I've always liked Dutch Bros for the huge drink selection, customization options, and generally friendly service. What I especially lovr about this Olympia location is that they accept mobile orders through the app, which makes things super convenient since not every location offers this option. I was able to just pull up and after speaking with an employee, grab my drinks already made and go. This was my first time trying one of their new Myst drinks and I ordered a Large Sweet Sunrise Myst with coconut float and light ice. It was really yummy and super refreshing. I also ordered a Large Sherbet Dutch H2O with light ice, which was just okay for me personally. I was craving for something like a soda or flavored sparkling water so I figure trying out the Dutch H20 would be satisfactorya, but the flavor combo tasted different than I expected and weirdly reminded me of pear. The drinks were still made correctly and an employee came outside to take my order before I even reached the window. Service felt quick and efficient overall. My biggest issue is honestly the location itself. The stand is placed right next to the parking lot entrance/exit in a super busy area, so traffic flow can feel stressful with cars constantly passing through. I have seen the lines looking like a nightmare during busy hours from when I've driven by. The only other minor thing was that they wrote my name wrong on the cups even though my app order clearly says Nini, not Nina. Thankfully the employee still handed me the correct drinks... In general, it was a good experience, but I'd personally only come to this location for mobile pickup orders. I still prefer the Lacey location since there's a little more room for the lines there. read more

Once we got to the window they gave us are drink, no smile, said "Here, thank you." and they gave a free drink to the person in front of us. Dutch Bros has gotten more expensive and this location doesn't have the warm fuzzy memories of my first week in Washington like the other near Dutch Bros but this one is great as well. Efficient team that comes out to work the waiting car line, friendly service and customizable drinks. They are known for their sugary creations but you can get them half sweet, possibly sugar free depending on the flavor and their nitro cold brew with soft top is a greattttt smooth drink with just a slight amount of sugar and they do a good basic Americano as well. I would skip on the super sweet muffin tops. Overall, a good location and a reliable local chain with great service. read more

Of all of the locations, the one that sets the bar for me on a quality experience every time is the Tumwater, WA location. I go here daily, 7 days a week. Customer service and attention to detail are the standard in this location. They always have a smile and remember your order when you come back regularly. Even when there is a line the folks here process you through quickly and they get your order right. If you are in the Lacey/Olympia/Tumwater area, you have several options for for Dutch Bros, but if you want a treat, head out to Tumwater and experience the best one of the bunch! read more

Dutch Bros, you guys are awesome! I can't believed i've lived here for almost 2.5 years and just tried your shop recently! Thanks to my sister from another mother for having a HUGE addiction to your Annihilator, i wouldn't have had the pleasure of ever trying your little shop. Nothing against your store or any coffee shop in Washington. I honestly love coffee and tea very much, but I knew coming here that there was a coffee shop on every corner. I did not want to lose all my money to a coffee and tea addiction so I did my very best to refrain from purchasing coffee outside and instead made it at home and work. I did well, until my sister got stationed here. Good thing I'm leaving soon! Sadly I will miss Dutch Bros, but thank you for the incredible service and products! Dutch Bros is a great little coffee hut with 2 drives thrus (yes 2) and they have people going to each car down the two lines to make sure they get everyone's order is ready by the time they get up to the window. I think it's a great system because you only have to wait to pay, you don't really need to wait in the service which makes it a great grab and go stop. I love the enthusiasm and charisma the workers give, they're friendly and provide delicious coffee & tea! I don't drink coffee much anymore but I do LOVE tea. The menu had "Chai tea" and oh my goodness, it's AMAZING. iLove Chai! If you love it, you'll love this. They also have everything a family could get, from smoothies, to decaf coffee, shakes, YUMM. Our kiddos love the Starwberry smoothie and they come in super cute cups that are basically spill proof. I do my best to not buy coffee and tea outside but Dutch Bros make it hard! I cane for the first time after hearing so much about this place from tik tok LoL. I tried the OG gummy bear with no whipped cream, redbull, or heavy whipping cream. It was delicious. It was more tart than sweet(think cherry limeade) but overall really good for the price. I only paid $2.65 total for a small which was a nice surprise especially since I assumed they had Starbucks prices. I can't wait to go back abs try out more flavors. I've heard of Dutch bros and I've seen them every time I go down south on a trip to the ocean or Oregon. I never stopped because there was always a giant line and I'm not into lines so I never bothered. But today, while I was in my hometown in Oly, I saw this Dutch bros stand and it wasn't busy at all. I stopped to get a dirty chai with almond milk. Hot. Oh boy. It was awesome. I wanted to go get another drink right after but everything in moderation. Service was prompt and friendly and within 5 minutes or less I had my drink and it was delicious. Yes I'm very into coffee. My best friend and I finally went and there's always a line and we went through the drive-they and ordered the Kicker and it wasn't too sweet but the coffee was perfect. It wasn't too bitter or too sweet. The perfect amount of both, well balance of espresso, half and half and Irish cream syrup. I really enjoyed it when I had a long drive. Service is always great here. However taking a star off for long lines due to the horrible placement of the building! Its placed close to the street and the entrances of the parking lot from the street. The lines block the parking lot entrance and several parking spots. Doesn't help that half the parking lot has only one-way lanes. Had to drive around the entire parking lot just to figure out how to even get in line. The window closest to the street is even harder to line up for, as you can only fit two cars (one at the window, the other waiting behind) in the line at a time without blocking the intersections. The difficult lines is the only reason I prefer to drive the extra 1 mile to the other DB location. Other than the lines, the workers are always super sweet and provide great service. read more

