The music was so loud I couldn't hear them from an arms length apart. He mentioned he had already requested for the music to be slightly adjusted, and they refused to turn it down. We sat for a little bit longer and it was impossible to converse, so I went to the front and also requested for the music to be slightly turned down. I felt like I had to yell just for the server to hear me. The barista barely made eye contact, kind of rolled his eyes, and nodded his head. No one ever turned down the music. Don't get me wrong, I love having some background music, but it was absurd that we couldn't even hold a normal conversation. Also, it was about 7:00AM. It's not like they were preparing to shut down the store.
