You can buy healthy add-ins like the Lift-off for extra energy, nitric-oxide, probiotics, etc, for a few dollars more. Teas: there are different tea options based on what you're in the mood for. They could ask if you want the toppings, and some might choose not to have any so they keep the Shake healthy without toppings. But some may want it for a little bit of a healthy, protein dessert. I also got waffles and chose the Orange Creamsicle protein flavor. I got cinnamon chips and syrup for the toppings and took it to go.
