This location is usually great. They missed today, however. My coffee was so hot that I couldn't drink it. When I was able to, it just tasted like the paper cup. I visited this location for the first time. The drive thru sign said to "choose the shortest line" so I did. When I pulled up closer, the drive thru worker JOE completely ignored me and only took the orders for the cars in the longer line. He didn't instruct me to wait, or say anything to me that indicated I was in the wrong line... even though there weren't any signs saying to only stay in one lane. He even told the car behind me that he wasn't going to take my order & he continued to take everyone's order besides mine. Customer service was very disappointing especially since I was excited to try the drinks. I will not be recommending this location. read more

I wanted coffee today and since I have never tried Dutch brown I decided today was a good day. I went through the drive thru and I was surprised to see someone standing outside taking orders. I really do hope that he had on sun block. There were 4 vehicles in front of me and it went pretty fast. I ordered my drinks at 238 and I had them at 244 and that is after I spent some time talking to the nice young lady at the window. Everyone that I came into contact with was very nice and professional. I ordered a caramelizer and a peach black tea. The tea had just enough sweetness to it and the coffee was delicious. I love Dutch Bros. First time I tried it was at this location. The drinks are legit. Lots of flavors and cups are sturdy. Only bad thing is sometimes the lines are super long. I think I waited about 45 min til I got to the front to get my drink. They do have two drive thrus here but usually one person is taking drink orders for both lines. The ones taking orders are always super sweet. My fav drinks are the iced coffees. The hazelnut mocha is so yum. It's seasonal but they will make it if you ask. Drinks have been pretty consistent so I can't complain. I hope they open more up north so it's not far as a drive for me. This location is in a very busy area so beware of traffic. read more

The Golden Eagle y'all!! Like mic drop! I was desperate for caffeine & my husband had heard good things about Dutch Bros. At the time, we didn't have one in West Texas - it's now open! He took a gamble and ordered the Iced Golden Eagle, I stayed conservative and ordered a Iced Vanilla Latte. Mine was nothing super special, it was good but not mind blowing. However, I took over my hubby's drink after the first sip. It was so much better than I expected. The service was excellent as well! They set up along the driveway (much like Chick-Fil-A), there were only two cars ahead of us, but we had ordered roughly two minutes after we pulled in. The lady at the window greeted us with a smile & had our drinks ready to go. The whole transaction took roughly 6 minutes! We can't wait to try our new local DBs! read more

Coffee is amazing. I love getting drinks from Dutch Bros. Their Midwest City location has it figured out. This location is always backed up. You can wait up to 15-20 mins in line in the morning so plan to either be really early in line or late for work. They have usually only one person taking orders in line and one person making them and then they designate someone to just standing in the window making awkward conversation to attempt to distract people from the ridiculous wait they are having. This is a management problem. Staff more people during known busy hours, for example 7:30 in the morning is a busy time for coffee. read more

2nd time at this location, and both times have been around 3pm during the week, so it's been fast and easy. The drink I had was good, about as expensive as Starbucks. when this location first opened up, absolutely amazing! educated and super friendly staff, fast service but that QUICKLY turned around after a few weeks. they have a drive through that you cannot get out of if you want to leave because it takes up to 45 mins to get ONE coffee. I truly don't know the reason why but the last few times i've gone (which has been maybe 2 times in the last 3-4 months) they have you pay at the window which takes soooooooo much time taking the payment 1 by 1 rather than pay when they take your order with the ipad. there was also 1 time where I asked for caramel soft top and the lady who took my order said they will do it this time, but usually when it's busy, they don't prefer it...? I just don't see myself coming here anymore/much. takes way too much time for 1 coffee that I get. even if you park and order at the window, still takes a while read more
