Overcharged and also made me late to work! I don't like doing bad reviews but I always have a bad experience here. One, I had waited in line almost 30mins for two drinks ! I was so upset and I was late to work , I've never waited that long ! I know that location gets busy but come on. Then I had went back next week to get two drinks and I uploaded my card for $20, so I had about 27 in my card, the lady at the front asked if I was paying the rest in cash?!?! I was super confused cause two drinks plus tip is not $27 + ?? I told her that's wrong and she said yeah idk I'll just take off your tea, so now my card had $4 in it ???? Yessss there is a Dutch Bros and this has a drive-through. In the early morning decided to finally come and check this place out and got an iced Americano large. It tastes delicious. So I had no idea that a large was gigantic!! Holy moly I think I should have gotten a small! They specialize in flavored drinks and many people come here and love it! Love going here! Went here today and there were 2 employees taking orders a maybe 7 cars in line. Once we got situated in the line, one of the employees went on break. No biggie, the line moved relatively quickly. Ordered 5 drinks and was asked if I wanted a drink carrier, which I appreciated because sometimes other places just hand you the drinks without asking. Although the parking lot is not the funnest to figure out, the great service leaves a lasting impact, the staff is always the kindest, and we keep driving from our house all the way to this one, even though it's a little bit farther than the closest one to us. I frequent Dutch Bros around town quite often however I recently stopped at this location on 745 W Lake Mead and I was blown away with the customer service I received. You are, of course, known for having excellent customer service however every company always have those above and beyond employees that go the extra mile to make the customer service that much more special. I want to share that while visiting that location, Vinny C was that employee that went what I feel, that extra mile. He was very kind, energetic, and just an overall rockstar. Let me start off by saying how amazing the crew is at Dutch Bros!!!!!! Emily, Jacob, Hailey G, Taty, Gio and Jessica are all amazing people. My drinks are always amazing and are made before my order is even taken. It's a like all Dutch Bros, a small little shop filled with great coffee and great people. Dutch Bros Coffee is a Drive Thru which offer hot and cold drinks, including non-coffee options, and a selection of baked goods. They have different drink selections such as: Coffee, Rebel Energy Drinks, Lemonade, Tea, Shakes & Smoothies. I've been to this location a few times. There's usually a line. But it goes through at a decent speed since there's 2 ordering lanes. This last visit in July, I noticed some changes in the menu. Different items or maybe name changes AND a price increase from April. Employees seem friendly & offered great customer service. I was happy with my coffees & the kids enjoyed their shake's & smoothies. I'm definitely coming back to a Dutch Bros. Too bad there aren't any anywhere near the 805. Wishful thinking tho. read more

You see the sign from Lake Mead Parkway. You're feeling thirsty. You figure you'll just whip through the drive thru and grab a quick drink. DON'T. DO.IT. You will wait...and wait...and wait...and wait in line before anyone even comes to your car. Then you will wait...and wait..and wait...and WAIT SOME MORE. This DB has got to be the slowest 'effing drive thru I have ever had the misery of experiencing. There's literally one guy out here taking orders and the rest of the staff is inside, blasting music and not giving two about the lines. On top of that, they got my order wrong.