This is my favorite Dutch Brothers locations in this area. The coffee is always amazing and the staff is ridiculously friendly. I love the drive-thru coffee stand concept in general. I'm not sure why this concept hasn't spread nationwide. Dutch Brothers has some awesome coffee drinks that come out consistently delicious. The coffee is also very reasonably priced for the quality. Don't forget to get a punch card and get a free drink after 10 purchases. So, I have always loved this place, the friendly and energetic baristas, the quick service, the decent prices, and most importantly, great coffee. BUT the last few times I have stopped by (Friday nights both times) the male employee who helped has been so odd (quite possibly HIGH and/or drunk) and over the top I don't know if I will frequent this place as much. The last two times, He has actually crawled out the drive thru window and sat on the ledge and leaned almost all the way into my car. It was an invasion of space, was odd, and he slurred his words badly and could barely form a sentence. I was ordering a simple drink but had to repeat it numerous times. Instead of leaving a review here (as I know it isnt the owners fault if they dont know) I tried calling the store both times the day after just to give the manager a heads up but the phone just rings and no one answers. My wife looo-o-oves Dutch bros coffee and there convenience of the k-cups. She says they taste just as good as the brew from the stands. She can drink her favorite coffee and never leave the house. Well, almost never. The only complaint she has is that the 1 out of 4 pods rupture during the being process. At first we thought it was our Keurig but after cleaning and cleaning and trying other pods we'd determined it was the Dutch bros pods. I'm not from a place where stand alone coffee shops are a thing. After driving around WA for weeks, I finally decided to try a place, and Dutch Brothers was the lucky first. (My hotel had free coffee every morning, so why pay!) I'm not a coffee addict, though some people may beg to differ. (Hey, if there's free coffee I'll take it, if I have to pay, let me think about it.) I decided to go with a medium Annihalator: 3 Bean Espresso Roast, Chocolate Macadamia Nut, and Kick Me Mix. It tasted great! I've had a fair share of different coffee and mixed coffee drinks, but who can really say one coffee is better than another? Not me! This drink wasn't over the top sweet, and had the taste of coffee. One more thing about me - I don't think coffee perks me up with its caffeine but with its taste. This is my favorite place in Thurston county to go for expresso drinks for a number of reasons, one being that the people are always upbeat and genuinely engaging. Friendly and knowledgable, they are very skilled at what they do - making high quality espresso drinks - quickly and with enthusiasm. Their lust for life is not too saccharine either, it's juuuuuust right. The prices at Dutch Bro's are unbeatable and the quality of the beverages is top notch; additionally things that usually make a drink more costly at other establishments are less expensive or free at Dutch Bro's (extra shot 50¢, extra flavor FREE). They also have a good punch card system and a text program for deals. They're hours are truly great; they're open 24/7 almost year round with small breaks on holidays for their employees and those who work holidays say they opt in and all take short shifts. This is a "to go" only location which features drive through and walk up service windows. It's a positive experience every time, and the coffee is incredible. I absolutely love their idea of a not-so-hot hot chocolate for kids & that the straw is always served up with some whip cream. My kids love it! This place is definitely for those who love their lattes SWEEEET! I'm a fan of flavored lattes but not over the top super sweet, which is what ive experienced. I'd come back again but I think next time I'd order it cold cause hot lattes w/ super sweet syrups dont go together at all. Or just request them to go easy on the syrups they use. Me and my wife love going to Dutch bros! But this location was not it! The staff we got didn't listen to our order at all. We had only ordered two drinks and they messed up on both! We waited in line for a while, and when we got to the window it seemed more like a party for the staff rather than work! It took more than 5 minutes for only two drinks! I feel like it had to do with the fact that there was many workers in the stand and they where all talking to each other rather than making our drinks. On top of that their was a hair that came out of my straw!!! I was very upset but wasn't going back to make a big deal. Because they clearly do not listen to the customers at this location. First time getting coffee from Dutch Bros. Coffee. There was a line but they got our order right away. Almost forgot my order, which was no big deal since we weren't in a hurry. The "broristas" were pretty fun to talk to. I love coffee but I'm not particularly picky, as long as it's coffee. I ordered the white chocolate mocha. The brorista taking our order said they use chocolate milk in their mochas...either that or I just misheard the entire conversation. So I expected my drink to be in the sweeter side anyway. Idk what the deal is with Dutch bro's but this was the 3rd time trying Dutch bro's and the coffee tastes awful. It's worse then drinking black coffee. It's always so bitter I asked for cream in the cold brew and they hardly put a splash in it. We also got some Carmel eagle thing and it tasted like absolutely no coffee added. The only bad thing about Dutch Brothers is that there are no locations north of Olympia and that makes me a sad girl. I've now made it mandatory that if we take a trip going anywhere past a dutch brothers, we must stop for an annihilator. I have no idea what they put in it, but it's delicious and caffeine and that's what counts. The workers at this stand are very upbeat and friendly, and if lines get too long someone will grab your order so that it's ready by the time you get to the window. They do coffee a little differently than our big Seattle chain but that's why I like them. Definitely give them a try! read more

