So excited to see a Swig next to our favorite mani/pedi location. Went after we pampered ourselves and got Life's A Peach. We went through the drive thru, and they are super efficient and fast. My go-to-drink. I'm trying to not drink as much sugar/caffeine, so I substituted the sode for Coke Zero and got all sugar free syrups. It was so good, and I definitely enjoyed it. My husband got a new drink called Spice Spice Baby.. and I actually really loved it. Super good and again, I love how affordable they are for a sweet treat. read more

Driving around and my daughter screamed "Swig". I was a bit alarmed and concerned because I did not know it was a beverage place. It is a drive thru place but I would suggest checking out their menu in advance since the options are massive. My favorites were the Happy Camper, Spring Fling and Dirty Little Secret. If you're really into soda/pop/whatever you may call it, Swig is a fun drive-thru that you should check out. They offer a variety of customized sodas and other drinks--e.g., a Dr. Pepper with coconut cream and vanilla syrup. Some of them sounds gross, but they're actually pretty good. Granted, u less you're getting diet drinks, it's all chock full of sugar, so you might want to make this an only-sometimes treat. Service is pretty good. There's often a long line but it moves along quick, with employees standing outside with tablets to take your order. Sort of like a Chick-fil-A setup. There's a small food menu with a variety of snacks. I recommend the pretzel nuggets with cheese sauce. read more

Line was crazy long, but service was Quick! The kind worker was patient with us as we looked through the menu since we weren't familiar with it. Drinks were great quality! No drink is worth an over 30 minute wait! I paid online so I was trapped! I got the Beach Babe and it was gooe but nothing amazing for the price and the wait. The sugar cookie was horrible. No flavor and completely raw. They literally just make drinks, there is no excuse for the wait. As another reviewer said, other places can do drinks and food in a fraction of the time. Wanted to lole it so badly but just can't justify returning. read more

Lines that would put Chick-fil-A to shame (drive-thru line stretched all through the parking lot and back to South Bryant), but with none of CFA's efficiency (it took us 40 minutes to get through the line). We weren't in a hurry, so we figured we would wait it out, but now having tried it, I'm not in a rush to be back. Not to say it wasn't good, because it was enjoyable. Just not sure that it's "wait 40 minutes in a drive-thru" good. Customer service was pleasant, and I would get "the Founder" again, but probably a smaller size; the 32 oz proved to be too much for me. If I was a UCO college student (again) and I was just hanging out with friends between classes, I could see myself wasting my afternoon in line and not thinking twice about it. But... those days are long gone... $8ish for two 32 oz drinks (tip included). Yelp wants me to mention something about the "ambiance" at Swig, so I'm including the word in this sentence to trick the app. read more

This place is a drive threw...similar to the coffee places. They serve carbonated drinks, sodas, energy drinks and refreshers. When we pulled up, we were 8th in line. Line moved at a steady pace. We ordered 4 drinks and was charged $17 plus tip. Drinks were delicious. We.all tried different drinks and lived all of them. We definitely will go back. We live 2 hrs away so.we can only go when in town but we will be going back. Definitely recommended. read more

The lines are ridiculous and all because of inefficiency. I stopped to pick up a drink at 9:45 AM and there were 5 or 6 cars in front of me. They don't take your order until you get up to the window. Two people were taking the order and just stand there chatting while they watch the person make my 2 drinks. It took about 15 minutes to get through that line. I will be back when they get their act together! Drinks were great and I hope to try some more in The future. read more

Just stick to the drinks. First time trying them we ordered two drinks (1. 24oz Naughty & Nice , 2. 24oz Hula Girl ) and 2-pretzel bite cups. To the ppl in line after us I am so sorry for holding the line up it was flowing so smoothly till we got to the window. The pretzel bites come frozen and they have to microwave them which takes time and to be honest weren't that great- they had a biscuit texture on the inside definitely didn't kick that pretzel craving I was having. So do everyone a favor and just order drinks because those are great and keep the line flowing . read more

