Fresh quality bowls and smoothies. Chill ambiance. Would visit again and try their other bowls and items. Had salads on display for purchase too. Located in a plaza with ample parking. Didn't get photo of acai bowls, too good :)

The wellness bar has been a go to since the day it opened. The owner is such a kind human & cda needed a good açaí bowl spot. The crunchy monkey is my go to because of the chocolate drizzle combo. There's no other smoothie place in town that compares to their bowls. I appreciate them taking substitutions and offering a drive through. Such a cool concept & especially a nice option for people who are vegan or vegetarian.

    Love the bowls!

We love grabbing food from here weekly! Always taste great! Convenient location. Usually go for a bowl or toast!

Half full bowl for full price?!

Went to the wellness bar today for a pitaya bowl and asked for no banana and no coconut, it came with coconut so I nicely asked them to remake it as I ordered it. The gal was rude and acted like this was brand new information even though she repeated it back to me at the register. Then it comes back about half full with no granola. I was so irritated at that point I took it and left. For $9 this is a joke. It's too bad because it is a clean place and the food is fresh but the lack of product and the rudeness of staff will be the reason I do not return.

Food tasted horrible and made me throw up. Also I worked there and if you get fired they do it in front of everyone even customers.

Eva warmly welcomed & treated me so kindly, I immediately relaxed into my comfy spot to relax, sip and read for a while. Even though they use a premium chai, my dirty chai was too sweet for me, Eva insisted on remaking me another!! The Berry Streusel, lightly heated, made for a perfect combo. I highly recommend The Vault and Eva, grateful for you! BTW I had no cash and missed the add tip when using card. Eva's graciousness impressed me so much it allowed me to chill and enjoy!

They had a lot of unique latte options instead of just the same basic flavors you can get anywhere, and I liked that they leaned into local touches with huckleberry items. That's the kind of thing that makes it feel like you're actually getting something from the area and not just another copy-paste coffee stop. It's also in a great spot if you want to make more of an afternoon out of it. There are cute little shops around downtown, and you're close enough to wander over toward the park and the lake after grabbing coffee. It's an easy place to stop, walk around, and actually enjoy Coeur d'Alene for a bit. Definitely worth checking out, especially if you like flavored lattes and want something a little more interesting than the normal coffee chain run.

They were out of some of the items for both, but the staff kindly offered to sub the items with whatever else. The Mighty had a great rich taste in the acai (probably the peanut butter) and we loved the pb drizzle on top. Also got it with bee pollen instead of cocoa, and that was a great texture and addition. The curry bowl had great taste, but could have been a bit warmer. Would have loved more curry so the ratio of curry to rice/quinoa was larger. Overall not disappointed and solid food! A little pricey, but that's expected for acai, I think.

Engaged. That energy? It carried straight into the store. Owner recommended the Mighty Bowl -- and when the owner speaks, The Açaí Guy listens. Wednesday, Feb 25. Two young ladies running the floor like seasoned veterans. Friendly. Fast. And here's what separated them: they actually knew açaí. Not just "point at the menu" knowledge -- real breakdowns. Explained bowl differences. Talked consistency. Understood structure. I was impressed. Best service I've had in the bowl game. Full stop. Presentation? Immaculate. We're talking "pause before you eat" levels. The place had a steady stream of downtown suits popping in for their late-morning "I make healthy choices" snack. Always a good sign. Everything looked fresh. Tasted fresh. Clean flavors. No shortcuts detected. Now -- the twist. The açaí consistency was thicker than I'm used to. Almost like a thick shake. At first I blinked. Then I nodded. Then I kept eating. It worked. Different, but effective. Great location. Perfect day for a bowl. And the most important metric: I felt great after eating it. No crash. No regret. Just fuel. Would I recommend it? Strongly. If you're in downtown Spokane and don't stop here, you're making a questionable life decision. Rating 4.6 / 5 Açaí Berries Breakdown * Taste: 4.6/5 * Ingredients: 4.7/5 * Consistency: 4.5/5 (unexpected but elite) * Service: 6/5 (yes, again) * Presentation: 5/5 Current Status: Spokane Leaderboard Contender Lesson Learned: Thick can be elite.
