This was my first opportunity to try Dutch Bros coffee. The only thing keeping it from being five stars is my millennial age discomfort in having so many customizable options. The service at this particular location was excellent. We went on Black Friday and they were open very early and sweet as can be. They had some suggestions on their menu, which was more than I felt I got at a place like 7brew, but I still had to go online to figure out what I actually wanted to order. I will say all of our drinks were excellent. I'm the only coffee drinker in the group and loved my sugar cookie latte (non dairy) with an extra shot of espresso. My sister and daughter both got lemonades of different flavors and finished them before lunch. If I lived local, I would make this one of my go-to coffee options. read more

I had an incident where they messed up my coffee, but I was able to get hold of them, and they responded very quickly and remade it. The coffee always tastes delicious, and the employees are very friendly. The atmosphere is somewhat chaotic sometimes because it's not a sit-down place it's more of coffee on the go. read more

First off let me say I'm a Dutch Bros fan. I wouldn't even move to a city that doesn't have a DB. That said I post this review with a sad heart as this DB really struggles to meet the corporate standard of service, particularly in speedy service. They frequently fail to demonstrate adequate staffing and as a result wait times can hit 30+ minutes. Wow! I reached out to them through their website once and never heard back so I'm guessing it's a management issue at this particular store as it doesn't seem to be common at the other Dutch Bros I have visited from Oklahoma to Oregon to Utah, Idaho, and all parts in between. Positives are that they do follow the corporate recipes and so their drinks are delicious and for some reason Dutch Bros is the only major coffee chain that figured out how to do sugar-free syrups, which makes it pretty much the only place I'll go. This is a drive up coffee stand so while there is some indoor seating, relatively primitive and not designed for anything long-term. UPDATE: so in the time I waited for my drink I was able to write this entire review and then they made it wrong. :-( read more

The best iced coffee ever! They have good iced protein lattes. My favorite is the iced mocha truffle hazelnut with an extra shot of espresso. The baristas are always so friendly and chatty. The drive through times around peak time is usually around 10-15 minutes in drive through, but the baristas are quick to get out there and take your order and have it ready for you by the time you get to the window. read more

The staff here is always friendly and helpful! My drinks are always correct and yummy! Aiden is always kind and I can tell that he (and of course everyone else) cares about his job and the customers. Location is up and running! Very busy today, speed of service was okay. They had workers out with tablets taking orders and right as I got closer to th building someone came out and hand delivered my order, so surprised and happy. Just to drop a note here, their drinks all seem to lean sweet. So I recommend adding at least one shot of espresso to bring out the coffee flavor in any coffee drink they have. Portion size to price is more reasonable than other large coffee chains. read more

Usually the people are very friendly. This morning was a bit different, the girl who was working the outside part at 10:40am was genuinely one of the rudest people Ive ever met. She didn't say hi or hello she just stood there and stared at me, and then when I was ordering she looked at me like i was speaking a whole new language. my card did not go through, I had fraud and didn't know it, and she told me my card declined and then through away my drink and just stood there. I even went to the walk up window and stood there close to 5 min and no one ever even acknowledged me. This place is overrated. Don't know why their morning lines are so long. APPARENTLY they think it's okay to let the quality of their drinks slide even when it's not busy like tonight around 9:10 when I showed up. Realized my drinks were luke warm. Not hot. It shouldn't matter if you just opened or are about to close, the quality of your coffee shouldn't change. Another thing. This place is asking patrons for tips for just pressing buttons on a tablet and handing out drinks. They don't go above or beyond their jobs or wait on customers. I only tip my waitresses sorry. Also Dutch Bros employees are supposed to talk to their patrons while they wait but that doesn't happen here and that a part of their brand. BRO. read more

I hate to give such a low review but I was just not impressed by the hype of this place at all. It's new which is what gets people excited, but it's basically just drive thru coffee. I think you can go inside but it's small and there is very limited parking. The staff was nice enough but it was not worth the price for what I got. It's basically Starbucks style coffee and what I mean by that is there is not much coffee in your drink - it's more like flavored milk. I asked for a 16 oz oat milk latte (which is a medium size in almost all coffee shops/cafes) and was told that's their small size. I asked how many shots I get and it's only two. That's not enough for a coffee that size so I had to order an extra shot, then the girl taking my order suggested I try their signature drink which is basically vanilla and caramel syrup added. It's was so sickeningly sweet. Bottom line for me is the drive thru is so busy they start out with three lines for ordering which all have to yield into one lane to get the drink and get the hell out. Everyone is fighting over who gets to yield and an accident is going to happen there soon. It took me over 30 minutes and by the time I reached the window the attendant had to ask who I was and what I ordered and she sat there with multiple drinks. This is a terrible system. read more

I'm huge fan of their coffee and their service is amazing! It's such a fun group of people working here!

This isn't even a review over the drinks, I've only been through here maybe 2 or 3 times total. But, as I was driving to my job at around 12:45 ish (I work at a coffee shop as well), I saw the girl at the window with the biggest smile on her face handing out the drinks to the customers in the drive thru. She had should length brownish red hair from what I could tell, and was wearing a bandana, and I think she is deserving of recognition for her attitude and radiant smile! So many people overlook us baristas and don't treat us with all that great of respect, so go her! read more

I enjoy the coffee and most of the employees. I am confused as to what the leadership standards are here because my only bad experience was with the assistant manager, I believe her name is Riley. She was quite rude and off-putting when I interacted with her... and gave me the impression that my being there as a customer was an annoyance to her. This location has gone downhill drastically over the last few months. It takes at minimum 25 minutes to get through the line. The workers only are getting paid minimum wage for a ton of work so they aren't motivated to hustle, and are quitting fast. The icing on the cake is that they have raised prices drastically in the last two months. Sad to see this store get so crappy so fast. read more

Be prepared to wait a long time. Sat in drive through for 50 after ordering coffee. Order was taken in parking lot, but there was no traffic control to ensure efficiency in receiving order. People who ordered afterwards received their coffee first. Coffee was cold by the time we got it. Hopefully they will get their process streamlined at some point. The long line isn't from popularity but a slow process. Recommend going somewhere else to get coffee. read more

I'm a coffeeholic and this is THE best fast pace coffee shop in Norman. They have unique coffee's, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They open up at 5am everyday which is the earliest start time I've found next to 5:30am Starbucks. I had the orange cold brew, which was amazing. They also had the option of nitro cold brew and even a toasted cold brew for thoes who want their coffee hot. They are a very busy shop so expect a wait if your doing the drive thru. I waited for about 15 minutes in the drive thru but it was worth every minute. At the end I received a sticker of the month too. Looking forward to my next coffee from Dutch Bro's. read more