Our family went to get drinks. First time and only time we went there, they had to make a bunch of substitutions on my family's drinks because they were missing ingredients. 4 stars because I love the drinks, the concept/vibe so I keep going back. But, the staff needs to go through additional training or management needs to brainstorm on how to make the process faster. Waiting even 10 min in a drive through line to get food feels like a long time. Preach efficiency to your staff because the newness will wear off and you will lose the boom you are experiencing. The goal is long term success and you can't get there if it takes 5 min a car. read more

The girl never came to me. So I went ahead and waited in line. I got up almost to the building and noticed the girl taking orders quit taking orders and walked in. By this time I was locked in line by the curb. I pulled up to the window, and the young girl was trying to put the latch down and I said wait a minute. Waving at her through the window. I said you're not gonna serve me. She said no we close at seven. I said well I waited in line. Can I talk to your manager please so the girl that was moving the cones was the shift lead came up to window. I tried to explain to her politely that she could've told me when she was out moving the cones that she was cutting line off. But then they started to get sarcastic with me and said what do you want? Do you want us here until midnight or something and I said no I don't want you here till midnight! But, you could've told me that you were closing or the lead could've told me that you're closing when she was out there and I would have not waited in line. So then a third one jumped in and started yelling at me about closing at seven and I finally drove off and said y'all a bunch of. Because they lost it...i'm never going back to Swig! The drinks are not that good and the service is horrible!! I ordered a POG once It's supposed to be pineapple orange juice and guava, and it was something like orange juice, sodawater and I don't even know but it it was horrible. I would not go to this place and I've been going for some time!! Finally, this is what it took to get me to quit going. The restaurant industry wants to know why people are so upset with them. It's because of situations like this where these young kids feel entitled to treat people like dirt even when I was trying to be polite with them. It's like they want to take their stuff out on us and I didn't do anything to them. All I was trying to do was get a drink after I sit in line and the young work lead could've told me the line was closed because she knew she was closing and I could've left. The argument for service would have NEVER OCCURRED...the girl taking orders walked in as I drove up to the building! They could have sent her back to tell us they were closing. Behind me there were three more cars...I hope I've articulated that this all could have been avoided by the work lead walking up to my car prior to me getting in to the driveway and simply saying the car in front of you was the last car for service. I would HAVE DROVE OFF...

However, I also usually get the fresh fruit cup with mango only and with ordering this cup from four locations total, including this one, three of the locations I've always gone to has always cut up the fruit "fresh" as advertised and I normally don't go to this location, but when I ordered this "fresh fruit" cup from here I was given what looks like mushy mango in juice that would go into a drink. Granted, I'm sure it would be really good in their mango beverages because I have seen it advertised from their images. However, this is the first time I've experienced this syrupy squishy mango rather than my normal cut up fresh mango, which threw me off a little bit. I did happily still take it and I did try it however, after taking a few bites, I honestly had to force myself to eat it because I just could not stand it and it didn't taste like mango at all honestly. It just tasted like the juice that it had been sitting in. I ended up having to throw the rest out because of how bad it tasted. I just want to warn anybody who usually gets the fresh fruit cups that this may be the case at this location, but it's definitely not all locations. They very well could have only had this type of mango as their option when I ordered, I just wish if that were the case they would've informed me beforehand because I definitely would've not purchased. To me, it's not really worth the $9 when it taste like this.

Unfortunately, the staff didn't seem very friendly or welcoming. We ordered three shakes for about $60, and they just felt underwhelming for the price. They were served in basic throwaway plastic cups, and when I asked about the souvenir cups, we were told they had run out--something that wasn't mentioned before we ordered. My daughter's S'mores shake was missing the orange rock candy, my husband's shake didn't include the shovel or the chocolate-filled syringe that the website advertised, and I was told they "don't do that anymore." My shake tasted fine, but after I had already started eating it, an employee came out and said she forgot the sparkler, then lit one and stuck it in the shake. Overall, we expected friendlier service and the fun, over-the-top presentation that was advertised online. The shakes were okay, but not nearly as spectacular or memorable as we had hoped for my daughter's birthday.
