To start with everybody here that I have met has been incredibly sweet, I have never seen anybody working here that does not have a smile on their face! It helps to shift the day and really just kind of makes it a little better! A giant menu with a wide variety of drinks, and even some little treats that you can get - you can even make your own drink when ordering! I have not seen a menu of this big and this customizable anywhere else! One of my favorite drinks is the Christmas morning chai with whipped cream and cinnamon sprinkles. I also love to get a blue raspberry sparkling soda with sweet cream. Another favorite is definitely the golden eagle freeze. Honestly, I have not yet Had a bad drink here! I do avoid the rebels but that's mainly because those are energy drinks and I do not drink those. For ordering, you can either park and go up to the window or stay in your car and go through the drive-through, at times they will have people come out with a tablet to take your order. It not only helps to make the experience more comfortable but also allows you to pick your preference. One thing I love is that they always have music playing! I love being able to drive by and listen to the music while I'm waiting for my order. It helps me to feel more comfortable there while also giving me a little bit of a hype up. I took away one star mainly because this one location does have a habit of shorting me on the drinks, meaning they won't always fill the cup up. I think sometimes they take it as if it's full if the ice is at the top. I'm not too sure. Just a warning that there is a risk of this if you do come here. Sometimes it's just a little bit but other times there is a decent amount of the drink missing. Other than that, my only other issue is their freebie drops. Specifically with the fact that they will start very early in the morning and run out very quickly. So for people who have to be at work before this starts and don't get out until much later, like my current work schedule, it does mean that we miss out on a lot of it. I do wish there was some kind of a solution for this because I've missed out on quite a few that I would've loved to get. The car coasters is a good example. The lines do build very quickly on freebie days so if you're looking to do this, then I would suggest going early. Some locations also run out faster than others. Other than these, I honestly really do like this place. I've kind of given up on the freebies because I can't get them half the time due to my schedule. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a really good drink or a really good vibe. I would just say double check your drink if you get it from this location. read more

We stopped here on our way to Colorado, and it was our first time trying their coffee. Customer service was a 10/10! The workers even looked like they were having fun and enjoying what they do. They were helpful and super nice! My husband ordered the golden eagle, and I ordered the iced vanilla coffee. They were so delicious and not too sweet. I had never been to a Dutch Bros coffee before, and this place blew us away! They had awesome coffee choices that were a breath of fresh air from the usual choices, and the staff member we dealt with, was very friendly and offered us pup cups when he saw our pups even though we didn't even ask! I can't comment on the ambience because we only went through the drive-through, but the outside looked great and we could see people talking and chatting. Great atmosphere! read more

My new favorite place to visit in AZ! I've heard about this place online and have been wanting to try it every since. I went on a road trip and drove thru AZ and had to stop and try it out. I'm so glad I was able to and really wish this chain was in LA!! The menu is HUGE and the staff is SO friendly and helpful! I ordered the cocomo (I think that's what it was called? Lol) and it was BOMB. It was chocolatey coconut goodness. I was shocked that it wasn't just all sugar and I could actually taste the coffee in it! Before heading out of Flagstaff towards Los Angeles (8/11/20), my own fuel tank needed filling as I was not down for Keurig coffee from my hotel room. Last summer I saw plenty of Dutch Bros Coffee on a road trip up to Oregon. The line was long. The wait ended up not being so bad, though. Service was ridiculously energetic and nice. I paid $25.88 for + 1 "Campout Cold Brew" (toasted mellow mocha with soft top & chocolate drizzle) + 1 "Galaxy Fish" (lime, passion fruit and strawberry) Blue Rebel energy drink. + 2 strawberry smoothies for the kiddos A bit pricey, but dang were they all good. During COVID-19, they are not accepting cash. Smh. Come on now... even the National Park Service is accepting cash! Lol. Love how many sugar free flavors they have! The other location tends to be a little stingey on not filling up the cups in my experience but everyone's generally really friendly & the line moves along at a decent pace at both. This location is my favorite for portions in town. Last time I was in line someone ran their vehicle into mine but that's not Dutch's fault. This location has gotten all my orders correct while the other has gotten key details wrong a couple times. Generally happy going to Dutch & coming here is great; this location is convenient when leaving the gym. Here I don't have to necessarily double check at the window after placing the order to ensure it's correct. I get it, they're busy & there are a lot of people involved in getting them all prepared so this location's actually been the best so far in everything but one drink being perfect - & that time they said they would have to charge me for a separate drink for my large rebel when I used my free large voucher... Entirely wrong but new person working or something. Still kinda sad about not getting my free drink & wasting points needlessly, oof. Only one error though which is great when you have to get certain specifics right each time. I suggest double checking about it really getting sugar free or etc if you have diabetes, certain allergies or etc. as is usually recommended anywhere. The other location in town has less accuracy with orders in my experience but this location gets it right & everyone's just so nice here. Honestly, you can't beat the customer service at Dutch Bros. The friendly baristas (and bro-istas) always chat with us, pet our dog, and ask about how we are and what we're up to. They even gave me a free coffee coupon the day I had my baby, and they remembered who we are every time we come back. They can provide "Pup Cups" for dogs, essentially whipped cream with a dog treat on top, which drives my dog bananas. They have a hundred flavor combinations, and can make any flavor into a hot/iced coffee drink, soda, or freeze. It's fun to be able to experiment with the flavor combinations, but my go-to is the Kokomo. Even if they have a longish line, they tend to go pretty quickly, and it's always worth it! read more

Let me start by saying that my husband and I both LOVE Dutch Bros and go every chance we get! My husband is a truck driver. He tried to get coffee yesterday and was told they couldn't serve him. The manager told him it is drive thru only. Obviously, he can't drive his semi through the drive thru! He was also told that he could "walk" through the drive thru. This does not seem safe to me!! He refused to walk through the drive thru and left. He went to both locations and was told the same thing.. I thought during these uncertain times, we are supposed to support truck drivers. I always have great customer service here and enjoy this location especially! What pushed me to write a review is what my girlfriend told me today. She said she was waiting in line while on the phone. She was talking to someone about how a business recently gave her horrible customer service and how poorly she was treated. One of the employees must have seen her getting teared up and heard part of the conversation because he asked what she wanted and said it was on him. Ive been here multiple times and have never written a review until today. As I was pulling up to the window, the girl with short, pink hair and glasses was having a conversation with the young man working about the car in front of me and their order. It seemed as if they were talking trash or making fun of them. I heard something along the lines of "I didn't wanna make that drink for her anyway." Absolutely uncalled for and rude. I wish I knew the entire story but this was completely unprofessional. She took my order and had a bad attitude and was not friendly. Dutch Bros is the wrong place to work with that sort of personality. I hope to never see her there again. The turn going into the drive thru from the right side is difficult and unsuspecting to take tightly without destroying your rims. The whole curb on both sides of the entrance to the drive thru has tire battle scars and chips in the concrete from the amount of people that destroy their wheels and tires on it daily. Just in the time that it took to get through the drive thru, 2 other cars had done the same and got out to check if their wheels were damaged from jumping it turning right AND left into the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible design but the drinks were good, service was decent and made my girlfriend happy so that's something. Cost $150 to fix the wheels. Ruined my entire day too just before heading to a family dinner. read more

I don't known if they were all new, but there were 4 people back there, we were the 7th car in line and it took them 35 minutes. Just make sure you have all the time in the world when you go.
