I sat in line from 3:51 PM until 4:53 PM -- over an HOUR -- and not ONE person came down the line to take orders the entire time. Not once. We were just left sitting there while employees walked around inside like there wasn't a massive line of cars waiting. What made it even worse is that we were stuck in the inner line and had absolutely no way to pull out and leave, so we were literally trapped sitting there waiting. We couldn't even decide that the wait was ridiculous and leave because of the way the line was set up. The complete lack of urgency was honestly ridiculous. If you have a line of customers sitting there for over an hour, you would think someone would at least acknowledge it or try to keep things moving. Instead, it felt like nobody cared that we were waiting. Then, on top of that, we were told the espresso machine was down. I understand that equipment can break, but the way this was handled was unacceptable. There was little to no communication, no sense of urgency, and absolutely no effort to make the situation better for the customers who had already been sitting there forever. And after waiting over an hour, our drinks STILL came out incorrect. So...we sat there for over an hour, couldn't leave because we were trapped in the inner line, nobody took our order the entire time, the espresso machine was down, there was basically zero communication or urgency, AND our drinks were wrong. That is absolutely ridiculous. I have never had an experience this bad at 7 Brew. My time was completely wasted, and the entire situation could have been handled so much better. I will absolutely never be coming back to this location.

The girl never came to me. So I went ahead and waited in line. I got up almost to the building and noticed the girl taking orders quit taking orders and walked in. By this time I was locked in line by the curb. I pulled up to the window, and the young girl was trying to put the latch down and I said wait a minute. Waving at her through the window. I said you're not gonna serve me. She said no we close at seven. I said well I waited in line. Can I talk to your manager please so the girl that was moving the cones was the shift lead came up to window. I tried to explain to her politely that she could've told me when she was out moving the cones that she was cutting line off. But then they started to get sarcastic with me and said what do you want? Do you want us here until midnight or something and I said no I don't want you here till midnight! But, you could've told me that you were closing or the lead could've told me that you're closing when she was out there and I would have not waited in line. So then a third one jumped in and started yelling at me about closing at seven and I finally drove off and said y'all a bunch of. Because they lost it...i'm never going back to Swig! The drinks are not that good and the service is horrible!! I ordered a POG once It's supposed to be pineapple orange juice and guava, and it was something like orange juice, sodawater and I don't even know but it it was horrible. I would not go to this place and I've been going for some time!! Finally, this is what it took to get me to quit going. The restaurant industry wants to know why people are so upset with them. It's because of situations like this where these young kids feel entitled to treat people like dirt even when I was trying to be polite with them. It's like they want to take their stuff out on us and I didn't do anything to them. All I was trying to do was get a drink after I sit in line and the young work lead could've told me the line was closed because she knew she was closing and I could've left. The argument for service would have NEVER OCCURRED...the girl taking orders walked in as I drove up to the building! They could have sent her back to tell us they were closing. Behind me there were three more cars...I hope I've articulated that this all could have been avoided by the work lead walking up to my car prior to me getting in to the driveway and simply saying the car in front of you was the last car for service. I would HAVE DROVE OFF...
