This was my first visit and will be my last. The guy was very annoyed it was my first visit and wasn't sure what it was called I wanted. I like a vanilla latte blended no whip cream, decaf. But the flavor is ok but the chunks of ice is so off putting. And it took forever, why did they not blend it smooth. And where is the sweetness? This place is just out my neighborhood, I will skip it a scoot on down the road for deliciousness every time and save a couple bucks to boot. read more

I've never been to a Dutch Bros before yesterday. The newest OKC metro location is in Edmond at 15th and Broadway Ext. It is a bright blue building, can't be missed. I like they have double drive thru lines which is nice, but not having been to a Dutch Bros before I was really in need of a menu and to my surprise, there wasn't one in the drive thru lanes! Luckily, I've been intrigued by this little blue building since early construction days and had downloaded the Dutch Bros app. and had perused through it before arriving. Having the app menu handy was crucial for my first time visit. There are so many drinks to chose from and so many customizations that I think it would take going here several times and ordering different things before you find that one perfect just-right-for-me drink. I really enjoyed my iced vanilla late, 1/4 sweetness, with oatmilk. I'd order this drink again, but will probably explore the menu as there are so many options. Tasty coffee! There is food, I think, but we went through the drive-through for a free coffee. I think you get a freebie your first time, a freebie if you haven't been in a while, a birthday freebie, and who knows what else prompts tgem to offer you all these freebies. I think the daughter got it on an app. I sampled hers, which was a richly decadent iced affair. Were it not for the caffeine that would bounce me off the walls, I'd enjoy it as a malt or shake. The drink was incredibly tasty! She thinks that the place is divine. We really enjoyed tge drive through option, as we had a feisty toddler in the back seat. The service was swift and efficient. The line through the drive-through went quickly. I highly recommend trying it out. read more

Ordered a Picture Perfect (which tastes amazing for anyone with a sweet tooth!). It also looked picture worthy too! My only complaint is their service can be slow through the drive thru (this experience has been hit or miss for me so it could have been a bad day for them when they were slow ‍). Dutch bros. Known for their friendliness and delicious coffee. I like how simple their menu is when compared to other places like Starbucks. I think they have a secret menu, but their coffee in general is fresh and flavorful. I will say I am not a coffee expert but I appreciate their style of service and aesthetic. A lot of people are saying their service is slow. Well I would give them a small break as this is a new location with new workers & it's hyped which means they can get pretty busy. read more

For some reason (probably understaffing) this location is always excruciatingly slow. Just waited 40 minutes with about 3 cars ahead of me before I finally got tired of it and left. The times I have made it through the line the coffee was hit or miss. The location on 2nd street is much better. Would not recommend until they work out their staffing and inefficiency. read more

After seeing how insanely busy this place is, it caught my husband and my eyeand I HAD to give it a try. We have a different similar joint we frequent and I wanted to compare. I got the Annihilater because the lady waiting with me suggested it. I opted for the large (4 shots versus 2 shots in the medium). It was tasty, not too sweet but not a ton of flavor. It kicked my butt. I was only able to drink about a 3rd of it and I was revved up! I am constsntly exhausted due to a toddler that doesnt sleep through the night so this might be my new go-to place to bring me back to life on days I'm in zombie land! I do have a little bit of heartburn from it but I'm sensitive to coffee. It was definately way more of a pick-me-up compared to competitors. Important to know, they take a LOT of time to get your beverage, I went up to the window because the drive through was packed and not moving. This is the only downside that I experienced. Overall less points on flavor and speed but plenty of points on caffination level. I will most definately be returning soon! read more

Aw man. I was pretty disappointed with this one. The other DB in Okc and Yukon are wonderful. I order a Annihilator and it was horrible. It was mostly cream and no coffee taste. I know this was recently opened but their baristas aren't properly trained yet. I've yet to have a bad drink at any of the other Dutch bros, but this one wasn't good. I hope they fix it and be consistent like the others soon. The area is nice and the parking is great... workers were nice too. Drink was a huge No for me. read more

I was so hesitant to try a new coffee shop, but so many have raved about the flavor varieties here and sizing options so we tried it. I've been through the drive thru 3 times and walk up once. Wait time differ on time of day. If there is a long drive thru line, just park and walk up!Prices are decent and comparable to others close/around. The sizes are large and overall flavor of the different drinks I've had are great! I can taste the coffee on some and there are a few that are very sweet and take the coffee flavor away. Can I give 0 stars based on this service? The few times that I've come here they have pushed me to the furthest lane, only to take the order from 3-5 cars behind me. In addition to having other people skip the line, they make you wait an additional 10 mins. The employees are rude and don't want to take the time to understand why it's unfair to take customers in the orders they have received. They had a nasty attitude. This is the last time that I will be coming here. Train your employees better and if you're going to have to lean learn from Chick-fil-A on the proper order. read more

The staff is very rude. Staff seem to not be trained or prepared for the heavy rush times. You can be the most polite customer and you're the recipient of staff taking frustration out on you.
