I actually heard about this place from my friend who lives in Texas. They have a shop down there! I was overwhelmed at first on what to get since there were soooo many drinks to choose from. I decided to get their signature hibiscus lemonade with lychee jelly. Taste very fruity! I also built my own drink and got the lychee green tea with mixed fruit jelly. I was the only one in the shop and for some reason my drinks were taking awhile to make even though there was a full staff in the back. There was also cute decor around the shop and a cute place to take pictures! I will definitely visit again. read more

Really looked looked forward to coming here for my kids birthday. They saw the snowyn and were incredibly excited. We called stores and checked online jn advance to make sure they had it. But when we got inside at the reno and MacArthur location we were told they no longer carry it. When we asked why it was still on the menu we were told it just had not been removed yet. See photo it is still on the TV screen menu. After leaving we called the other 2 okc locations again and verified this is still a menu item. I would not recommend the Westgate location. read more

It seems I'm stalking all the Teapioca Lounge in OKC but that's because I love their drinks so much. It's a standard Taiwanese tea place with everything for everyone. By "standard" I mean no disrespect to the holy boba deity, I love the modern boba teas with the frothy cream cheese and all kinds of foam goodness too, but the husband and I always gravitate towards the original teas. Imagine my utter delight learning that they were opening just up the road from our house! Yes, we have driven by to check if they had openned several times since noticing their "opening soon" sign even though we hardly shop at Westgate Marketplace. We've also visited them twice now since their soft opening and loved our experience both times. Brand spanking new but still keeping the Teapioca vibes, staff here are always so cheerful and drinks are always made promptly. The husband has discovered that he doesn't like a lot of egg pudding In his drink and requested for just a small amount and it was honoured here. I often order a mangonada and was asked, for the first time ever, if I would like some fresh mangoes on top. Nobody has ever asked me that to upsell at all! Of course fresh mangoes tipped mangonada over the edge of awsome tastiness! And that's how I want them from now on!! Their grand opening is this Saturday with free drinks and lion dances! We won't be able to join in but we're super chuffed there is now boba just minutes from us!! read more

We love the service here. They are super friendly and super fast. Place is clean and very cute. We went went here during their soft opening and got a watermelon slushie and a cream black blastea. Both were very good and very consistent with the other Teapioca's. Today we went to their grand opening and they had the Lion dance, free drink specials and line was outside the door but they still managed to get everyone taken care of in a timely manner. My drinks tasted yummy. I was worried with so many people here the drinks would be whack, but they kept up with the demand and kept it consistent. Good job guys! This one is located in a very busy intersection and shopping area, but I am glad they are here. We needed one in this area. Can't wait to go back soon! read more

I submitted a claim for Teapioca Westgate. When I arrived at the store I was the only customer there. Having never been to their store or any other store like it I was hoping they would suggest what was good. However they rushed me thru not offering any info on their items. Then when paying for my $6.67 coffee with my Discover they couldn't figure out how to run their own kiosk and had to run my card manually. I dont see a company staying in business that doesn't kno how important it is to hire staff that knows the menu, products, and is ppl friendly. On top of tht....the Ice cream coffee I got, was just as good as their customer service...which was very poor! Do better! read more

The staff's abilities were lackluster. I've been to other -good- Teapioca locations, but this one fell short. I got two drinks, both of which were mid at best. One, a Taro cream blastea, was watery and lacked the creamy, richness that Taro is typically associated with. The second drink, an Oolong cream blastea, was alright, yet they forgot to include egg pudding that I had ordered. I'd recommend just going somewhere else, even another Teapioca. This one will just disappoint you. read more
