I sat in line from 3:51 PM until 4:53 PM -- over an HOUR -- and not ONE person came down the line to take orders the entire time. Not once. We were just left sitting there while employees walked around inside like there wasn't a massive line of cars waiting. What made it even worse is that we were stuck in the inner line and had absolutely no way to pull out and leave, so we were literally trapped sitting there waiting. We couldn't even decide that the wait was ridiculous and leave because of the way the line was set up. The complete lack of urgency was honestly ridiculous. If you have a line of customers sitting there for over an hour, you would think someone would at least acknowledge it or try to keep things moving. Instead, it felt like nobody cared that we were waiting. Then, on top of that, we were told the espresso machine was down. I understand that equipment can break, but the way this was handled was unacceptable. There was little to no communication, no sense of urgency, and absolutely no effort to make the situation better for the customers who had already been sitting there forever. And after waiting over an hour, our drinks STILL came out incorrect. So...we sat there for over an hour, couldn't leave because we were trapped in the inner line, nobody took our order the entire time, the espresso machine was down, there was basically zero communication or urgency, AND our drinks were wrong. That is absolutely ridiculous. I have never had an experience this bad at 7 Brew. My time was completely wasted, and the entire situation could have been handled so much better.
