Bomb.com is obviously, THE BOMB DOT COM, I can get 2 meals from this, so usually on my way for an 8 hour day it's my breakfast and lunch which you can't beat for the price. I am a gluten free girlie and their gluten free bites are 2 for $1, what?! They taste better than an oatmeal raisin cookie and are such a treat without all the sugar. I always do their smoothies and fresh pressed juices as a pick me up and an easy, yummy way to add more protein to my diet. Used to love this place, but it's gone downhill in the last couple of years as they focus on growing other stores. In the last 7 days, on three separate occasions, I've tried to go in for a latte ("they no longer do those"), drip coffee ("oh we're out of that"), and a juice (all juices out of stock at 1pm on a Thursday). I was disappointed when the juices went from being fresh pressed to bottled, but now that I can't even rely on their stocking levels, I won't be coming back for this. Went to the wellness bar today for a pitaya bowl and asked for no banana and no coconut, it came with coconut so I nicely asked them to remake it as I ordered it. The gal was rude and acted like this was brand new information even though she repeated it back to me at the register. Then it comes back about half full with no granola. It seems every time I come here my order is not made correctly, even after asking specific questions of the employee taking my order. When I brought this to their attention after once again (not all on the same day) getting my order wrong, I spoke with the employees ( 4 of them were listening). I told them it was frustrating that 75% of the time my order is made incorrectly. They all just stared at me with a long pause. No "I'm sorry", no "Let me remake that for you". I have been to the Wellness Bar more times than I can count and I truly love the place. On my most recent visit, I order 4 Berry Me Bowls, 2 Trailhead Bowls, a Pink Paradise, and a Loaded Everything bagel with an egg. I got home and realized the 2 trailhead bowls were not in the bag. I called the number listed for the business which is just a generic recording with 3 options. I left a voicemail and the outgoing voicemail said someone would contact me as soon as the same day. I never heard back. I called again and left a message for the corporate office but also never heard anything back. The bowls are expensive and I love them so not only not getting them after I paid for them but also not having any way to be reimbursed or get the missing items is very frustrating, after attempts to reach the business. This is something that needs to be addressed and my only way of making contact is to review the place. read more

We purchased some food and drinks here yesterday, June 4th. We were sitting inside eating when an employee locked the door. This was right as someone was reaching for the handle to enter. I realize they close at 3pm, but this was a couple of minutes before 3pm. It made us feel uncomfortable and like we were being kicked out. The restaurant was empty 5 minutes later, as other people probably felt the same way. I went to use the bathroom before I left, but it was locked. This hearty avocado toast is EVERYTHING! I'm from LA, land of avocado toast and I can honestly eat 7 of these. Also had the Thai and southwest quinoa, both good, lots of quinoa to other ingredient ratio. The sauces were phenomenal! For a spot that is so healthy you would expect it to be overly priced but it's not!! The quinoa bowls are $3 and the avocado toast was the same. Staff were all so friendly and great!! I have been going to the Hayden Well-ness Bar since it opened. I really like the menu and they are ussually quick to get the orders out. My last several acai bowls however have been a disappointment. They have tasted fine but they have stopped filling the bowl up. I think for $8 and a $1 tip they should at least fill up the bowl. I have found that the Coeurd'Alene location is a better value I try to go there instead although it's not as convenient. I haven't given up on them but I certainly have been trying to find other places that serve acai bowls where I feel I get what I'm paying for. read more

Will never give this place my business again. The wellness bar has gone from being a great place to getting something to eat, to a wildly inconsistent experience. The bowls are half empty without granola all the time and when we finally confronted the manager about this, the manager argued with my mother. Another experience had us waiting in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes and still no one came to the window. When we went inside, the lady said that they were trying to discourage people from using the drive-thru. They can blame it on being short staffed all they want, but that does not excuse such undeniably inadequate customer relations. I have worked in the service industry for years and have never received such horrible service. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The dichotomy is that they seem to want to chase people away. read more

I have to change my rating. The past three times I've been here, just not the same. A $10 bowl has only been 1/2 full, including the toppings. For $10, it should be full!!! I've made it out to this place about four times so far in a week span so I thought I'd write a review. Out of those four times only once I had to wait a very long time I swear it felt like 30 minutes for 2 bowls. I love the bomb.com bowl and the trail bowl. I tasted their kale and Thai quinoa salad and was very disappointed with the Thai quinoa salad. I'm not sure if it was the batch of the peanut sauce but it had a terrible terrible taste, both my daughter and I agreed that it was horrible so we threw that one away. The kale salad was very good and the dressing went well with it. One thing I'd wish they do consistently is remind you about your punchcard. It would just top off the customer service.
