Granted, u less you're getting diet drinks, it's all chock full of sugar, so you might want to make this an only-sometimes treat. Service is pretty good. There's often a long line but it moves along quick, with employees standing outside with tablets to take your order. Sort of like a Chick-fil-A setup. Driving around and my daughter screamed "Swig". I was a bit alarmed and concerned because I did not know it was a beverage place. It is a drive thru place but I would suggest checking out their menu in advance since the options are massive. My favorites were the Happy Camper, Spring Fling and Dirty Little Secret. So excited to see a Swig next to our favorite mani/pedi location. Went after we pampered ourselves and got Life's A Peach. We went through the drive thru, and they are super efficient and fast. My go-to-drink. I'm trying to not drink as much sugar/caffeine, so I substituted the sode for Coke Zero and got all sugar free syrups. It was so good, and I definitely enjoyed it. No drink is worth an over 30 minute wait! I paid online so I was trapped! I got the Beach Babe and it was gooe but nothing amazing for the price and the wait. The sugar cookie was horrible. No flavor and completely raw. They literally just make drinks, there is no excuse for the wait. As another reviewer said, other places can do drinks and food in a fraction of the time. Lines that would put Chick-fil-A to shame (drive-thru line stretched all through the parking lot and back to South Bryant), but with none of CFA's efficiency (it took us 40 minutes to get through the line). We weren't in a hurry, so we figured we would wait it out, but now having tried it, I'm not in a rush to be back. Not to say it wasn't good, because it was enjoyable. Just not sure that it's "wait 40 minutes in a drive-thru" good. Customer service was pleasant, and I would get "the Founder" again, but probably a smaller size; the 32 oz proved to be too much for me. If I was a UCO college student (again) and I was just hanging out with friends between classes, I could see myself wasting my afternoon in line and not thinking twice about it. But... those days are long gone... $8ish for two 32 oz drinks (tip included). This place is a drive threw...similar to the coffee places. They serve carbonated drinks, sodas, energy drinks and refreshers. When we pulled up, we were 8th in line. Line moved at a steady pace. We ordered 4 drinks and was charged $17 plus tip. Drinks were delicious. We.all tried different drinks and lived all of them. We definitely will go back. The lines are ridiculous and all because of inefficiency. I stopped to pick up a drink at 9:45 AM and there were 5 or 6 cars in front of me. They don't take your order until you get up to the window. Two people were taking the order and just stand there chatting while they watch the person make my 2 drinks. It took about 15 minutes to get through that line. Just stick to the drinks. First time trying them we ordered two drinks (1. 24oz Naughty & Nice , 2. 24oz Hula Girl ) and 2-pretzel bite cups. To the ppl in line after us I am so sorry for holding the line up it was flowing so smoothly till we got to the window. The pretzel bites come frozen and they have to microwave them which takes time and to be honest weren't that great- they had a biscuit texture on the inside definitely didn't kick that pretzel craving I was having. So do everyone a favor and just order drinks because those are great and keep the line flowing . read more

This location is always very efficient even when the line builds up and they're always so nice! Our family went to get drinks. First time and only time we went there, they had to make a bunch of substitutions on my family's drinks because they were missing ingredients. Mine didn't need any substitutions. When I got it, they had obviously put coconut in it. I definitely did not order anything with coconut as I hate coconut and hated the drink. read more

4 stars because I love the drinks, the concept/vibe so I keep going back. But, the staff needs to go through additional training or management needs to brainstorm on how to make the process faster. Waiting even 10 min in a drive through line to get food feels like a long time. Preach efficiency to your staff because the newness will wear off and you will lose the boom you are experiencing. The goal is long term success and you can't get there if it takes 5 min a car. read more
