We are fans of Dutch Bros in general, and this location is our normal go-to. Not sure how they always find such outgoing, friendly, personable folks to work there, but they surely do. They often remember our typical order and always engage us in fun conversation. When they are really busy they have someone outside taking orders in the line. They can move a lot of folks through quickly and efficiently when they need to. All of the drinks are always done properly and are very good. We can't bring ourselves to go to one of the other big name coffee places when there is never a Dutch Bros that far away. Consistently great coffee and over the top great, friendly service. Let me start by saying that the service here is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and personable, and I am always greeted with a huge smile and genuinely engaging conversation. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the coffee. I'm not sure if this is a Dutch Bro's thing, but this is the 2nd location where I ordered a Latte that ended up tasting like sweet water. I had been here a few times, and although it was not my favorite coffee, it was convenient enough to keep trying. I pulled in and thought I'd ordered a Strawberry-Kiwi Green tea and I had inadvertently ordered Watermelon-Kiwi Green tea ... they were immediately wanting to fix it for me.. I was apologizing and saying hey I'll take the Watermelon tea it will work too .. but noooo they made me my Strawberry-Kiwi Green tea and then to boot sent out the Watermelon tea as well and said hey just give it to someone at work. Went through the drive thru, and decided to use my gift cards. They young man scanned one and it went fine, scanned the other and said his ipad didn't recognize it, and to please pay the balance owed at the window. The young gal at the window gave me my total again (full amount). I told her he already scanned my gift card and said to pay the balance. She scanned my second gift card, and said I owed still. I said he already collect $5 from this gift card in the drive thru. She wanted to scan it again and said there was a zero balance. I said that's because he JUST scanned it and told me to pay the balance. I wish the young man didn't run off to gather other orders, because my $10 order ended up costing me $20, as I paid for it twice. I gave up as the barista wanted to argue about it, and I was done. Just moved here and after trying Dutch Bros, I wouldnt go anywhere else. The coffee has kick! Such a richer taste than Starbucks. I like the Cocomo! Any drinks can be blended too. Super overly sweet every time, I order a extra shot just to counter the effects. It's the chocolate milk they use. Make sure if it's your first visit to keep that in mind. If you like it real sweet just roll with it, if not order it not too sweet they will lean it out with regular milk. I guess it's just it's popularity that gets the customers because there is absolutely nothing different in that coffee than any other coffee. I keep saying the same thing, not one "dutch bro lover" can tell you the difference in taste from any other coffee. I love Dutch bros coffee, and I know they are busy. I don't mind waiting in line for their coffee but I had the pest experience at this particular Dutch. The line wrapped around the parking lot so I parked and walked up to the window instead. There were only 2 people in front of me so I figured it'd be faster that way. I should have just waited in the drivethru line. They didn't even acknowledge us all waiting in the walk up window!!! I purchased coffee at this DB on Tuesday. The coffee was good but the service left something to be desired. As a woman, I was insulted when the person assisting me called me "Hon" and "Sweetie" multiple times during my transaction. Perhaps it is appropriate to use these types of diminutives toward a child or someone you have a relationship with but I can assure you that I am not a child, nor do I have a relationship with anyone at Dutch Brothers. With every use, "sweetie," "honey," "dear," and the like reinforce negative gender stereotypes in our cultural lexicon. I regret that I did not say something about it at the time but I urge the staff at this establishment to make an effort to use language that is less sexist and condescending. read more
