OK, I pulled in line. There was a swig girl out moving cones and she was talking to the car in front of me. Apparently, she told the car in front of me that she/he was gonna be the last car. The girl never came to me. So I went ahead and waited in line. I got up almost to the building and noticed the girl taking orders quit taking orders and walked in. By this time I was locked in line by the curb. I pulled up to the window, and the young girl was trying to put the latch down and I said wait a minute. Waving at her through the window. I said you're not gonna serve me. She said no we close at seven. I said well I waited in line. Can I talk to your manager please so the girl that was moving the cones was the shift lead came up to window. I tried to explain to her politely that she could've told me when she was out moving the cones that she was cutting line off. But then they started to get sarcastic with me and said what do you want? Do you want us here until midnight or something and I said no I don't want you here till midnight! But, you could've told me that you were closing or the lead could've told me that you're closing when she was out there and I would have not waited in line. So then a third one jumped in and started yelling at me about closing at seven and I finally drove off and said y'all a bunch of. Because they lost it...i'm never going back to Swig! The drinks are not that good and the service is horrible!! I ordered a POG once It's supposed to be pineapple orange juice and guava, and it was something like orange juice, sodawater and I don't even know but it it was horrible. I would not go to this place and I've been going for some time!! Finally, this is what it took to get me to quit going. The restaurant industry wants to know why people are so upset with them. It's because of situations like this where these young kids feel entitled to treat people like dirt even when I was trying to be polite with them. It's like they want to take their stuff out on us and I didn't do anything to them. All I was trying to do was get a drink after I sit in line and the young work lead could've told me the line was closed because she knew she was closing and I could've left. The argument for service would have NEVER OCCURRED...the girl taking orders walked in as I drove up to the building! They could have sent her back to tell us they were closing. Behind me there were three more cars...I hope I've articulated that this all could have been avoided by the work lead walking up to my car prior to me getting in to the driveway and simply saying the car in front of you was the last car for service. Don't expect to get what you want when you come here! they are out of something everytime, the workers are very rude and always have an attitude, the girl this morning decided to talk back and mock my wife. it's something new everytime. last time they didn't tell us they were out of something and gave us water with lemon in it and didn't even tell us they were out of the rest of the ingredients. it's always something with them. read more

Ordered online ahead of time and still have to go through the overly crowded drive thru because they keep the front doors locked. This happens all the time. They had opening day weekend this weekend and I was so impressed. We were under the impression that it was free cookies and a drink but I don't know why I doubted that!! I thought "maybe for the kids". We arrived and I have a bunch of kids in my car (yes. All mine.) and ordered our cookies and fun drinks for mom and dad (butter beer for this Harry Potter addict and Texas tab for my man). We got sugar cookies for everyone except him... he ordered a coconut one. They were DELISH!!! He said his was amazing. I swear this was the best marketing ever -- we paid nothing and now we're hooked. Can't wait for their full menu. I'll probably go here every weekend... everyone working was super kind. They even leaned out of the car to sweet talk one of my girls. They directed the rush efficiently and kindly. No one seemed to rush anyone. I'm so impressed I can't say it enough. First time trying this place. I loveeeee drinks. Was excited to see this place. It's a drive thru drink joint. Menu isn't too terrible. But the wait is kinda long. I was the 5th car in line for one drink and it was a good 20 - 25 min wait from pulling in to getting drink and leaving. A little kid comes out and takes your order, and he was nice. I told him it was my first time here and asked if the Guava have it was good. He told me it was a popular drink. That's what I got. I think it was a mixture of Mountain Dew, Guava, coconut and something else... it wasn't bad! I actually like it. But it was pretty steep for a drink I could get for $.99 at Sonic. The menu has a good variety of drinks. Just be prepared to wait a while if there's cars in line. read more

To say I'm addicted to this place is a small understatement. My family and I all love the drinks here, hot or cold! I only have two minor complaints. First is my husband prefers no ice in his drinks and it's been about a 50/50 chance they forget that we asked for no ice in his drink. Second, they tend to run out of things (a particular soda, certain size of cup, or a flavoring or purée) often enough that it's more than once in a while. NEITHER of those reasons have deterred us from being regulars though! (Just hoping their inventory issues get better soon!) read more

Super friendly people were handing out menus for freebies in the line. They asked if we had heard of them before, if we have questions, and told us to check out the qr code for a full menu. They also told us the founder of Swig was there and we could meet him as we come through. Very pleasant experience. I'm a firm believer in not giving a poor review for a 0 day old business. Hopefully others keep in mind that there will be things to work out. They had thousands of cars go through today and they gave out freebies- so adjust your expectations and chill a bit. Drinks: I'm a regular DP fan.. and i don't love flavors added, but I had to be a good sport. (: I chose a Dirty DP - with coconut. It was delish! Cookies: Not served warm, but they were yummy! I'm assuming they couldn't keep up with the demand and pulled them out as the day went. I noticed this bothered another first time yelper. Didn't bother me. Music: Music wasn't kiddo friendly. It's a drive through; even when the line seems long, the service is quick and friendly. So many unique options to quench your thirst. I really like the drinks they have. It's also nice that they have zero sugar options as well. We have tried quite a few but my fave is the shark attack with Sprite Zero. My kids love the ones with bobas. This place usually has a line cause it's new but it goes quickly. I wish they had bigger cups with more ice. I do feel like the drinks are pretty small and melt fast cause the plastic but they taste amazing. We have also tried their cookies but not much of a fan of those, they aren't warm they are chilled but ours was pretty frozen. Going to try the pretzels but they were out last time I went. read more

Love this place. Good vibes. Epic drinks. Their sugar cookie is life changing. Oh and it's supposed to be cold by the way.. it keeps it fresh, delicious and immortal. FYI- You can create your own drink mashups, no matter how weird. I like asking for a mix of 50% diet Mountain Dew, 50% soda water, peach purée, and fresh lime. I think my brother dreamt it up and that swig should make it official and call it the "shroom beach" so we can all ask for it daily. read more

My favorite is the blended rubber ducky. It's like a slushy with an energy drink. You can get it sugar free too. Friendly employees too. They don't have coffee, but the hot chocolate with peppermint will warm you right up. read more

Went to the Yukon, Oklahoma location on 12/5 at 6:30pm to get some hot chocolate and mini cookies before going to look At Christmas lights with my kids. I pulled up and saw multiple people inside. Stopped to look at the menu and no one came out to take our order. So I pulled up to the window and sat there. No one still came to take our order. Fantastic drinks every time I go but it shouldn't take 20-30 minutes to get through a line of 6 cars. They need to do something to speed up their line. I've seen a lot of cars pull out of line or turn around because the line takes way too long. read more

Great service! Amazing cookies and drinks! I like the Texas tab the best. Its a mix of Dp, coconut, half n half cream. They are also very flexible with changing your drink to how you like it, just in case you wanted to try that same thing but with coke instead of dr pepper. read more

The management and staff seem to be always on top of everything and do their best to make sure you are satisfied. Drinks are fun and different. This is new to our area, so first things first. They have people walking around down the line to take your order but put the menu up closer to the building which you can't even order at. So they just assume you know what which is annoying. Or you should just look up the place and search their menu before even getting in line. And then both drinks were wrong. Swig, don't try to be similar to chic-fil-A. This whole place was not thought out properly. It'll be popular for a hot minute then die off pretty quickly I bet. read more

Maybe I don't understand the style of the drinks but the "flavoring" stuff at the bottom of the drink wasn't stirred up and it was warm. It felt like drinking backwash. We had two different drinks. Then the cookie was near frozen and hard as a rock. I'm here on their second day open so maybe try again later. read more