First of all, I've been a Dutch Brothers fan for years. I only been once a year or so as there wasn't one anywhere near Olympia, but I've always had love for them. They always had awesome mugs and were all about loading you up with espresso. Want a drink with 6 shots? They've got you covered. Imagine my surprise now that one has arrived in Olympia, errr, Lacey. Yes, it is very exciting! I mistakenly thought it was open 24 hours, so I didn't think twice about rolling up at 9:58 at night. It turns out they close at 10 on weeknight... yes, I'm now the asshole who shows up two minutes before a place closes. Despite this, an extremely friendly bro-ista emerges from the window chatty as can be and psyched about making coffee. Two tasty drinks later I already want to go back and buy a mug... the "Dutch press" - a french press that functions perfectly as its own mug as well. The coffee is great and they have their own milk cartons (this alone is impressive to me... starbucks and their multiple locations on every street corner and in every grocery store doesn't even have that!) The one downside is that the menu consists of only extremely milky and sweet things, but this is really the case at most all coffee places. So, tasty coffee, open later than any stand in town, friendly people, punch cards, and... um... windmills? This place is boss... make a trip. read more

Haha, oh man Dutch Bros. I've been coming here since high school and it's always a fun experience. For those of you who don't know, Dutch Bros is this awesome little chain of drive-up coffee shops located all over the west coast. They have these coffees with fun names and a brightly colored windmill to stand out off the main streets that they're located on. The staff aren't just friendly, they are SUPER friendly. They will try their hardest to befriend you in the two minutes that you are at their window. Sometimes this can be off-putting because hey, I'm here to get my coffee so I can wake up and handle people again! But they're always funny and speedy and make a mean coffee. You could say they're dependable, haha. Since they've opened a few more locations in and around Olympia, the wait seems to have gotten better, but come at the wrong times and this location can clog up the parking lot it's located in! But none the less, if you don't want your super-chain-Starbucks-frap and instead want some cheery people to make your day AND a cool coffee drink that'll wake you up real fast - this is the place to go. read more
