I had the Mexican style lager and it quenched the thirst I had as I walked in and spotted all the beer tanks. But then I wanted a pickle inspired drink beer... they had it - washed everything down nicely. The kiltpin was also so tasty!!! The staff definitely helped us to feel very comfortable in the place.. I saw the outdoor space which really makes the atmosphere really fun !!! I think I saw some outside games.. I'm so thankful that I stopped by. I definitely have this listed on a must return spot! Our server was nice, but I think she had too many tables. My napkin was so dirty, I had to ask for a clean one. It took us 20 minutes to finally catch our server. We ran out of drinks twice, and the food was slow to arrive. My husband had the shrimp & tenders, and he ate some of it. The shrimp and chicken were overcooked. I had the chicken pot pie. I was disappointed. It used to be full of veggies and chicken. Now it is mostly the creamy sauce with very little veggies or chicken. I don't think it is worth the price. One thing we usually love is the sizzling apple crisp because it comes out hot and sizzling. Not this time. The apples and sauce were barely warm. The ice cream didn't even melt. One thing to note is the noise. It is so hard to hold a conversation. You just can't hear over the noise.

We had two vegetarians in our party, and we really appreciated the variety of the menu, including many vegetarian options! We ordered the migas, the veggie Benny, and the biscuit & gravy bowl. Everything looked amazing, and our party was very content with the food. Their waffle sounded amazing but we didn't get to try it unfortunately, so that will be on our list for next time. It's located in a nice strip mall in north Edmond. The inside is nicely lit and without the blinding amount of flourescent lighting that a lot of cheaper liquor stores use. For whatever reason, little things like that make a difference to me. It makes it comfortable to wander around and browse a bit. They have an impressive collection of wine and liquor. They have an especially wide selection of whiskey (including high-end bourbons and Japanese varieties). There's also quite a few craft beers available. The prices are at the upper range of reasonableness. It's fine if you're looking for some hard-to-find vintage or unique craft beer, but if you're just wanting to pick up a case of Bud Light or something like that, there's really no need to come here.

A New #1 Burger in OKC!…read more Our Burger Passport adventure brought us to Spark at Scissortail Park, and I think I may have found my new favorite burger in Oklahoma City! This was our first visit, and from the moment we took our first bite, I couldn't stop telling my wife how incredible these burgers were. I ordered the BLC Burger topped with pimento cheese, bacon, a crispy cheddar crust, pickles, and Prairie Ranch. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the crispy cheddar crust took it over the top. Outstanding! My wife, Lori, ordered the Spark Burger, swapping the American cheese for cheddar. She absolutely loved it, especially the fresh dill pickles that added the perfect crunch and flavor. The crinkle-cut fries deserve a shout-out, too. They were cooked just the way I like them--nice and crispy. I ordered the signature Pink Sauce on the side, and the garlic aioli was excellent. Before we left, I asked to speak with a manager--not because there was a problem, but because I wanted to compliment the team. Marisol was genuinely excited to hear how much we enjoyed our meal. She also told us about their limited-time Chicken Salad Sandwich, available through the end of the summer, and after this experience, I think we'll definitely be back to give it a try. Spark checks every box for me: outstanding burgers, perfectly cooked fries, a fun atmosphere, and a friendly, welcoming staff. If you're looking for one of the best burgers in Oklahoma City, put Spark on your list. This one earns an easy 5 stars from me.

Many unhoused people were hanging around the outside in the park areas, and I might have been wary of bringing a child but I was alone so not much of an issue. The burgers were good. The grease bomb kind of good where the unhealthy was a feature not a bug. They were sloppy, if I hadn't got them without the tomato it would have been a mess. I don't think the burger sauce they added was necessary and didn't really add to it. I think I'd get them plain next time and add my own ketchup and mustard. The one thing I really hated though was that they want your number to text you when the order was ready. Just call a number. It doesn't make your business better and I dislike them having my number.
